Kann nur davon abraten!

Vorteile:

Habe keine positiven Erfahrungen gemacht.

Nachteile:

Ein professionell aussehender Webauftritt lässt sich hier nicht erstellen! Es ist nicht möglich gute Fotos hochzuladen. Alle Uploads werden ohne System stark verkleinert und sehen dadurch minderwertig und unscharf aus. Designvorlagen lassen sich nur unzureichend anpassen/ Änderungen werden beispelweise für den Footer nicht übernommen. Der Kundenservice antwortet irgendwann nicht mehr. Eine Erstattung trotz nicht erbrachter Leistung gibt es auch nicht.

Höchstens für Landingpages

Kommentare: Webador ist für alle, die langfristige, ernsthafte Vorhaben verfolgen, schlichtweg nicht zu empfehlen. Der Kundenservice agiert hinter undurchsichtigen bürokratischen Barrieren – es wird behauptet, dass Konten ohne präzise Seitenangaben nicht gefunden werden können, was wie ein Vorwand wirkt, um Probleme abzuwiegeln. Noch schlimmer: Laufende Verträge werden bei Kündigungen kommentarlos beendet, ohne jegliche Rückvergütung. Die Plattform mag auf den ersten Blick für kleinere Projekte oder den simplen Webauftritt eines kleinen Ladens um die Ecke genügen, der eine schnelle, unkomplizierte Lösung sucht. Doch für ambitioniertere Projekte, die Beständigkeit und guten Support erfordern, ist Webador schlicht nicht geeignet. Es fehlt an Transparenz, Unterstützung und einer echten Kundenorientierung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Support ist enttäuschend. Anfragen werden unzureichend und mit minimalem Einsatz behandelt. Häufig wird vorgegeben, Informationen nicht zu verstehen oder zu besitzen, selbst wenn diese klar bereitgestellt wurden. Kündigungen und Widersprüche innerhalb der vorgesehenen Frist werden schlichtweg ignoriert, was für Kunden eine Zumutung ist. Dazu kommen langsame Reaktionszeiten von zwei Tagen oder mehr, was besonders ärgerlich bei dringenden Anliegen ist. Insgesamt kann ich nur jedem davon abraten, langfristig auf Webador zu setzen. Es gibt zahlreiche bessere Alternativen. Sollte sich jedoch herausstellen, dass die fehlende Kompetenz einzelner Mitarbeiter ursächlich für diese Probleme ist und das Unternehmen Verbesserungen einführt, bin ich bereit, meine Bewertung zu überdenken. Bis dahin bleibt ein bitterer Nachgeschmack und der dringende Rat, nach einer verlässlicheren Lösung zu suchen.

Vorteile:

Spielzeugwebsitebauksten leicht zu bedienen

Nachteile:

Extrem schlechter Support. Mehrere Tage Wartezeit dann keine Lösung die Zielführend ist. EIne Warteschleife folgt der nächsten.

Top würde ich jeden Weiterempfehlen

Kommentare: Top Kunden Service reagiert immer und antwortet in Spätestens 24 Stunden.

Vorteile:

Ich finde die Optionen einfach Mega die mann hat und Preis Leistung ist Echt gut.

Nachteile:

Bisher ist mir nichts aufgefallen eventuell könnten mehr Branchen zum Beispiel wie bei mir Handelsvertreter

Ich wüsste nicht was. Für mich ist alles sehr einfach. Ich habe damit keine probleme.

Vorteile:

Es hat mich sehr erstaunt, wie einfach die Web Seite zu erstellen war. Es hat sogar ausgesprochen viel Spass gemacht und das Ergebnis hat mir sehr gefallen.

Nachteile:

Ich fand es etwas zeitraubend, die Fotos einzelnd einzuladen.

Support inexisten

Kommentare: Sehr gut uns sehr schlecht. Wenn ich nach einem Monat und drei Anfragen nicht das Geringste höre, muss ich dieser Firma trotz gutem Produkt die Note „Grottenschlecht“ geben. Liest das überhaupt jemand?

Vorteile:

Konzept, intuitive Anwendungen, vielfältig, kostengünstig

Nachteile:

Support antwortet nicht auf klare Fragen. Gibt es überhaupt jemanden in für Abteilung?

It may work for someone else but not for me

Kommentare: The fact that Webador offers so few customization choices has made using it frustrating for me.It simply is not functional enough for me to build up a print-on-demand business or drop shipping company.

Vorteile:

I am currently using Webador and have been paying a discounted subscription for 3 months, I am not comfortable with it at all. I seem to still not understand it though is supposed to be one of the easiest programs out there. I haven't actually found where I can actually connect my store to a drop shipping company. It may just be me, but in my opinion, it's not the best software out there.

Nachteile:

It can be frustrating since Webador offers few customization possibilities. The e-commerce tools are not accommodating to my liking .

Thinking outside the box

Kommentare: So far, it has been great and I am looking to build out the website before end of year.

Vorteile:

Ease of use for novice website user with little to no prior experience.

Nachteile:

I've had to email a couple times to get assistance for same issue before I received a helpful response. It was a simple action, but I did not know where to look. Upon receipt of information I was able to make changes. Customer service can be a little quicker in response time.

Fast, easy and effective

Kommentare: Excellent. I highly recommend this platform for other authors and small businesses.

Vorteile:

I love the ease of creating the website. I did it in a few hours. I spend about an hour a week updating and adding new material. It is impressively easy to use and maintain.

Nachteile:

I was disappointed that the slideshow feature required an album which would require an upgrade, but I found excellent work-arounds to achieve what I was looking for.

Website Builder - Good, Email - Okay-ish if its working...

Kommentare: and those customers or potential customers are neglected and potentially take their business elsewhere. To make matters worse. Webador only provides customer service from 8:30 am - 5 pm, monday through friday. So if you are like myself and can no longer log in to your webmail, beginning at 5:30 pm on Friday, you can't get it fixed for 60 hours at the absolute soonest. That is two and a half days. Absolutely ridiculous. It awesome that they give their employees healthy time away from work. But we pay a service fee and our businesses dont shut down just because they clocked out. Their customer service on the whole is total garbage. The employees themselves arent necessarily the issue, though i definitely experienced some passive aggressive behavior and some sarcasm, which when we are out having a beer is totally fine, but in a professional email from a paying customer is insanely inappropriate. I would fire you so fast if you worked for me and I found out you were being short or rude to the very people that pay our salaries. Overall its there take on how they and when they choose to provide customer service. It tells me as a customer, that they couldnt care less about my success or ease of use, because they cant provide even one sole person to answer an email after 5 pm or on a weekend. So very unprofessional and if im being honest, and yes, a little rude, thats the dumbest business model I have ever heard of.

Vorteile:

Almost every aspect of the Web Builder, from creation and editing, to management and use, are top notch. Much easier and clearer than any other service I have used in the past.

Nachteile:

My only real complaint about Webador has very little to do with the product itself. While I think the webmail provided with your domain could use some upgrading and possibly reworked to make it easier to use, it is a decent email service. The thing about Webador I like the least, and its a great deal of dislike, borderline hatred, is their pathetic and ultimately non existent customer service. If you are building a website, odds are you need every aspect of it working all the time. When the webmail fails, thats already a massive issue to most businesses. It began with me wanting to simply change the address name. I only wanted to change it from (example) job@thisismyjob.com to info@thisismyjob.com. You can not do that. They require you to completely relocate any email you need to keep, to a folder somewhere else and then they will delete all that time you poured in to setting up you inbox, which took me a good 4 to 5 hours. Now, I am not naturally inclined to understand technology, so I can not say it would take everyone that long. I am very meticulous. Anyway... they have no option to simply just change the email address. you have to contact their non existent customer service and wait for them to reply. Then you have to request that they delete your webmail account. Then you have to wait for another reply. All the while, in that window, if an existing customer or a potential new customer were to try to email you, that account no longer exists.... (continued in overall exp)

Do Not Give These People Your Money

Ease of access but this is part of the con. Once they have your money, communication all but stops. No calls and waiting days for email responses. Contact box on website has email response times.

Nachteile:

They say no phones as emails serve best=no phones and no responses to emails. 1 query takes 3 weeks to get an answer. Still to understand how long it takes for someone to do something.

Horrible company avoid them

Nachteile:

The company is very shady. They canceled my website because i thought they auto billed and sent an email saying i could fix it by clicking the link which i did and payed. They showed it payed but never reinstated the site. They refuse to pay back the prorated portion of time i don't have a site and want me to go through a bunch of extra processes before they'll even fix the account being off. They hold your domain name hostage and do not have any phone contact because they don't want to deal with the many complaints about their shady practices.

Vorteile:

Very user friendly with drag and drop system of building the site, even without any previous kowledge about web design. One can practically set a webite within a day and start selling onlcomputers as well for mobiles too, and it is automatically without resizing the ready website for ine. Cheap webshop solutions. Free trial, free business mailbox and free domain are nice bonuses. Customized for desktop as well for mobile visitors automatically. Visitors traffic is included as well free creation of favicon. There is an option to have completely free website with subdomain in case one has to start with no funds and maybe later upgrade. Very helpful Support service.

Nachteile:

Some more online payment processors will be welcomed to integrate. There is always space for improvements and adding new templates within time.
