Kommentare: Aside from everything I've already said ViralSweeps has helped us grow our email list and social channels exponentially! It has allowed us to reward our customers and collaborate with other companies in a fun and easy way. Worth every penny.

Vorteile:

I love how user-friendly ViralSweeps is. It's easy to navigate and integrate with applications we already use. My favorite part though is they answer my questions soooooo quick! That's actually what made me sign up when I first started using them a couple of years ago. I was comparing platforms and sent ViralSweep and a competitor an email asking questions about their platform and ViralSweep answered me back within minutes. I was able to go back and forth with them for about an hour and by the end, I didn't care to hear back from the other company. This incredible service continues. If I ask a question through "chat" within normal business hours I will have a response almost immediatly (sometimes even after hours!). They are incredible; better and cheaper than Gleam...

Nachteile:

This is minor... but I wish when requesting to know someone's birthday for a sweepstakes entry you could just request month and year, not the date too.

The featureset is so vast, we use Viralsweep for dozens of applications

Kommentare: It's simply the best for tracking and excluding fraudulent users who typically game promotional giveaways.

Vorteile:

There isn't a software package out there that lets you quickly create collaborative campaigns as easily as viralsweep. We've been using this software for 2+ years and across 40+ projects. Support is the absolute best.

Nachteile:

Depending on the campaign type, the overall user interface is a bit rigid, but it's optimized for that campaigns particular goal and it just works.

Great product for launching quick sweeps, doesn't seem to work in all cases

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to have a WYSIWYG interface to create a sweepstakes. But this simplicity can also lead to some pitfalls with regard to sweepstakes regulation. It's "too easy" to create a sweepstakes, and that could lead to some employees making mistakes with regard to compliance.

Nachteile:

The webhooks did not work for us. They are well-tested, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

When Growth is the Strategy

Kommentare: ViralSweep allows me the opportunity to help my clients grow their subscriber list substantially through different marketing channels. It also drives website traffic to specific pages and helps create engagement. Other benefits I receive from using ViralSweep include ease of use, variety, customizable, works great with WordPress and Facebook, and the service is impeccable -- I have received immediate responses from Giancarlo, who is always kind and willing to help.

Vorteile:

The thing I like most about ViralSweep --- it generates excellent results. I have tried many others, including Wishpond and Woobox, and ViralSweep stands head and shoulders above those competitors.

Nachteile:

I wish there were more flexibility in creating a custom landing page with graphics and other copy. I would also like if it created a white-labeled report with the ability to customize pages of the report and add graphics.

ViralSweep is Just What We Needed for Contests, Sweepstakes and Giveaways!

Kommentare: ViralSweep is a great software for running contests, submitting entry forms and collecting emails. I love that we're able to export the winning names and emails into an Excel file to send to my Email Specialist for our sends. Also, I really love that rep, with customer support, always responds within 30 mins, which is just fine because I typically plan our contests ahead, leaving time to hash out issues with the ViralSweep team before it launches.

Vorteile:

My company, sells custom window treatments online, but we also frequently attend home shows around the country to promote our product and upcoming sales. With ViralSweep, I was easily able to set up a simple entry for all of the dates on "tour" and award (1) entrant from each show super easily! Only thing I would recommend to add is a random number generator for winner selection, so users wouldn't be leaving your site to search for one on Google.

Nachteile:

Not a huge deal but it would be nice to have more theme options without having to upgrade from the starter package.

New but very satisfied ViralSweep user

Vorteile:

It's very intuitive & easy to use with alot of customizable features and features that I haven't seen in other platforms. It is also aesthetically pleasing and able to be customized to match just about any client's style.

Nachteile:

There aren't alot of cons that I've experiences so far, but no matter what platform you're using there will always be small things that a client requests that you aren't able to do. With ViralSweep, the only things like this that I've noticed so far are controlling the size of the text in the extra content block on the entry form, and adding an underline to certain parts of text in the rules agreement and newsletter agreement lines.

Great program, easy to use.

Vorteile:

Easy to set up and use, love the option of getting bonus points for whatever we like (really like that we can ask questions and receive answers).

Nachteile:

We use this in-store as well.... and it was complicated to allow the stores to sign-up the customers themselves as it was always the same IP address.

Robust & Simple

Kommentare: We run weekly giveaways with ViralSweep, and bigger events a few times a year. We've found it to have more options than many other sweeps tools at a better price. Overall, I've run into only very few things that we can't do with it!

Setup can be a little confusing/long until you get used to it

Best App for Digital Marketing Promotions

Viralsweep is a cloud based software helping millions of inviduals to grow their small and large scale businesses. They are also offering free trial version for checking and better understanding of the product before the purchase. Some of its amazing features includes web forms, skill contests, award management, fraud detection and multi channel marketing. The online help is another best thing about viralsweep because whenever you need support you can chat online with the support team.

Nachteile:

Viralsweep has all the best features and i will be more delighted if the user interface gets little easier and company add some more features and tools.

Standalone URLs aren't "pretty" When exporting photos, it's hard to match up with individual users - would be cool if the file name was the persons email address or some other identifier

Great, simple option for contests and sweepstakes

Kommentare: Overall we love this platform and recommend it constantly. They provide great support when we need help.

Vorteile:

Viralsweep makes it really easy to launch and manage a sweepstakes. They've got great built-in features for increasing entries by enabling users to earn more chances to win by referring friends. We use it a lot to increase social following for our clients by allowing people to earn more entries by following on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. As a marketer I love they that have Facebook pixel, Google Analytics, and other tracking technology implemented so I can see what advertising I'm running is driving results.

Nachteile:

While the simplicity of setup is great most of the time, I do wish there was some more advanced options for customizing more intricate campaigns. I would love to be able to create full screen immersive campaigns with things like "what kind of X are you" type quizzes. Also, would love to be able to customize a subdomain and short link.

The only sweeps software we use

Kommentare: Excellent overall experience. The team at VS is super responsive to any needs.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and functionality/stability of VS is so important to use. We run sweepstakes constantly and not having to recreate complex marketing programs each time is important to us.

Nachteile:

Comparatively, the price is a little high as we have tested and used others in the past but the price isn't high enough that I would be willing to switch,

Great Tool to Gain Followers and Content

Kommentare: I am able to host a giveaway and meet several KPIs: follower, email, content and engagement growth. I used Viral Sweep at my previous company as well.

Vorteile:

-Ease of use: the platform is pretty straightforward and easy for any team to understand, set up and implement -Great value: for the variety of goals available, Viral Sweep has been great. -Customizable- I like that the product is customizable and can be integrated onto our website

Nachteile:

-Missing functions: I have had to "hack" some of the plugins to achieve some of the goals I wanted because the functions were not available like "follow us on instagram" I would just change the text to say that so they thought they has to follow to get an additional entry but really I had no way to track it. Its ok though, I still see value.

Most user friendly giveaway platform!

Vorteile:

Things I found easiest to use about this software are the templates for so many different promotion types, integration of existing software from email to analytics & how easy it was to customize it. The customer support is also very responsive & helpful!

Nachteile:

Some of the options we would like to further customize our promotions aren't built into this software. It would be nice to be able to have more leeway in how certain options appear.

First Impressions

Kommentare: I have doubled my email subscriber list in a month. I do not know the value of the additional emails collected but I tried to give away a product that my shoppers would like therefore they are potential shoppers. As I do more of these I am sure I will better know the long term benefits and can comment again.

Vorteile:

I really like the integration flexibility with social media and other applications especially Klayvio. I have collected over 1000 new subscribers to my newsletter in a month doing a single giveaway which is something I wish to repeat monthly. The set up is easy and it's easy to manage. I will be doing our first drawing on the 1st of September and it's literally a click of a button.

Nachteile:

I think there are a few things that I would like to see upgraded. I think that the basic package should have Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics integration as a Standard. Those are basic basic things that would definitely provide value. The jump in price to get those two things (which is all I would want) is just too steep. I also think the page layout for the image files is weird. It would be better to have a single column with the image at top or bottom then a smaller picture and a right column that extends off-page just bad overall graphic design ( I am a designer so just giving my opinion. ) Finally, One thing I didn't understand is in my analytics reports I am seeing a ton of traffic driven by ViralSweep? How is this happening? Do you promote the contest or is it because of a redirect that I am seeing it? It would be nice to see or know what that is.

Viralsweep is awesome!

Kommentare: We wanted to increase the return on our social media activities. Viralsweep allowed us to convert Facebook/Instagram browsers into real leads, to expand our email list, and develop real shopping customer traffic.

Vorteile:

Viralsweep makes marketing easy. Running contests on Social Media is complex, but this software makes it easy. The viral marketing aspect is vital. Most important, the support is awesome. We receive quick, complete and accurate answers to our questions. Yes, we're delighted with the software, the support, and the marketing results.

Nachteile:

This will not bother most users, but we wish some of the very advanced technical tracking features were also available in the low-cost subscription. The software it totally fine at the lower subscription though, no complaints.

Great Software

Kommentare: I'm trying to build a list of sales prospects from zero. First giveaway resulted in over 1000 entries and over 30% newsletter subscribers. I was hoping for more but from zero felt this was a decent result. I'm going to try using the software along with co-marketing and influencers and see if we can spread the net wider.

Vorteile:

This was pretty easy to set up and I've had decent results. I'm planning to continue to use it and also try some of the features I haven't had a chance to try yet. My favourite thing is that along with ease of use, Viral Sweep has a guide to how to run a successful giveaway. I've also more recently read the guide to co-marketing and want to implement some of those strategies. I've just launched my business so have a long way to go. It's hard to no what results to expect when you have zero subscribers/followers, but I think I can continue to build on the gains made in our first 2 giveaways especially if I implement some of the other suggestions in the guide.

Nachteile:

Can't think of anything I didn't like particularly. Small learning curve in the set-up but overall very intuitive and no problems yet.

Great for Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

Vorteile:

We utilize ViralSweep weekly and have found it to be an excellent tool for lead generation as well as for engaging our customers. We produce events that occur once per year and use ViralSweep to make sure our customers are engaged year-round and keep our events top-of-mind, even in the offseason.

Nachteile:

I have not had any negative experiences with ViralSweep.

Great Product

Vorteile:

Simple and effective UI. Deep customization for the widgets, social sharing, language, and signup fields. Overall organization and the ability to separate sweeps into respective sub categories. Ease of implementation within our landing pages.

Nachteile:

Language section is robust but vague on where in the markup this copy is located or what feature it is tied to.

Review

Vorteile:

Love the different options for installing the sweepstakes. Love the ability to track facebook comments for specific amounts of time. This is especially useful for our users guessing scores to sporting events up until the start of the game. I love the ability to customize the layout and look of the sweepstakes.

Nachteile:

Aspect ratios of the images for sweepstakes are locked into a specific ratio. If I upload an image that doesn't meet the exact dimensions it stretches or warps the image.

Reduces workload for team

Kommentare: Every time I reach out with specific questions they are extremely responsive and helpful. Very satisfied with how they run business at this point.

Vorteile:

How it simplifies and manages the giveaway/sweeps process for our team.

Nachteile:

More about policy changes than a knock on viralsweep - but social sharing options are becoming more limited and reduces amplification of brand visability.

Great way to scale
