StaffStat Innovative & Progressive

Kommentare: Overall experience with the StaffStat team has been positive from the beginning. StaffStat software has helped us to gain efficiencies, communicate more effectively with our staff and provide staff with more flexibility in their work schedules. A win-win for our Administrative Clerk/scheduler, staff and management.

Vorteile:

StaffStat is innovative and progressive. It continues to evolve based on advances in technology and customer feedback. Customer service has been excellent.

Nachteile:

In the beginning, there were some limitations with the StaffStat software. Whenever possible, the team addressed them promptly with changes to the software or when technology advanced. The team has always been professional and responsive.

A real time saver!

Kommentare: Overall this our experience with StaffStat has been amazing. From the day we implemented the software we have had fantastic customer service and support.

Vorteile:

The fact that its easy to use, saves my staff time to focus on other important aspects of their job and eliminates the need to call individual staff to fill in a shift. Pure and simple....its a real time saver!

Nachteile:

There really isn't anything to that we like least about this software.

Great product for scheduling shifts

Kommentare: Increased efficiencies in filling shifts, great support that is fast and timely from the Staffstat team.

Vorteile:

Ease of use for end user and admin. Time savings for Managers and scheduler in filling shifts.

Nachteile:

We have not had any issues at this time. Whenever an improvement has been suggested it has been implemented or the problem has been resolved.

The real deal

Kommentare: Overall great from any organization. Don’t think twice about using this. It will allow tour staff to communicate more efficiently.

Vorteile:

This is a must have for any organization with a shift system or people on a whole. Having to call someone to cover your shift can be really rime consuming and all. With this software you can call that hassle a thing of the past. Support is also very good from this company.

Nachteile:

Having suggested some grosses that I had with this software Ive seen them being implement so I think that’s really good. I have no issues with it.
