Once that was explained I was able to make the proper decision for my business needs. Anytime I have a concern I receive a prompt response from customer service. They did respond but it was because they required for me to inform them specifically on what I didn't like. I responded that I didn't like the service and to cancel. That's when I get a notification that my bank account has been charged $50.00. No answer on their phone number so I put in another ticket and this is their response, "Hi. We understand you inquired about the $50 you paid for service credits with Officetree. That was a nonrefundable payment you made at the time of your order, as stated on the page where you entered your credit card number. Your order did not have any "trial" -- which we don't offer with our telephone service because we incur costs when we immediately purchase a number for a customer. We do, however, offer a guarantee to ensure that technically the number will work for your purposes. Even that requires you work with our technical team at least once to try to resolve any issue you are having, which did not occur in your case. Please understand your ordered a service from us which was provided. We cannot just "return" a service and we also have no record of any technical issues. Your service credit purchase can still be used for other Officetree servics. We offer 5 software applications to which you may subscribe with your same username. We hope this addresses your question.
