I really like working at HRnest

Kommentare: I use it every day and I like working in it. I use HRnest as a regular user - a company employee who reports remote work, holidays, etc. No dark theme.

Vorteile:

Easy of use and usability. The website is clear and legible.

Nachteile:

Home page - it is not possible to add e.g. remote work. Calendar and home page calendar - here I can only add a vacation plan and a vacation request. No modifications to the home page.

Kommentare: Using HRnest we were able to use a solution that covers all of our HR needs.

Vorteile:

This software contains all modules, that helps us to keep all HR aspects of our company online and at one place. Easy way to integrate with other software, using APIs and other tools makes it additionally convinient.

Nachteile:

The only thing that would help us more, would be automated business trip calculations.

Amazing Platform

Kommentare: Hrnest has amazing customer support, I did the set up that required some customization and HRnest was able to deliver any changes in a fairly quickly manner.

Vorteile:

I spend a lot of time going through different demos and doing extensive research. HRnest has it's beta version and you don't really need to sign up and waste time. Instead, it allows for a quick assessment if the features that you are looking for are there. It has all the features that I was looking for in order to automate vacation process approval with calendar visibility. Very easy to use, our employees did not have any problems adapting to the platform.

Nachteile:

Inputting the vacation already taken by employees was somewhat cumbersome. I would suggest to adapt to a new platform like this at the very beginning of the year.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu HRnest: Ease of use, variety of customization are strong points of HRnest. Other platforms did not have so many customization options as HRnest. The smoothness of the platform is amazing compared to other applications.

Kommentare: HRnest is a great product, customised and constantly evolving, so that when my business grows I am not thinking about a new product, but about the new opportunities that the HRnest team systematically deliver to me.

Vorteile:

Very helpful customer service, easy to use, continuous product development.

Nachteile:

The product is so great that I regret not having more modules.

Best for your buck

Kommentare: We stopped using spreadsheets and paperwork. All is in one place without us worrying if something is missing.

Vorteile:

The app is easy to set up and use, it has lots of features normally found in more expensive offline software. The customer service is spot on - all questions are answered quickly and new features are being added with every update. It is very light and works on every kind of device.

Nachteile:

No mobile app - only the mobile site access. There should be more types of reports and variables to choose from. The notifications of unregistered work time would be helpful for those who tend to forget.

Holiday module - highly recommend

Really easy to use and introduce to new users. We only use the holiday module so I can rank only this.

Some elements need more looking into how they work.

Nachteile:

Deleting entered data from forms before there aproovment. It is not possible to redefine the scope of competences for existing users.

Literal time saviour!

Kommentare: HRnest was a breath of fresh air. Our company is trying to be more eco-friendly - we are leaving behind all the paper-based solutions - well, as much as it's possible. And HRnest is a great help with that. And it's much easier to track the time our employees work ( we have task-based working time system). In my opinion, it's easy, good solution to any company.

Vorteile:

HRnest is very easy to use. It has intuitive interface - after quick check I was able to easily find all the things I needed. It also allows for great customization. Safe to say - it is very good product and we will be be using it in our company in the foreseeable future.

Nachteile:

My biggest problem with using HRnest is making empoyees actually log on every day to enter their work-time. It would be great if there was an additional app that would just open with the system when they start their work.

As an administrator, I would be pleased to introduce the tab: for approval and the absence report in the main menu of the LEAVES module.

Essential tool to HR tasks

Kommentare: Overall, I consider HR nest to be an essential tool in my work, thanks to which I am able to control the necessary information and HR management.

Vorteile:

What I like most is the user-friendly interface and clear layout. I can easily access all the functionalities in a very easy way.

Nachteile:

I myself can't adjust or remove some functions I don't use ( or empty questions not used).
