keine Deutschen Präsentationen, es sind nur Englische vorhanden und wir benutzen Showell im Deutsch sprachigem Raum.

Showell is a strong sales support

Kommentare: Very good program and strong team in the background

Vorteile:

Using Showell is really easy and effortless. Works great online and offline, you can use it on your mobile phone, tablet or PC. Especially good for presentations and sales support.

Nachteile:

where we use Showell, there have been no bad features, but we have found more possibilities

Showeel Review

Kommentare: I have been using Showell for a few years it is a great tool that makes salespeople life easier and it is fairly easy to find the information you are looking for.

Vorteile:

Showell is a very good tool for an organization like ours, with more than 20 distributors. It is very easy to use and it makes communication with distributors more efficient. The implementation process was quite straightforward and not it only took a few weeks from set up to communicate with distributors.

Nachteile:

I do not think there is something I do not like about Showell. The main problem is people that do not get use to using platforms like Showell and it is hard to get them to try and use the platform.

An okay platform

Vorteile:

Generally fast in use and has most features you'd expect for managing content.

Nachteile:

Missing features such as the ability to download one large folder with numerous other folders inside, the ability to share word documents (they get automatically converted to PDF files upon uploading them) or having to switch to editing mode constantly on an administrator account.

A universally useful platform

Vorteile:

Ease of use Accessibility Adaptability

Nachteile:

Without proper set up, you risk overloading your device if you want to use the app offline.

Intuitive and easy to learn

Kommentare: My overall experience is that the Showell support team is always looking to improve the service and to help its users. Showell is very intuitive to use and to learn - both as an admin and as a user.

Vorteile:

Not having used any similar product before, Showell was very easy to learn when I first started. It gives me all the tools to manage marketing and sales content for our sales team and the ability to analyze content views and shares benefits me as an admin in my daily work.

Nachteile:

The interface used to feel outdated and not very user friendly. This has improved a lot since the latest update.

The best Sales Enablement platform for ease of use

Kommentare: Just fantastic. If you want a platform that is not a big IT project, yet powerful and impactful you should use Showell. Centralize all the content. Create presentations easily. Share through Showell and get to understand how customer engage.

Vorteile:

It was very easy to get started and use. It has lots of built in tools which make it a powerful platform for any sales team to use.

Nachteile:

I think that they are actively working on developing the platform and I am happy with its functionality.

Showell recommendation

Vorteile:

Easy and light to use, no installation required. After sharing the materials, you can see when the customer has downloaded the materials.

Nachteile:

If you are using materials from two brands, at first it was difficult to find the so called right side or right place. I received instructions and advice from Showell, so there are no more problems.

Good tool, but needs more improvement

Kommentare: Good but need some improvements. Specially in the Layout quality option and the possiblity to upload translation automaticly

Global use of Showell as admin for an organisation

Vorteile:

Overall, I've really enjoyed using Showell for my organisation. It's a fabulous tool for having a shared database for the whole of our organisation, and for our sales teams when they're prospecting.

Nachteile:

On the admin side, sometimes loading new documents doesn't work properly, or at least takes a long time to initialise between the admin and client versions. We've also encountered problems with document formats, in particular with PNG files, which need to be smaller than 8000 x 800 in order to be viewable on the web version of showell.

Good presentation sharing platform

Kommentare: I design the content for the sales team to upload onto showell and it works perfectly to show presentations

everything that I have used works fine on showell so nothing

Great layout with lots of options to add tailor made packages to suit the end users.Great to share information with notifications when recipient opens shared contents

Nothing , Its suits are business 100% its a great platform

No increase in efficiency

Kommentare: My review is in no way intended to be mean-spirited. I had a very good system before with OneDrive. Of course, I was responsible there that the data is always up to date. As a sales representative in the field, I had synchronized the data on all devices (notebook, tablet, smartphone). Some of the above cons are admittedly not cons compared to OneDrive. There, these features are also not given. But if I already use Showell, these would be points that would simplify my work life.

Vorteile:

- A modern appearance - Same interface on Windows and mobile app

Nachteile:

- does not fit in with the otherwise Microsoft-heavy environment - no search function available in a PDF (or not intuitive to find) - PDF cannot be saved directly, but only via indirect ways (e.g. Edit) - PDFs sent by link get tracking, but the tracking report does not include the recipient (so I only know that the link was opened, which was sent on a certain day; so if I regularly send attachments as a link, I have no overview) - Automatic change of account when retrieving via a link does not work or does not work reliably - In itself, the change of account is sometimes annoying; it would be good if certain documents could be stored together for two accounts (Ex.: An overview of delivery time is in account A (English) and could be updated at the same time in a certain folder account B (German), because the document exists only in English) - For me, it would be a great feature if certain documents were synchronized in a folder structure in Windows Explorer (similar to what is possible with various cloud storage) - Documents that are regularly re-posted should be saved so that I automatically find the most recent version among my favorites

"All in one tool" for Sales and Marketing

Kommentare: Time saving, professional, forerunner (no more adds in e-mail) - Showell is your true friend when charming your customers.

Vorteile:

You will find all important and sales related materials in one place and it is easy to hold up - no extra time wasted and everybody knows and trusts that the latest materials you will find in Showell.

Nachteile:

Maybe it is our managements issue but maybe we would need extra tools or education how to easily prepare our own materials (used this in my former work place)

Some features are missing, which for example can be used in powerpoint!

Review from a frequent user of Showell

Kommentare: Before we implemented Showell, key information were shared to our partners via e mail, and we often heard complains that they have never received those e mails. And hence information was not passed along. Once we shared access to Showell to our partners, information sharing is hassle free, as we are sure everyone has got access to the information being shared.

Vorteile:

1. All information available in a single platform. 2. Easy to share information to external parties. 3. Contents available even offline. 4. Gives a professional touch to your meetings in front of customers.

Nachteile:

It would have been great if there was a way to mark the notifications as unread. Currently you need to individually open each notification.

A valuable sales tool in your pocket

Kommentare: Cannot believe we have not used this before, many businesses use shared facilities like DropBox but Showell takes things to a whole new level

Vorteile:

It is so simple to use and you can make this bespoke to your business. We have a category structure for our products and the Showell App has made segregation so simple and allows very easy presentations in front of customers. The facility to immediately share presentations and data is vital as during a meeting you can immediately share with the person you are meeting with. If you cannot find what you are looking for then the simple search function makes this easy

Nachteile:

The only con has been the amount of data we have uploaded - it made navigation in the very beginning a little harder but that was us, not Showell

One of the best sales softwares in the market!

Kommentare: We share salesdata, customer planograms, presentations etc. to make single presentations for customer visits.

Vorteile:

The useage is very easy and fast. Also easy to keep up to date and share important files inside and outside of the organisation.

Nachteile:

Works perfectly for our organisation and is in high useage. No cons.

Showell Content Management

Kommentare: I am pleasantly content in using the Showell app for the moment. I notice the continuous updates make user experience easier at least for sharing content and general content management

Vorteile:

Showell content management offers a seamless solution to sharing content with users and also managing content for use during daily work. It provided me a unique perspective on the benefits of easier content management which accrue in more productivity

Nachteile:

Updating of content has become faster and generally non-intrustive but it would be great if this content update feature would be fine-tuned to provide more intuitive navigation to new content items

Salestool for sales

Kommentare: A great tool for sharing, presenting and managing materials.

Vorteile:

Getting started and ending is easy. Materials are available even when the network connection is off. Saving and updating the material is quick and is immediately available to representatives.

Nachteile:

Everything works as it should. I have given many development ideas over the years and most of them have been implemented.

Vorteile:

From someone who has never used Showell, the best thing about it is how easy it is to use, for both myself as the administrator and for our distributors.

Nachteile:

On the Analytics, it would be good to see when customers have downloaded certain documents. As far as I am aware, this isn't something that is viewable yet.

Kommentare: The best so far .....

Vorteile:

Professionally speaking I love involving Showell in my everyday deals. I can make a custom-fitted and expert-looking show in a matter of minutes. No compelling reason to reorder from past introductions, everything is effectively amazing, the introductions look incredible, and are really simple to share as well. I opened up Showell, I can use it to make several client explicit slides, gathered fundamental items, organize a total, and incredibly customized presentations to the client.

Nachteile:

Not much on these cons yet but trust me I will be the first to let you know if there are any flaws.

Sharing the documents with the customers could not be more easy

Easy to use. Documentation management within the team and customers is fast and simple. Reduce paper use.

Nachteile:

It's better to keep software interface and functionalities simple . If there is too many options it might start to effect to users negatively.
