I love this tool!

Kommentare: I signed up for Project.co a few weeks ago and I love it! It is really easy to use and checks off all of the boxes for me. I have been trying to find a project management tool for a while now, but the others I found either cost way too much for what I needed or they didn't work very well. If you are someone who manages multiple projects with various team members, Project.co is the obvious choice!

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to use. I had no problem getting used to the functionality.

Nachteile:

I wish external users could create tasks.

The Best Tools for My Team So Far

we are a small developer team, using Clickup to project managing till last week we decided switch to Project.co.i still remember it token me 3 hours to understand Clickup's UI and logic, it is a great tool but it also too complicate, and sometime it is very very slow, i see this problem had been feedback long time ago, but seems now improvement so far. we paid Clickup but people inside my team don't like to use it~ LOL.our requirement for a project managing tool is simple:- it must have different views, like Kanban, Calendar, and overloading for each one.- it must be easy to use, when we invite some client to get inside, they can easily understand how it works.- it must have a nice interface of note-taking, a notion-style is preferred, and it also must can take long notes- real-time collaborate, chat, or even video meeting.so far, only Project.co works fine, it have notion-style slash note-taking with long notes, have enough views we can clearly see status, and chat tool is great.The most important point, is unlike clickup which is huge and complicate, Project.co very easy to understand.but I also have to say, Project.co is not perfect now, ex. I have feedback that there is no highlight for code snippets so far, and sometime it a bit buggy.but when I feedback bugs, I got reply fr

Game-changer to my onboarding and project management experience!

Kommentare: Since I got Project.Co, my onboarding has never been so easy and professional! I can actually have my onboarding be executed even without setting another meeting to my clients. Plus, they love how I can make their dashboards (what I call each Project) look in-brand with their business. They are also happy how easy everything is! My project management has never been this EASIER and CONVENIENT. The biggest factor is that the support from [sensitive content hidden]himself is soooooooooo prompt and very accommodating. He answers even my slightest confusion on where to look for this and that. He answers very vividly and guides you althroughout.

Project and Task Tracking is a Breeze with Project.co

Kommentare: My experience with Project.co has been very positive and I have yet to fully utilise its full range of benefits. It is very easy to use and I highly recommend it for many reasons.

I have found Project .co to be a terrific and very easy to use project management and collaboration tool which I’m using every day in my business. Since I started using it, I’ve been able to declutter my desk considerably and have greatly improved my productivity.There are sample Projects and Tasks within the system, so learning and getting started with these key productivity tools is a breeze. There is even a project for Lead Tracking, which has saved me time having to set this up.Apart from the Project and Task management tools, I’m also provided with a whole range of supporting features which allow me to engage with customers and keep all pertinent information together in one place, all nicely at hand for working across a range of projects. The support features include tools to add Notes, Files, Discussion Comments, Time and Payment records, etc. Also, I can add Customised Fields specific to my business, which is also most useful.I also like the integration features so I can connect Project .co with other apps to synchronise data. This includes Stripe integration for billing purposes.The live support Chat facility on the website is also excellent with confirmation of resolution received by email at the conclusion of each discussion.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I have to criticise about Project.co

Dozens of PM/Client Portals Later, THIS IS THE ONE!

Kommentare: I don't write reviews as often as I should, but I will 100% make the time when one knocks it out of the park. Let me preface we have worked and trialed every project management system and client portal, both large and start-ups. Okay, so here is the reason for the long-winded intro- we've been searching for two years for the right system and fell in love at first sight with Project.co. S

Vorteile:

- Support is very much PRESENT. Got responses within minutes, literally with actual fixes. WOWWW!!- Very simple, smooth and quick setup- UI/UX is top-notch, matches our level of work and design- UI is so intuitive, even our not so techy clients will easily be able to navigate- Branding hits all required touch points, domain, header, favicon, login etc- Love the task and project chat, fits like it should and looks professional- Great templates with ideas and thoughts for your clients and company- Well throughout onboarding- Small but huge, love clients can invite their own team members, they don't have to go through us- EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS are fantastic, well designed, and work as they should. Reliable is an understatement and an issue we've had with other app sumo pms.- Overall, well laid out to display pertinent information.My favorite feature is each project has a Notion-style format at the beginning of each doc which is great for providing project overviews, project roles, milestones, key assumptions etc. Then of course you can embed anything else you might need into the doc.

Nachteile:

Would love ACH or the ability to charge a convenience fee for credit cards, but other than that, this is the perfect system we've been looking for.

Great management tool with a smaller learning curve than others

Kommentare: Our small marketing company just started using Project.co to manage our planning workflow and creative services for our clients. It's so nice to have everything in ONE place and even integrate the apps and resources that we're already using. We also love the public roadmap forum (feedback.project.co) that lets us request new features and see the new updates they're working on.

Vorteile:

We're excited to start using Project.co to connect with clients more efficiently regarding video project feedback and also to connect more easily with freelancers and outside contracts.

Nachteile:

There are still some features that other project management tools have that Project.co doesn't, but it's nice to be able to request those through their public feedback forum. Some updates could be made for general ease of use, such as being able to change a task's status and other fields without having to click to open the task details. I would also like to see some added organization, like folder in folder capabilities in the projects view (for us hyper-particular people). These things are not deal breakers, but they would be nice.

Great tool for freelance and easygoing teams!

Kommentare: I'm a freelance with 10 to 20 projects opened in the same time, I need a quick solution to manage them, task, time, integrate google docs created for prj (minutes etc) . Easy solution to share with customers.

Vorteile:

Simple, simple and quick. Way to manage projects is very easy because you have few right options to manage normal projects and task without many subtask or complicated structure as many of other solutions. The way to add notes, bullet points, task points, embed external resource, add task from a note etc is very powerful. Also the price is very competitive.

Nachteile:

There is no app right now even if the mobile version is kind of a web app and is enough to add and manage content, of course no notifications from it. Need availability to add custom tools in some module but they are still in progress and updating the platform. Very smart project.

Feels like Basecamp, which is a good thing.

Vorteile:

This tool is perfect for managing my design projects. I love that I can manage my projects and clients from a single, centralized location. This tool is especially helpful because it is so easy to use. When I first got this tool, it took me about 20 minutes to set up and I was able to start using it right away. I love the templates that are available for creating projects and the ability to use images and videos for my projects. This tool is perfect for freelancers and small businesses.

Nachteile:

The support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT], the founder, has been outstanding. I have had some issues with integrations, but that's me asking to do more than the app can handle at the moment. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] at Project.co has been going over and above with customer support. Thank You!

Project.co is a dynamic and robust project management tool

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Very clean design. Great sharing functionality. There are a lot of options out there, and I think Project.co is one of the best values around.

Nachteile:

Not much. They have been AMAZINGLY open to fielding and implementing feature requests.

Great alternative to Asana

Kommentare: I have been looking for an alternative to Asana for a while and this has ticked all the boxes. I love the fact that I have been able to add a custom domain and my branding too, so it looks like an extention of my website for any clients/ colleagues. One thing I particular love is the layout and that you can quickly and easily get where you want to. There is no feed of all the activity, however I see this as a plus point as this often use to confuse me, rather than help, as we have projects that have fast turnarounds. Thanks so much - I'm so glad I found this great software.

Breath of Fresh Air in a Crowded Space

Kommentare: Throughout the last 6 years I have been running my business using a spreadsheet, on occasions testing various bits of software to try and make my life easier, however none of them had everything I needed. My tech guy made me aware of Project.co, telling me he has started to use it and I should try it.
Signing up to Project.co was one of the best business decisions I have made, I can see where each piece of work is in my process, see what everyone is doing and have a complete audit trail of the conversations that I have with my clients.
The support has been absolutely outstanding with quick responses via the web chat tool, direct email and also a one to one screen sharing call where [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team are more than happy to show you around. They are very open to ideas about features that might be useful which together with the fact any data is stored here in the UK via the Amazon S3 servers is a massive tick in terms of our GDPR responsibilities.
If you are looking a project management tool that does project management well and a lot lot more and like to work with like minded business people who are very receptive to feedback and suggestions, look no further than Project.co.

Project.co - tool for collaboration within your team

Vorteile:

Project.co is very easy to use software, almost everything is very intuitive and I would say it is also suitable for teams which don't have any experience with project management softwares. It enables to communicate about projects, track progress, share files - everything in one place.

Nachteile:

I haven't found any disadvantage yet, compared to more comprehensive softwares, Project.co is focused on simplicity so more demanding user might miss some features or customization options.

Clean, Fast and Limerick worthy

Vorteile:

1. Design and simplicity - so many softwares try to show off how great their programmers/developers are - or how clever they are. The beauty of this one is in it's simplicity. It knows exactly what it's designed (extremely well designed by the way) for and just concentrates on that. This makes the software clean and easy to use2. Getting up an running - there is very little to learn to use this software. You can use it right out the box and then spend about 20 minutes customizing once you have built a few projects. It's nice to keep the learning curve short, especially with productivity software!

Nachteile:

Right now I don't really have any cons, but wrong the following (really bad) limerick. The Best Rising Star Project Management Software

This project management has learned from all the other ones which are in the market, take the most important functions, throw the functions which are hardly used or unnecessary & gave birth to Project. In short, it's Easy & Concise, Not Complicated & Oversize

I am running a Digital Marketing Agency & I have been using Trello so far & what I fell lack in there is the ability to see all the project on one screen in comparison to what I can see in MY TASK & ALL TASK which belongs to the whole team. Moreover, in TASK feature, I have an option to see it in List, Calendar, Scheduler & Kanban View. I love the Scheduler View, it lets me know who is busy & who is free. This really the power of Project.co. Next is the Discussion Panel which is inside each project so whatever conversation between the team involved are there, we don't waste any more time tracking our previous conversation. This feature is liking having SLACK inside Project.co without paying any extra dime. Another advantage is having an External User from the client-side is definitely a game-changer. We don't have to update them every day, they just can login & see the development. It is time-saving. Last about the file storage, that is also making life easy as all the related project assets are there. Another time-saving feature.

Nachteile:

Because it is still new, there are still bug issues that need to be fixed. About features which are still lacking, it is already on the roadmap, just need to be out ASAP, for example, the mobile version.

Project.co Review

Vorteile:

As a freelance consultant with many clients, each demanding different scopes of work, I needed a project management tool to manage my time as well as allowing me to monitor and control the work of other freelancers who I work in collaboration with. I've been using Trello for years but thought I'd give Project.co a try and I'm incredibly glad I have. It's incredibly easy to use and I can view my open tasks in a number of different formats including a calendar view as well as a card type style (which I recently found out is called a "kanban view") without having to download and pay extra for "power ups" as I was with Trello. I can still add clients to give them visibility to what I am working on, but I can hide any internal tasks that I don't want them to see too by making them "private". I can assign other freelancers to tasks and attach documents, instructions and chat with them in a "discussion" section which is important for me as I like to keep all the comms in one place. It's also useful as there is a "time" section where I can log times and keep track of how long tasks are taking me. What I found really useful, was the ability to white label the software and host it on my own domain. As far as my clients are concerned, it looks like the project management tool is bespoke to me and gives me an air of professionalism I don't believe my competitors have. Finally, the team are extremely proactive in continually adding features and benefits to the platform.

Nachteile:

As it's new, it's not quite got all the functionality I need. For example, I'd like to be able to add times at task level and not just project level. As I said before, however, the team has an extensive road map and they are continually making additions to their software.

A must have Project Management tool

Kommentare: When I became unhappy with Trello's restrictions and its dependency on costly plugins for essential features, I started looking for alternative tools.I tested a number of tools, but Project.co has been far superior to any standard project management tool I used.Wonderful features, complex and various permissions, native features, a straightforward user interface, and yet wonderful assistance from the application's owner/creators in addition to the vibrant community.I fully endorse this tool and urge you to give it a free trial run to see what it has to provide to you.

TI was looking for a project management and to-do list SAAS, and I'm so glad I found Product.io! It has a big potential and it's easy to use. Forget Todoist and Trello - this is the tool you need to get your tasks done quickly. It's intuitive and user-friendly, with great features like task management, collaborative workspace, calendar view, and more. Project.co makes me more organised!I have tried and tested a couple of other apps but I really like Project.co.It is easy to use and keeps me really organised and on task, plus the price is great!I highly recommend it to both teams and solo-preneurs who are looking for a reliable tool to keep them on task.

Great project management tool and CRM!

Kommentare: Great experience, it greatly improved out performance. We look more professional to clients, we can track time better and we can keep all the communication in one single place.

Vorteile:

It's easy to set up and use. People learn to navigate it very quickly. It resembles Basecamp and that's why we love it. It's also very modular.

Nachteile:

So far I have no issues with it honestly. Even some things I thought were issues turned out not to be:)

One Stop Shop tool for Project Management

Vorteile:

I really like the ease of use. The onboarding emails are a great addition to understand and know the features of the tool. There are also tool tips once you are in a project, so Project.co novices like me can create a project step by step and get started very quickly. There also are plenty of templates and examples you can use to give ideas on how you can tailor and use the tool to your needs and liking. Each project can contain all the elements (discussions, tasks, files, notes, payments, time tracking) of a project in one location. Gone are the days you have to rummage through multiple platforms to find information and try to figure out the status of your project.

Nachteile:

Payment integrations with Stripe and Paypal. Would like to see additional payment integrations.

After a long time search for the best client portal...

I've searched for many apps that can help me streamline my workflow... You can name any kind of project manager/client portal tool I've probably tried it.When I saw this offer I started out a bit skeptical, wondering what was missing... and honestly... NOTHING!Project.co it's by far the most intuitive, complete, and easy-to-use software that will help you manage your team and your clients like never before!

Nachteile:

I can't find any cons yet, compared to other products I think that you really get a complete package. It's more like 2-3 apps in one.

Balanced & solid

Kommentare: Basecamp, Podio, Ryver, Wrike, Breeze and, currently, ClickUp - been through them all, never felt settled - looks like I might finally be home!Yet to really test in the wild, but everything so far looks to be intelligent and logical and, unlike ClickUp, it's smooth and well-defined. Please do not turn into the bloatware that ClickUp has become! The chat feature will finally allow me to force a stubborn client away from WA - sure, it's not a unique feature, but looks to be the best-implemented I've seen.

Vorteile:

Things I particularly like so far - Notion-style functionality with / commands, the design, the inline-tasks, embedded Google Docs and Sheets, custom domain and full white-labelling, templates and email notifications/reply via email that, so far, actually work as they should.All in all, very happy and hopefully onboard for a long time.

Nachteile:

Things I'd like to see - versioning (a change paper-trail), the ability to allow notes visibility at a granular level, API (or email-to-task), a collaborator setting (even if this takes a paid seat) that allows them to create tasks, or perhaps a more granular level of role permissions?Things that would be nice but are probably an ask-too-far ... ability to create products and services that can be used to create line items in invoices. More invoicing functionality in general (monthly or annual recurring, discounts on a line/product basis).
