Great product & fantastic support team

Vorteile:

- Easy to use product - Support team always helpful, knowledgeable and contactable - Changes to business easily replicated with Roomex - Booking confirmations to travellers work well

Nachteile:

- Carbon footprint/emissions info would be useful - Official app

Roomex is a great, quick and efficient software!

Kommentare: Roomex makes travel bookings quick and easy and the account managers I have spoke to have been great and really helpful when I have needed them and also checked in regularly to see how we are getting on with the software.

Vorteile:

I have used RoomEx for many years (at a previous business) and when travel started picking up where I work currently I knew we needed Roomex to make travel booking quick and easy. The dashboard is great and easy to use and I like that I can quickly get onto my bookings to make any amends if needed.

Nachteile:

Roomex is great, my only slight gripe is i wish it saved my log in details so i didn't have to input my email address every time I access the site.

Excellent service

Kommentare: it makes my life alot easier

Vorteile:

Being able to book without always having to supply the credit card details makes booking alot quicker and easier. The fact that employees dont have to expense stays is hugely important. Roomex provides and simple platform where we can keep an eye on everyones spending on hotels, previously we would have to go through the expenses to check on trends.

Nachteile:

nothing, really, except that you cant just put in a hotel name in the search bar, you have to put in the town and I might not always have been given that by the person booking.

Hotel descriptions and details on the roomex website are not always correct. Link to hotel website would be better.

Vorteile:

For me as a business traveller, it's super useful not to have to expense my travel anymore and have it all centralised in one place. The booking process is super quick and easy, and I've found the customer service great when having to change trips last minute due to COVID etc.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the price mark-up compared with other listings can be very high.

Best Booking App For Business Travellers

Kommentare: It is a joy to use, and I am confident that I can book a suitable room in any location (even with late notice).

Vorteile:

The account was already established with my Company, but my enrollment was quick and easy.

Nachteile:

I was going to suggest including parking facility options, as my last booking did not include the expected free parking (although this was managed by a third part company rather than the hotel). However it would seem Roomex have already addressed this concern inthe meantime.

Good Platform

Kommentare: Overall it has been good for the engineers and the ease of booking

I like the ease of booking and it is a good platform for everyone to use

Nachteile:

We can still get better deals outside of Roomex and a lot of the time the same hotels are showing, but more expensive.

SYS Systems - Roomex Review

Kommentare: Very happy with my experience to date with roomex.

Vorteile:

The software is extremely easy to use and the interface is extremely intuitive. I work over on Ireland in certain times of the year so having international hotels is a plus for managing expense as well as travel arrangements. Simple to manage bookings and all details can be added into calendar for simple tracking.

Nachteile:

I am happy with the software for my purposes. Maybe the ability to book meeting rooms in locations could be advantageous. This may be something we can already do, I have just not looked into it.

Useful and quick

Roomex allows swift booking and approval which is ideal. There is a good variety of hotels to suit budget and the addition of an allowance voucher makes it much easier when arriving at location

Nachteile:

Sometimes the pricing may be a little out when compared to other sites but understand there may be a slight compromise of price over availability and functionality

Ease of using Roomex

Kommentare: I have only encountered good experiences. Bookings made easy, confirmation of booking is immediately and the cost of the hotels is less than when I used to have to book accommodation through my company.

Vorteile:

Previously to having the use of Roomex, I had to request accommodation via our Travel Department. This involved filling out requests, emailing and waiting for replies as to whether or not the hotel requested was available. With Roomex I simply go online, enter the post code of where I will be working and select the most appropriate hotel with the features that I require. Availability, cost and booking is available immediately.

Nachteile:

Sometimes when selecting hotels with breakfast and evening meal available does limit the number of hotels.

I have to book hotels on a regular basis and this software can not be any easier postcode and dates it will show me a list of hotels which you can order in price or distance a couple of clicks later your all booked in perfect
