Great Product, Incredible Service

Kommentare: WE continue to integrate more and more of the features in order to run our brokerage from a single platform instead of multiple systems, every time they launch new feature it is a feature that is actualy helpful, overall it has been a great experience.

Vorteile:

The platform itself is excellent and does exactly what it should do as a one stop fully integrated product. It is really solid, however where the company shines is in their Customer Service, I cannot tell you just how impressed I am with the speed and thoroughness of their responses and just how helpful their Customer service is.

Nachteile:

As with any software there are some processes that are not intuitive for all users, so I wouldn't call it a "con" per se, because it will happen with any platform, but it's really the only downside

Kommentare: This is the 3rd document management software I've learned in this industry. It is by far the worst. A transaction in Dotloop can be expidited in 1/3 the time needed in Total Brokerage.

Vorteile:

The ability to obtain signatures in the same place docs are managed.

Nachteile:

Way too many tabs and screens, compared to similar software. The process is drastically slow and clunky with far too many clicks. Data is HIGHLY decentralized which requires large amounts of time to jump around to work transactions.

Vorteile:

The help is instant and they follow up with us regulary to see how things are going. I also like how it has everything together and incorporates a CRM.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it's not easy when sending forms to signatures. It's just a little confusing to the agents. They think they sent it but forgot to assign it to all the signers.

Great Transactional Platform for CRE

Vorteile:

Great platform that balances an existing structure that's easy to use, along with the flexibility to customize the transactional system to fit specific needs. Customer Support is amazing, and relatively easy to teach team members.

Nachteile:

The system does not have the best signature system, but we understand they are improving this soon!

Good Platform

I love the ability to create, process and store transaction documents in one place.

Nachteile:

I wish it were a little easier to use but part of that is training.

Kommentare: SCR enjoys being in business with TotalBrokeage!

Vorteile:

1. Transaction Management and the ease of reviewing transaction checklist for compliance purposes. 2. Onboarding agents and file storage. 3. Reporting transaction summary. 4. Message Board.

Nachteile:

1. A way for agents to go into their account/profile and pay by CC or ACH for monthly dues, earnest money, transaction fees, etc. 2. Digital Marketing: Social Media and Listing Marketing functionality. Be able to create a social media post, brochure, flyer design, etc. So the agent can create, add images, and text, and download to the post or print that digital marketing. ***I think these functionalities and designs are what TB is missing to fully complete the full "total" brokerage feeling for both agents and brokers. I find that most other competitors have the ability to offer these items.

The best all in one CRM/Transaction Management/Marketing for Real Estate

Kommentare: The TotalBrokerage experience has truly been a breath of fresh air into my real estate career. To have such a simple user interface in such a robust product is a dream that only an industry insider could have realized. I'm in TB every single day and it is as much a life blood product for me as the MLS is - it is that critical to my business. To have a product that handles CRM, Transaction Management, and Marketing with such ease either on mobile or PC is really something I never thought possible, especially for the price!

Vorteile:

Super convenient on-the-fly CRM entry; Seamless transition from CRM to Transaction Management; Super robust Transaction Management that is tailor made for the real estate industry; Powerful Marketing module; Just a great all in one system that is invaluable to my real estate career

Nachteile:

It is so robust, I recommend getting TB to assist with integration. The more you integrate, the more powerful the tool is.

The search for the integrated grail

Kommentare: Great. Support answers so fast. After waiting for Rocket or CINC to finally offer total integration we found TB! I was thinking of creating mine own when I found something better!

Vorteile:

How often does an agent lose a client due to lack of touching? All the time. How hard is it to track where and how does a lead and transaction really cost? Very TB finally is an agent centric solution that really does carry the client from click to close This allows agents to do the whole transaction in 1 portal instead of 5!

Nachteile:

aesthetic look. Haven't used it enough to find all the bugs yet

Nice Program

Kommentare: Support is very thorough and responsive.

Vorteile:

We really like that the team is constantly improving and tweaking the product. They truly listen to suggestions and are always making it better. I love how it can populate the forms by group based on a series of initial questions. Also the checklist is awesome.

Nachteile:

The mapping of forms can be very cumbersome. The esigining is not compliant with legal requirements, although convenient, we don't use it for that reason. Can only upload .pdf format documents. I wish the task reminder would have the task mentioned in the email it sends. Minor issues compared to the overall delivery product which is been very good for us.

Kommentare: There is not enough that I could say about Total Brokerage. As a former user of AppFiles, I am so excited that our company has made the switch to Total Brokerage. We had the option to maintain our previous software or switch to Total Brokerage and I could not be happier that I decided to ditch it for a far superior option. This service is the ONLY full-service Real Estate Brokerage Software on the market, designed by and for Real Estate professionals. Also, you do not need to be tech-savvy in order to use the software. It is extremely user-friendly and on the off-chance that you have any trouble, their customer service is fantastic! I would recommend TB to anyone within the Real Estate business, it is an absolute game-changer for our industry! Thank you Total Brokerage for giving us the solution we have all been waiting for!

Vorteile:

The ease to navigate through the platform. Once you get to understand the workflow- it’s easy.

Nachteile:

I thinks it’s easy. My broker kept making changes and improvements as we got started with the platform. Just got to know where to push the buttons for what you need.

Review of Total Brokerage Platform

Vorteile:

I most like the ability from my Broker to compliance my transactions so that I know I'm on the right tract towards completion of the transaction.

Nachteile:

In the beginning of use, I found it a little challenging to enter information into the GAR forms. Wished I could enlarge the forms to make them more readable.

Very easy to use, a great system that allows you to put ALL your files in one place, sends you reminders, etc. You can add email campaigns and do so much more with this great system.

Nachteile:

Sometimes my customers have a hard time signing docs on their phones. Otherwise I love it!

Total Brokerage ease of use

Kommentare: at best it's decent but I would not choose the program over others unless a lot was done.

Vorteile:

Soup to nuts from CRM to transaction management and compliance

Nachteile:

When working with documents you cannot see what is written from the assigned fields unless you preview, you cannot add information when in preview mode. It is clunky and not easy to work with. There is no app for your phone which is insane to me in this day and age.

TotalBrokerage makes Real Estate smoother

Vorteile:

TotalBrokerage makes transactions run smoother. By following the task checkboxes, it helps you confirm each transaction goes accordingly and on track. The e-signature functionality is a helpful tool allow for quick document review and reduce paper waste. TotalBrokerage allows a transaction to be handled entirely remote.

Nachteile:

The current limitations of TotalBrokerage would include the notification system. The basic text message are helpful but could be more powerful. In the case when a team member or office manager adds a document to a file, it would be helpful to receive a text notification with the file name.

Excellent System

Kommentare: The support has been wonderful.

Vorteile:

This software makes it super easy to manage the transactions and paperwork for my agents. I can check on contracts, etc. from my cell phone or laptop wherever I am. It is a great program.

Nachteile:

Some of the features were difficult to figure out on my own but customer support is always available.

Not as Advertised - Stuck for ONE YEAR!

Kommentare: This software is not as portrayed during the initial preview. AFTER you sign up for a year, then you start setting it up yourself - even though we were told setup would be done for us. They gave us a 30 day money back guarantee but it takes more than 30 days to understand how it really works and all of it's limitations so this is just for show. We've tried to work with this company to negotiate an early termination fee but they would rather keep unhappy customers because they are all about the MONEY!!! This software is not what they tell you it is! Don't get stuck in a contract like us!! We are just a small brokerage trying to get going so now we have to pay for two softwares!

Vorteile:

I thought that it would be a great all in one product.

Nachteile:

The entire program is difficult to use as nothing works in the right kind of flow - the documents do not look good enough to send to clients and take forever to fill out and use, the wizard questions are not really relevant or help with anything, you can't use the esignature without a transaction, on and on and on.

Decent

Kommentare: It’s good. I’ve used others that are more streamlined but I generally like it.

Vorteile:

I like that it keeps track of my clients and potential clients. I’m sure I'm not using it to its full potential so I’ll spend some time in there.

Nachteile:

I can never find my documents quickly. I can’t complete a file while I’m sitting there working on it because it’s very specific about the order you do things.

Terrific Product

Kommentare: Have enjoyed using TB. Love all the new add on features, keeps track of my transactions, my dates, etc. and makes me look even more professional.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use. You can add notes, update files easily and add dates to your calendar, which I love.
