Vorteile:

easy to manage payments for cardholders. real benefit in uploading receipts streamlining processes . love the option of a virtual card available immediately

can take a while for physical cards to arrive.

Kommentare: The team have been extremely helpful which allowed us to deal with queries and minor issues very easily.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use. Considerably reduced admin compared to our previous supplier. Customer service has been excellent.

Nachteile:

Receipt of cards has on occasion been slow. Detailed reporting is good but obtaining an oversight report for the master account is less simple.

Vorteile:

There's nothing that I like about this software.

Nachteile:

Always some sort of issue with invoice processsing and approvals. The product consistenly has bugs and doesn't work. Always a new error message popping up and causing thr flow of approvals to go back to the start. The support team takes a few days (if not more) to get back to you and the most common response is to delete the PO and re-start - which is not a fix and typically means we're late to pay invoices as I need to re-start the entire flow of approvals.

Vorteile:

The virtual cards are very useful in terms of data protection and security, we also like to be able to see how the money is being spent for general expenses by all the employees that have been using it. It has been good to know exactly what kind of purchases our company does on a daily basis and how to optimize the use of company cards.

Nachteile:

We are not able to see like in a bank statement how the funds have been spent up to date, this would be a useful tool, we can either see the purchases or the card expenses. We will also like to see an app in the near future so the software is more easy friendly for our employees.
