Kommentare: overall, it has been a good experience. Most of our manual works are automated.

1. Take time to develop requested customization.2. Need certain improvement in reports, as all details are not useful to users.

Simple software smoothly usable for everyone

Kommentare: This software is helpful for our smooth operation handling. we can see anytime where is our uploaded invoice staged and reason of this, then we can resolved it faster. Every invoice updating we received mail this was very help us. Other option help us withdrawal option.

Vorteile:

After approval we get mail from tya this use very helpful for tracking any invoice.

Nachteile:

This app is better than other app. we seen total history against a invoice.

Slow and time consuming

Vorteile:

Ease of selecting and booking cost under the appropriate cost centres. Raising invoices and clearance of payments on time to vendors. Better track of cost and communication flow through raising purchase order and then to final payment with minimal delay in the process

Nachteile:

The software if slow and takes a long time in loading, when there are multiple invoices and line items which need to be entered, as the software is slow in overall, it consumes a very long time. Though the speed has increased over the span of 2 years, it can be even more optimised because for me the software is very slow and eats into my productive hours. I cannot multi task as well

it's not friendly working software and not defined for as per our customer requirements. please give some filed as per user requirements to report management.

Slow software, takes ages to upload basic documents, not always updated and several bugs

Vendor Management review

Kommentare: It is quick & effective solution for as is where is basis. However the more we make it complicated, the more it creates problem.

Vorteile:

Simple, easy to use software. Fast implementation. Good customer support service.

Nachteile:

Customisation cost is too high, time consuming and slow. Team cannot keep pace with the ever growing business requirements. Some simple to use things are made complicated like mapping of Location and Departments to users in masters. It is too time consuming to change even if one user mapping has to change.

Vorteile:

Customized fields option helpful. In PR, PO and Invoice Pages enable disable and renaming feature is Helpful. Approval flow can be managed based on locations and amount matrix.

Nachteile:

Finance Modules required more details view, Basic Features are available but the bank reconciliation feature will help.

Kommentare: I have a neutral experience with average rating. This is just to encourage more user friendly improvements which will help us mutually. I hope TYAsuite can give best user experience. My expectation is higher ans there is more scope of improvement.

Difficult to differentiate the indent (available inventories) & Order requests (new inventories).
