Parcel Tracker is Simple and Time efficient

Kommentare: Tracking all of my parcels, delivery and packages for my business and personal use.

Vorteile:

Our concierge at the reception saves so much of time by using the Parcel Tracker, it's very simple to use and the service has been amazing. The system was very easy to install and the customer support has been 5 stars! Love using the Parcel Tracker and will highly recommend it to everyone!

Nachteile:

I wish the software was implement on many more buildings in UK so I can use one unique solution for everything.

Kommentare: I love it, it's been such a useful addition and an absolute gamer changer for our staff.

Vorteile:

Parcel Tracker has been amazing. It helped us save so much time all whilst improving how we log all the deliveries into our business. We've been able to free up the front of house staff time and they are now able to offer a better service to our visitors and better admin our site. The actual way the software works is also revolutionary, I didn't think this was possible. It's removed the need to record any of the parcel details manually. Parcel Tracker with a single scan detects the recipient name, the courier, barcode and tracking number. It also timestamps everything. Collecting parcels is also super easy! we can either collect via a QR code, a signature take a photo of where the parcels were dropped off for the collections.

Nachteile:

The software used to be a bit buggy (about 2 years ago) since then these issues have been addressed and the software has been super smooth.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, very user friendly. Captures an image of the package you are scanning in for later reference if you have a lot of packages on hand. Allows for a large number of users and recipients.

Nachteile:

Does not sync well between all users' devices and will show radically different numbers. No easy way to do any sort of package audit if you have packages in the system that were picked up but not scanned out of the app.

Kommentare: I love it. Having a secure system which has a relative low cost But we are able to process many student parcels in an efficient way.
The Students are happier knowing there parcel has arrived and they can come to reception at a convenient time which suites their needs

Vorteile:

simple process to use this ap to confirm parcel delivery to 270 international students in the accommodation. It makes our job simpler by securing parcels quickly and sending an automatic email to the student that they have a parcel at reception. easy to understand by our international students. and it makes them happier that they don't need to keep coming to reception looking for a parcel.

Nachteile:

The list of possible recipients on most parcels it goes directly On a few it goes to a default name. But its easy enough to search the correct name

Vorteile:

Uploading hundreds of individuals takes seconds (not days). Very user friendly for the somewhat tech savvy.

Nachteile:

If a user does not use IT systems on a frequent basis it can take them a while to become accustomed to using the software.

The team behind Parcel Tracker have been a pleasure to work with and are the sort of open-minded individuals who take the time to understand what our specific needs are. They are also incredibly efficient in handling any issues when they arise, implementing quick fixes with no need for follow-up.

Vorteile:

This software has completely streamlined our process, freeing up time for our front-of-house teams, as well as providing our residents with a quick and easy parcel collection process. It is very intuitive meaning it can be implemented and trained out quickly with little disruption to daily operational processes.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything I dislike, however there is probably scope for additional tools... But I know Deepfinity are already looking at these.

Faster parcels means happier me

Vorteile:

Since our reception upgraded to the parcel tracker service, everything is now instant. It saves so much time and the concierge is now offering the parcels as soon as they arrive. It used to take a couple of hours “for processing” and now I get a notification and I have my parcels. I am really grateful parcel tracker exists in our life.

Nachteile:

The integration was seamless, concierge was really happy to use it and transition was easy. I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Great system, cost-effective and time saving.

Vorteile:

The product has significantly reduced the time our receptionists take to handle incoming packages. The feedback has been great both from our receptionists as well as users. This is a cost-effective and great product, I highly recommend it.

Nachteile:

As of now nothing to complain about. The customer support is excellent, quickly responding to all inquiries.

Kommentare: A very thorough training session from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] which was great, I love the programme in what it does for our team with regards to time efficiency across logging/processing parcels and post.

Easy to Use & to train others on the system

It sometimes sends double notifications and shows as two parcels to collect which can lead to confusion/ allegations etc You cannot multi scan easily, crashes often, does not update automatically from kx, the ability to scan multiple Qr codes on

Kommentare: It is so easy to use, and so convenient. Makes the task so much faster and enjoyable.

Vorteile:

It is so easy to search a resident on the system, and seamlessly scan and notify them of any parcels they have recieved.

Nachteile:

The design, and the speed. My workplace has a very good broadband, however parcel tracker is still quite slow sometimes. So maybe a boost would be good.

It was so easy for our building manager to set the system up and it has really saved the reception staff a lot of time so they can focus on customer service.

Kommentare: Working with their team to implement and then use the software was very easy and it was great that they were able to take our feedback to help customize Parcel Tracker to fit our business.

Vorteile:

Through Parcel Tracker we were able to streamline the package delivery and notification process. This in turn had people know to get their deliveries and kept boxes from sitting taking up space or getting forgotten.

Nachteile:

I really wish I had found their platform sooner. I don’t really have anything negative to say.

Easy and centralised plug and play system for any property manager

Kommentare: Very positive, will recommend to property managers in residential and beyond. It's a plug and play solution which we'll continue using and saving time for our facilities teams.

Vorteile:

Exceptional speed of set up and on-boarding was easy regardless of the size of the block, support from the team, pricing. Great app as well, and very straightforward for personnel to use. Convenient recipient upload and removal functionality, making the move in/move out management and upkeeping of resident logs very swift.

Nachteile:

We have not found any faults with the system, and even when we had ideas or requests of new features, the team had added this to their pipeline.

Kommentare: The use of Parcel tracker at the student accommodation where I work saves me a lot of time handling the large volume of parcels received daily thereby giving me extra time for other tasks.

Vorteile:

I love the ease with which parcel can be scanned in, held and scanned out. The QR code sent as a notifier is an added level of security to ensure parcels are only collected by authorised individuals. Integration with our existing business process was also seamless.

Nachteile:

The App tends to update frequently. Even though the updates do not take long to complete, it will be nice if the frequency is reduced.
