Vorteile:

Iam a happy user of QuickBooks Online Advanced. It is a pocket friendly tool and I amazes me with the much I use it for yet at a reasonable cost. Also it was soo easy to adopt and absolutely easy to use. It is reliable and flexible that it allows me access financial books from my smartphone anytime anywhere. It is also easy to track cashflows through creation and sending of quotes and invoices to get paid instantly. And sales tracking and expenses and receipt sorting which are all in one place. Creating financial reports therefore become soo easy and accurate

Nachteile:

No errors, just a blend of incredible financial reporting functionalities that I enjoy

QBO needs to be your go-to

Vorteile:

QuickBooks online's ease of use makes it a perfect accounting solution for everyone from new business owners with little to know accounting knowledge to CPA's

Nachteile:

While it tries to make things easier some of the defaults are a bit confusing to the accountant

Disappointed in QB Online constant updates

Kommentare: It has been beyond frustrating working with QB customer service to add back a column on a report that was removed (probably accidentally in June 2023). I want to see the NOTES field added back to the Customer export and have reached out to numerous supervisors and have been told many times it will be added back. It is now 10 months later and the field has not been added back.
I have provided "Feedback" numerous times as well.
Super frustrated with the customer support team not taking steps to fix this.

It's important to access QB from different computers/locations.

Vorteile:

QuickBooks Online Advanced makes it super easy for me to create, customize and send invoices. I also like that QBOA match payments with POS and invoices to detect discrepancies prior to sending.

Nachteile:

Ever since I implemented QuickBooks Online Advanced, I have never come across any bug.

Veteran User of QBO

Kommentare: Overwhelmingly positive. I find it very intuitive. It does the job and I enjoy using the software. It doesn't frustrate me.

Vorteile:

The reporting is good, the system is robust, the bank rec works, a lot can be automated, I use the payroll feature too which saves a lot of time.

Nachteile:

The pension connection keeps not sinking so I manually have to go to the NEST website to enter in the numbers.

Pretty good, not CRM valuable

Kommentare: The support staff help, overall the software does a pretty good job with most tasks I need to complete, but would be nice to include all the CRM features so I don't have multiple subscriptions

Vorteile:

Really is the only software most CPA's are familiar with. Pretty easy to use and leave is mind that it's always backed up in the cloud.

Nachteile:

Still doesn't do a great job as CRM, so have to get third party software that communicates well with this one

Perfect for a small business owner

It’s perfect for any small business owner wanting to control their accounting themselves.

Nachteile:

I have no cons for this service. It does exactly what I need.

Worth the money!

Kommentare: It has been great so far, I moved from the desktop quick books to the online advanced and it has been worth the effort to change subscriptions. I feel I am making the most out of the extra money and using all advanced features to help me manage.

Vorteile:

I can better customise my spreadsheets and data compared to other services that offer similar products. It just feels like I can adjust all of my information more using the online advanced and store my information and clients' information in multiple different ways.

Nachteile:

The pricing, being monthly seems slightly more expensive compared to other services, however, you do get your money's worth for the extra support and extra channels of using QuickBooks.

Mad at Quickbooks

Kommentare: We are very displeased with Quickbooks Online and will be looking for another program.

Vorteile:

We liked Quickbooks Desktop, and Quickbooks is discontinuing that program, so we were forced to switch. The thing we liked most was not having QuickBooks onlinr.

Nachteile:

QuickBooks desktop is nothing like Quickbooks online. They may have well been written by completely different companies and the learning curve is impossible.

Truly great program

Kommentare: It has been an overall positive experience. Our old program was clunky and really was not designed like move modern programs. Quickbooks Online Advanced is truly a great product.

Vorteile:

I like that everything is easy to use and intuitive. We swapped from another program and were able to jump right in and start working immediately with little to no training.

Nachteile:

The only issue that I have with Quickbooks Online Advanced has to do with the integration with Clio. The issue happens when you write one check to a vendor for multiple client matters. It ports them over to Clio as one entry. Other than that everything works perfectly.

QBOA: Most Sophisticated Online Accounting Tool

Vorteile:

QuickBooks Online Advanced has all the capabilities which allows me to save time and eradicate discrepancies by automating repetitive accounting tasks.

Nachteile:

It was daunting to customize QBOA but the vendor offered free support the then when I was a new user.

My Review of QuickBooks Online Advanced

Vorteile:

Automating over 95% of manual accounting procedures is what I like most about QuickBooks Online Advanced since I save time.

Nachteile:

QuickBooks Online Advanced has no notable bug at the moment.

What I Know bout QuickBooks Online Advanced

Vorteile:

Automating over 80% of repetitive accounts tasks such as billing and invoicing is what I like most about QBOA.

Nachteile:

QuickBooks Online Advanced suits all my needs - I can’t complain at all.

Vorteile:

QuickBooks Online Advanced facilitates tools such as billing, invoicing, accounts payable and POS which automates accounting.

QuickBooks Online Advanced suits all my needs without having to integrate with external apps.

Kommentare: I came to my current position with a working knowledge of the QuickBooks process. I had prior experience entering data. The layout, checks and balances, and support features have allowed me educate myself on the accounting process. The support offerings are broad. There is technical support, accounting support, and the flexibility and capacity for getting even the most unique transaction.

Vorteile:

The biggest feature for me is the ability of the application to recieve General Ledger imports from our practice platform. (LEAP) Prior to setting this feature up with LEAP, I was entering data twice. With the import process the accuracy of my transactions is seamless.

Nachteile:

The only thing I can say would be continuing to have feature suggestions after I have indicated we don't wish to use, regardless of whether it is a direct QBOA or third party. It is possible that I have the ability to control that but I haven't found it yet.

Great product, user friendly, highly recommend.

Kommentare: Great. I started working as a bookkeeping and learnt QB. It's a great tool and the tool I would reccomend for every small business.

Vorteile:

It's really easy to use and the certifications explain a lot on how to use it. I believe it's great for SBs

Nachteile:

There should be more integrations with other tools to allow automation. The Amazon integration does not work well at all.

Slow and bloated

#1 Accounting Software

Kommentare: Quickbooks is what it is. I know it's not a perfect review and not what everyone wants to hear but it's the best one on the market BUT with that being said this program lacks a lot and has A LOT of glitches and malfunctions all the time. Will I be switching to another one. Probably not in the near future.

Vorteile:

The overall use of QB online is easy. It's straight to the point and anyone can learn how to use the software. The majority of the features are pretty easy and function great.

Nachteile:

THIS SOFTWARE IS SO GLITCHY AND SLOW! Some days this software works phenomenal and on the days you need it to work it doesn't. This is especially bad when it comes to the payment feature for contractors. To pay one contractor is fine but when you need to pay multiple and use the feature included in QB it's horrible. Every click takes at least 30 seconds to load making a job that should only take a few minutes take 1/2 your workday.

Very User Friendly

Vorteile:

One of the things I like most about QB, is how user-friendly it is. Adding new vendors, bills, or even making changes to existing information is quick and easy. The program comes with a list of standard reports that are quite helpful, but it also has the capability of creating custom reports to better suit your needs. Once created, you can save these custom reports for future use.

Nachteile:

The only issue that I've encountered with QuickBooks, is sometimes when I've created a new vendor to my list it takes the system a little while to register them as added.

Vorteile:

QuickBooks Online Advanced is cloud-based. It supports multiple users, and I can assign specific access levels to team members in the company.

Nachteile:

Price point is a bit more expensive than other accounting softwares. It tends to glitch at times and run slow.
