Vorteile:

I've been using Trackabi for time tracking and managing leaves, and I've found it really handy, especially with its features for both manual and automatic time entries. It's great for freelancers like me and small teams because it makes it super easy to keep track of hours and project progress. The interface is user-friendly, and it even lets you export reports, which is a big plus for billing clients. But overall, for its price, it's a solid choice that I'd recommend to others looking to streamline their time management without breaking the bank.

Nachteile:

However, I've noticed that the app can be a bit slow at times, and it lacks some tracking features in mobile app.

Lower cost time tracking

Kommentare: Overall happy with the system. It is easy to train others on how to use it. Does it have it issues yes, but for the cost, it is worth it.

Vorteile:

Initial setup was easy and simple projects of ours are a breeze

Nachteile:

Time clock doesn't always register an entry. Complex projects that have different billable rates have to be created separately which is a pain to manage. Invoicing doesn't have a billing option to collect payments which makes creating an invoice in Trackabi pointless.

Best Tracking Software

Vorteile:

I like the way the user interface is designed for the website and the desktop application. It is easy to maintain the project. I could see my idle timing and user activity timing to improve myself.

Nachteile:

The timer is not synchronized between the web page and the application at times. When I try to open the application, I don't get redirected to the current day. Also, the timer is not updated from the application when I'm supposed to change it from the web view.

An average time tracking tool

Kommentare: Easy to use, not that bad. Good pricing. Poor software to track time (on linux, not sure about windows)

Honestly, I did not find any major drawbacks with Trackabi. The app performs exceptionally well in all aspects, from time tracking to project management and reporting.

Easy and convenient tool

The fact that this has a proper tracking system. Also, the auto-stopping feature seems niche.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app can show an error to run or if the internet is slow then the app would go blank. I guess these issues need to be addressed by a proper community or forum, which would reduce the confusion. Cause I'm sure there are people like me become dumbfounded when an unknown error occurs.

Tracking is super cool

The time tracking is really cool, It helps a lot to monitoring employees and learn about employees progress like how much time an employee need for a simple project and it's screen monitoring is best with the apps using time.

Nachteile:

Need to be fast on starting, And some times some bugs like time tracking on going after shutting down the computer.

Nachteile:

Sometimes we are facing bugs and the timer stops automatically. Occasionally, it will stop responding without a popup. It would be better if the trackabi opens one specific tab on which we are working. So we do need to go and change our time on a particular app.

My new time tracker

Kommentare: Overall I am very happy with the product. Support is very responsive. I had a signup issue, and they resolved it quickly. They do not have a phone support option, but most companies are moving that way as well with ticket-based support system.

Vorteile:

The software has many features and customizations. Time can be tracked using a desktop app, mobile app, or web browser. Updates are real-time. If I start the timer on my desktop, it immediately shows started on the web. I can start, stop and then continue tracking time on a project. My previous time tracker would create a new entry for every start/stop. There are many other features like insights, leaves, invoicing, etc.

Nachteile:

No ability to add tags to time entries. Our previous tracker had this ability, and while not a show stopper, it is handy if I want to tag an entry with items like equipment used on a task for additional billing. I plan to submit a request for the feature.

Most time tracking tools are not efficient with employee monitoring and even if so, they are crazy expensive. This is a lifesaver

Nachteile:

Wish it has direct integration with PM tools we are using, but not a blocker though

Kommentare: It's an excellent tool for virtual assistants, and I often recommend it to freelancers and companies that work with freelancers.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

I often forget to unpause the recording after a break, causing me to lose time as there is no notification until I remember to check or switch tasks.

Kommentare: It is intuitive software and easy to understand.

It helps to record the working hours, easy to manage leaves as we can record our leaves in Trackabi.we can submit the specific hours we worked for particular project.It is good for freelancers.

Nachteile:

We get issue when some adjustments is needed as we can do after certian days only.

Really Useful Time Tracker

Vorteile:

It automatically starts the timer, pauses it, and stops it based on the movement of cursor. That's really helpful!Trackabi also lets me find out the actual time an employee spends on working and leisure apps which can be helpful for evaluating the overall productivity of employee being an HR. THe UI is also good and easy to understand with a shallow learning curve.

Nachteile:

Quite often the time auto-stops without any particular cause or displays an error.

The aesthetic isn't the greatest but it's not that important for it's purpose. However, I always like things to look nice.

The ease of use is the biggest factor. From setting up projects to onboarding new team members. It is simple to use and the team likes it.

Nachteile:

I wish it was easier to add new team members to projects. You should just be able to select a box instead of having to go into each project and add them.
