Very useful tool for WhatsApp marketing
Kommentare: I have been using this product for 3 years (before this they were called WhatsHash) and so far so good. I can see they have a vast improvement over the years where from merely a WhatsApp CRM system, they are now becoming an eCommerce solution as well. Their support is very efficient and responsive.
Vorteile:
The WhatsApp CRM system allows me to add a funnel and tag to each contact and segment them for the next action. The ease of implementation also makes it newbie easy to use the system without the need to go thru complicated onboarding steps.
Nachteile:
I don't really find anything that I dislike. However, I was told currently they are non GDPR compliant which I think they are still in the midst of getting this. So hopefully they can cover this soon.

Kommentare: Product was good but the supporting team has not taken feedback positively. Too much delay in the response and no considerations on the feedback part

It had Amazing UI with leading functionalities but the team.has not focused properly with the time especially in last 1 year.
Nachteile:
The team failed to update the CRM part in timely Manner. Many issues with the synchronization like - Group Size & members were not getting updated properly - lost the entire speed ( msgs were not getting delivered/ received)- even after multiple suggestions team was not working proactively.

Kommentare: Our overall experience with Whatshash has been great. Customer support is amazing, super responsive and open to suggestions. The product itself perfectly fits our needs, and if it lacks anything... they are developing it already, which is a great and nice surprise. I would give 6 out 5 stars to this App, totally their brand advocate, keep it up!
Vorteile:
It is very user-friendly and versatile. The features and UX have been very well overthought, and WhatsHash as a product is being developed very fast so new features are added on a daily basis - which is very helpful. the shop function is amazing, and with the minimum order implemented it will be a rocker!
Nachteile:
Maybe some of the icons of the shop could be customisable and the name "shop" itself. apart from that as for now can't think of any major downsides of the programme. I think it would be helpful to have the statistics by products in the dashboard displayed, definitely would be a big improvement.

Vorteile:
This software is the only software which could link to whatsapp. I think it is great and is one cutting edge tech for businesses.
Nachteile:
This software rely on internet connection. And the team should speed up in term of developing other important features for businesses, not only the stability of the software but also the ecosystem of the system for example payment gateway, advertisement and greater customization provided individually. As different businesses required different features and functions for the ease of their unique operations. Overall this is a great start and this software is still the best in the field so far.

Kommentare: Its' an amazing budding product. The team should gear up to deliver features ranked by customers and then they can have many paid customers. The team must also make all CRM features available from mobile - that will make the product fly with most small businesses.

1. Its integrated with WhatsApp. Awesome. 2. It is one of the few products with CRM + eShop 3. Has awesome features on free version, including can connect to custom domain. Amazing.
Nachteile:
1. The team is quite slow to build features 2. The team doesn't have a timeline published to realease features. 3. The eShop has a very important feature missing - you are not notified via email or notification once there is a purchase on your shop. 4. The CRM is seriously missing reminder feature. 5. It will be awesome to add appointment booking system.

Kommentare: Whatshash has been a successful used case for me, which helped me, sustain my business during lockdown. i got new customers and opportunity because of Whatshash. Would highly recommend the platform. This might not be perfect at this stage, but the best part is adaptability to change and speed to action to incorporate inputs by user. Overall i would rate whatshash 9 out of 10 in terms of platform usability.
Vorteile:
The best feature i liked was the store wherein, i was able to list my products in a simple to use interface. During lockdown, i was planning to build a website for bringing my business online, when i found this. The best part is the integration with Whatsapp, with which i am not required to use desktop and orders are directly received on whatsapp, and at the same time am able to get real time notification and engage with customers.
Nachteile:
Inventory integration, additional categories in product, real time sync with Whatsapp, discount integration and paypal integration are the things which i am looking forward to. Am sure, these things are being worked upon and would be available soon.

has always been ready to help with any questions I had. Overall, I would recommend the software if you need to do polls on a regular basis. It also seems like they are constantly developing the features so I'm confident I will be using WhatsHash also in the future :)

WhatsHash works really when since within our company we need to do weekly polls on different topics. It's an easy way to gather information and record everyone's responses. Having the software as a desktop app and also on your phone via WhatsApp is very convenient I like how easy it is to use when t comes to sharing the polls and voting as well as recording individuals' responses.
Nachteile:
In the beginning it took me a moment to learn how to use all the functions. Now after using it for months I am very used to it and it has become an easy routine instead of taking a while to get my head around it.

See below my missing features ;) good concept but many features are missing from me, for example : • a way to upgrade product with the bulk import option • option to print the orders • option to erase product, categories and not only activated or not • option to duplicate categories and products • get a ref code or number of each product for classification (not only range on the category) • white label for agencies • Online paiement solutions (stripes, paypal..) • more language on the shop area (actions button are in english only) • better font for the ticket we receive on whatsapp • Sharing social media option on the shop for the products
I feel SCAMMED

The idea behind WhatsApp managing all the CRM is great but don't have essential things like custom filters and fields.
Nachteile:
I buy the software almost 2 weeks ago and i didnt like ti, the trial is limited so to test all the functions you have to upgrade, in my case to the higher plan. Since the day 2 i contact the company to ask for a refund, and they say they are going to contact me and never did. Now I contact them back without an answer.

WhatsHash is a very powerful app for in-house Sales Reps who are limited to cold - calling and cold - emailing. I love that my customers are able to see the actual products and quantity sizes with prices. It is very easy to build the WhatsApp store and update quick replies. I would send the Whatshash links to all my customers and in a matter of seconds they are able to view and purchase products. The feedback is very positive; with their busy schedule, my customers love placing orders at their convenience.
Nachteile:
More filters needed please.. which I know will be included in future updates. =)

I can easily manage my lead, track enquiries and turn them into sales.
Nachteile:
There was a slight learning curve to understand the function of the software. But overall, i like it a lot.
A Must Have for Small Businesses
Vorteile:
I used whatsapp to broadcast my promotion to my customers frequently and spent a lot of time searching for my groups that I have set up as I can only pin 3 groups on top of my list. Vepaar allows me to have multiple groups placed consecutively, so I could send out messages within minutes. The CRM is useful to store customer contact, put short notes about their preferences and enable me to sort them, filter and follow up later. The quick replies are especially time saving since many answers similar and it allows me to response almost immediately without having to type them out painfully
Nachteile:
I don't really have one yet as I have yet to explore the all the features and thus will be unfair to comment on this for now.
A great start for my e-commerce journey!
Vorteile:
Ease of use. I managed to setup my basic e-commerce store within 30mins. The functions are intuitive, and I didn’t have the refer to the instructions/ manual for the most part of the setup.
Nachteile:
There are some updates needed for the instructions on the bulk upload for “inventory”, but otherwise, it was all good for me. Also, looking forward to custom API to support other local payment gateways.

Kommentare: I like it but it's limited, I want to see mor integration with whatsapp and my phone, especially when updating my contact data on the platform, that should go straight to my phone as well.
