"deviceConnect is a solid on premise option for mobile device management and automation"

Kommentare: Mobile Labs has been a great partner for us and has truly focused on helping us to solve our problems, not just sell us a solution and move on. We very much appreciate that attitude!

Vorteile: Once setup, deviceConnect is fairly easy to use, has a great suite of automation tools and allows for us to leverage their existing APIs to easily customize for our needs. Additionally, the Mobile Labs team is incredibly responsive and receptive to our questions and feedback, which is incredibly helpful.

Nachteile: Initial setup can be fairly time consuming, and it was a little too easy for us to go down the wrong configuration path, which took some time to discover. There are some existing feature limitations, but they are in the roadmap so I won't call them as a true con, just that there is some patience required for more advanced user scenario features.

"Good product, amazing tech support"

Kommentare: Amazing tech support team! I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could, they're so much better than tech support provided by other vendors. They respond quickly, they're available for calls, and they actually know the technology rather than just reading from a playbook. When the product doesn't support something I want to do, they give serious thought to my intent and suggest relevant workarounds.

Vorteile: It does what it "says on the box" and does it well. You can interact with remote devices (particularly helpful now during COVID-19 quarantine), you can set up device reservations, and it has very robust APIs for automation.

Nachteile: It currently lacks the ability to restrict app access to different user roles. If not everyone at your company has clearance to see all apps, you have to come up with funky workarounds. Also, multitouch emulation can be flaky.

"Mobile Lab feed back"

Vorteile: Very easy to learn and use for daily testing purpose.

Nachteile: not supporting remote check deposit and touch ID.
