Exceptional EMR Customization and Service

Vorteile:

The ability to build out OPUS as a leading EMR portal has given my organization the ability to document with ease, accuracy, and efficiency. The collaborative development team exceeds our expectations on a regular basis and provides a tremendous wealth of insight and knowledge. Our clinicians and doctors find charting and recording to be friendly and thorough.

Nachteile:

Have not had any negative feedback at this time

Thankful for patience

Kommentare: Overall I have appreciated the patience shown by both the OPUS team and practice suite team. I was initially worried that within a month or two we would be left on our own. This has not been the case we have continued to have guidance and direction as we have become more and more familiar and comfortable with the system. For this I am grateful!

Vorteile:

We have found Opus EHR to be visually appealing and user-friendly. We especially appreciate features such as client messaging, scheduling, appointment reminders, and comprehensive client record management.

Nachteile:

A primary concern during implementation has been the lack of timely issue resolution. We encountered situations where clients received reminders during the early morning hours (1am-4am) or did not receive sent messages. These issues often persisted for weeks before being resolved. When a problem required escalation to the developers, we typically experienced delays of two weeks or more. These delays caused significant inconvenience and frustration for both our clients and our team.

Inpatient Supervision New Start Up

Kommentare: Overall, my experience with OPUS has been fair.

Vorteile:

I haven't had much experience with OPUS but I do love the amount of time that your team invested in our facility's set up. I feel that OPUS is easy to Navigate.

Nachteile:

What I like least about OPUS is that It doesn't pull data or auto populate in some areas and I also would have liked to have the ability to drag forms or decrease the size of the forms.

A very easy switch to a new system

Kommentare: This has been a much easier transition into a new medical record system than I thought. I'm so glad I made the decision to switch

Vorteile:

The onboarding has been great! Laura is so nice and understanding! Opus as a product has been easy to use and very intuitive

Nachteile:

Nothing so far - it's been great. There were a few bugs at first (which is to be expected) but the team fixed everything very quickly.

Very Satisfied

Kommentare: We have had a wonderful experience so far with this company. They work very fast to complete tasks and are very good at assisting us with things that we need to complete.

Vorteile:

The Trainer Janelle. She is very helpful and patient.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far. We are very pleased. However, we would like to see better pricing for migration for patient files that are not in use.

Wonderful EHR and Customer Service

Kommentare: Fantastic, highly encourage people to check it out, it has been easy and great to work with them.

Vorteile:

fantastic customer service and ability to support us while going through such big transitions

Nachteile:

There was a couple pieces of integration we hoped for, but honestly we hear it is on its way, so far not much at all!

New to Opus

Kommentare: I am new to the system. So far, so good.

Vorteile:

It's user friendly and easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

All of the forms not being in alphabetical order.

New to Opus

Kommentare: Convenient with the amount of training time available and the customer service rep [sensitive content hidden] is very responsive and helpful.

Vorteile:

I like the amount of training time that is available and the customer service. Easy to get answers when help is needed.

Nachteile:

I haven't had enough time to work in the system to know what I dislike about Opus

Very Informative. I like Janelle. She gave of good information.

Nothing. Great training. I would to have her train me again.

Review of Opus

Kommentare: Overall, it has been a positive one. It was a difficult road with times of extreme stress and disappointment; however, I felt that my concerns were always addressed and efforts were made to always find solutions.

Vorteile:

Working with Laura and her desire to go over and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Also Arjun and Smirna with PS are also excellent in their knowledge and work ethic.

Nachteile:

The integration between Opus and PS is difficult to understand at first and the way these work together was not explained well to us when previewing the software.

Very Pleased

Kommentare: Overall, I am very pleased with the EHR systems and their team. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate not only for the staff but for the clients as well.

Vorteile:

It is extremely user friendly. Customer service has been great.

Nachteile:

When moving between locations, it always defaults to the home screen, instead of where you were looking. Example, I am looking at patients in one location, but want to see clients in second location, when changing locations, screen goes back to home instead of staying in patients.

Opus Review

Kommentare: It's been great so far. [sensitive content hidden] has been very sweet.

Vorteile:

Being able to assign a provider to each patient. Patient profiles are easy to use and navigate.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a way to auto-populate the information that the clients fill out on their intake form to their patient profile. It's a little bit of a hassle to copy and paste from the intake form to the patient profile.

Vorteile:

The communication and assistance through the onboarding process.

Nachteile:

The onboarding process took some time due to all of the features of OPUS.

OPUS-Great Alternative to KIPU

Kommentare: I love that I can make forms and easily update them for our clinics use!

Vorteile:

The ease of use and the fact that it is user friendly.

Nachteile:

We cannot mark whether we have billed when using our own biller. We also had a discrepancy in what was told to us and what we were charged for.

Opus Implementation Review

Kommentare: Positive. The staff have been very responsive.

Vorteile:

The program is very user friendly and the 24/7 support.

Nachteile:

I do not have any negative feedback at this time. We are in the implementation phase and it is going smoothly.

User Friendly

Kommentare: Overall, our experience with OPUS has been great. I would highly recommend OPUS.

Vorteile:

I like that OPUS is user friendly. The format is logical and easy to understand. The support we have received from our Project Manager, [sensitive content hidden] has made the implementation process flow smoothly.

Nachteile:

The scheduling system does not fully meet our needs and has been more difficult to use. Specifically, we have encountered difficulties printing client schedules and distinguishing between new intakes and existing clients. We have been informed that updates are coming that may address some of our concerns.

Opus Implementation Review

Vorteile:

The ease of use and straightforward set up for our Medical Department really helped implement a new streamlined process.

Nachteile:

Due to a high caseload of clients a couple of features we would have liked to see were auto-complete on certain medications and moveable pop-up windows.

OPUS Review

Kommentare: Initially it was bit of a challenge, but it got better as we began to use the system and the bugs were ironed out.

Vorteile:

Initially is was a challenge getting started and once what we needed for implemented it is easy to use because it a Mental Health EHR and not a Medical EHR.

Nachteile:

Yes, I would like to be able to abstract that data that our organization need, not what is only available in the EHR system.

Easy to use

Is a very friendly program for using. Everything is a click distance

Some functions are hard to find and you have to fight a little

Nachteile:

It can difficult if you make it difficult but other than that it's easier software to use the platform that they offer in the way they list their softwares make it simple for you to choose and see the different items and rates and programs that they offer

Opus is the very best in EMR for treatment centers

Kommentare: I was part of the original implementation of Opus. From the beginning, their staff laid out the plan and executed as planned, always keeping us up to date on what they were working on. Because we wanted a very customized system, they assigned a customer success manager to our account, and I had a direct contact I could call any time. Every once in a while I still get calls from him asking if everything is going well. A truly well run operation.

Vorteile:

I get everything I need at the click of a mouse or on my phone. Opus is user friendly and let's me keep tabs on what my staff is doing 24/7. I couldn't imagine using the EMR we had before.

Nachteile:

No cons to report. Everything has been working great and their support phone and email are always there to address issues when they arise.

Easier Softer Way

Kommentare: I have enjoyed working with the software.

Vorteile:

Opus keeps me orgainzed but it can be improved for schueduling purposes.

Nachteile:

We could use a dashboard on the software that lets employee know what needs to done this day

If your EMR doesn't work like Opus, you need to switch

Kommentare: Software works as intended. We never had any issues that couldn't be addressed almost immediately. I manage a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and medical staff in 8 states so it's important for me to have accurate and up to the minute information on what's going on. Opus allows me to do that.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, customer service and use on my phone.

Nachteile:

Nothing to report. We've been pretty happy with Opus EMR.

Outstanding and Getting Better

Kommentare: Setup went at our speed and we've been live now for about a month. Support is available whenever we need it - 24/7.

Vorteile:

Virtually everything is customizable. The support and customer service is very responsive and helpful for all skill levels.

Nachteile:

Currently seems to be best for outpatient clinics. However, they are working with us to make enhancements for inpatient use.
