Great Booking System

Kommentare: Free to start and set up and use. Easy to add courses and classes. Ease of use for members via mobile app or computer. Fairly cheap after initial free trial period to continue to add new members.

Vorteile:

Easiliy accessible via Mobile App, and computer. Ease of use for members and for instructor to add classes and courses.

Nachteile:

Would like it so that either parent (especially in split households) can book their child. Two parents/carerers per child.

Easy to use Booking System for customers

Kommentare: Very good customer service. I have e-mailed on many occasions and got all problems solved

Vorteile:

Its so simple and easy to use. Gives my clients flexibility to book onto classes and unsubscribe if they change their mind.

Nachteile:

I would love to be able to have all my members birthday's on the system so that I can easily see who has Birthday's each month. I would like to send a group e-mail to all the clients on the system at once, it currently doesn't allow you to send to everyone. I would also like to use my own pictures, it would be far more personal having group pictures of the clients who come to the class.

The ultimate business saver

Kommentare: After looking through a few apps BookyWay was the only one which covered all my needs. It has all the features I need and it is easy to set up and be used by my clients.
I also want to express my thanks to the excellent staff members who replied to all of our requests quickly and in detail.

Vorteile:

The creation of the calendar has been a real help for me and the addition of their workouts on the software as well.

Nachteile:

Not having the option to cancel an appointment on a course without having the rest of the weeks also canceled.

User-friendly and Reliable

Kommentare: I am pleasantly surprised. Wanted to start with the product because of the low price and then decided to keep it because it works very well.

maybe more options for Credits/Limits would be nice

Once you sign up, it is easy to get your email and password set up to be in the App quickly. The app is easily accessible on your phone and can send you reminders you have scheduled an event.

Nachteile:

I wish there were more hovers over txt to direct you what to do. It is very user friendly but for first time users, it would be nice to have on-screen directions.

Ciò che mi è piaciuto di meno: Ho notato che, pur personalizzando la homepage con il proprio logo e i colori, il resto dell'applicazione mantiene colori estranei. Tuttavia, è solo un dettaglio e non influisce sulla funzionalità e comodità del sistema di prenotazione.

Facile e intuitivo

Vorteile:

Offre tutti i servizi che una palestra necessita per il buon svolgimento e coordinamento delle proprie attività. Assistenza costante e super veloce, anche nei giorni festivi.

Nachteile:

La funzione “media”. Non approvo che un video, messo a pagamento, si possa vedere anche se un utente ha l’abbonamento scaduto.

App facile e veloce

Vorteile:

Bookyway è stata una vera salvezza per la gestione delle prenotazioni ai corsi. L'installazione è molto semplice e consente al cliente di prenotare e cancellare la prenotazione in modo semplice e veloce, molto utile per chi fornisce corsi di gruppo e ha l'esigenza di limitare il tempo perso al telefono e/o in messaggi. Il servizio di supporto tecnico è efficientissimo e veloce, lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Nachteile:

Non ci sono lati negativi al momento, sto usando l'applicazione da un mese e mi trovo bene.

Ce logiciel n’est pas du tout compliqué. C’est très facile à utiliser pour les utilisateurs. Le rapport prix est bon et permet d’en profiter.

Nachteile:

Jusqu’à présent je n’est pas eu d’inconvénient sur ça mais, le problème est que l’abonnement mensuel n’existe pas.

Kommentare: La semplicità di utilizzo porta ad un notevole risparmio di tempo per gestire : utenza,painsesto, tessere. Nel tempo di tre anni sono state implemenate tantissime nuovo funzioni in base anche alle nostre esigenze; non per ultimo durante il periodo dello lockdown sanitario , l'implementazione di gestire classi da remoto con link e piattaforme di videoconferenza. L'azienda è sempre attenta a tutte le nuove esigenze del mercato del fitness.

Vorteile:

Il software è di facile utilizzo. L'installazione è semplice e rapida, le prenotazioni sono in tempo reale così come le cancellazione dalle lezioni.Ogni istruttore registrato può vedere le sue classi e marcare le presenze ai corsi per la statistica. La programmazione del palinsesto è intuitiva attarverso le maschere di inserimento.La gestione delle iscrizioni , certificato medico è sempre sotto mano per ogni utente.

Nachteile:

Se si vuole apportare una modfica all'utente nel caso di cambio mail o errore nel nominativo , occorre utilizzare un altro credito. Forse si potrebbe eventualmente gestirlo in maniera di modfica non essendo un nuovo utente.
