Woocommerce im E-Commerce einfach eine Klasse für sich

Kommentare: Woocommerce ist für mich nicht mehr Wegzudenken und wird mich weiter begleiten, solamge ich mit E-Commerce und Shop systemen arbeite. Zuverlässig und durch den support eine Klasse für sich, die ich gerne Empfehle und nutze.

Vorteile:

Eine kostenlose Software, die meiner Meinung nach Marktbestimmend ist und durch die Innovationen der Entwickler immer weiter nach vorne getrieben wird. Selbsterklärende Arbeitsgänge und Abläufe helfen dem Anfänger und werden dann zur gewohnten Routine. Durch die lange Beständigkeit auf dem Markt, sind viel Videos und Informationen für alle bereich im Internet zu finden. Die Einbindung in laufende Webseiten und Wordpress Systeme, sind bis jetzt bei mir ohne große Probleme vollzogen worden.

Nachteile:

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten geändert bzw. angepasst werden. Ich spreche von der Darstellung einzelner Seiten auf Kategorie Ebene. Die Auswahl der anzeige sollte noch stärker beeinflussbar sein. Aber bitte nicht Falsch verstehen, das ist Jammern auf Hohem Niveau.

Good product but more free features needed

Kommentare: It's done the job but hopefully a better competitor arrives on the scene which will include more features for a fraction of the price (price includes for features not included for free).

Vorteile:

The integration with Wordpress which is what we use for CMS. It's quite simple once setup, and allows a smooth customer journey from entering the store to purchasing.

Nachteile:

The issues from updates; always have to backup (good procedure anyway) as well as the security bloatware required in order to setup/use WooCommerce.

I love WooCommerce!

Kommentare: I love using WooCommerce. It's the best store platform I've used for a long time. It's easy to customise it for what I need and integrates with a lot of other platforms and payment providers to make selling easy. There's a lot of plugin options that range from free to paid to cover what you want to offer all in one place. The app also makes it easy to track sales and update customers on dispatch and posting details etc. Overall I'd 100% recommend WooCommerce.

Vorteile:

Love how easy it is to set up and how many different plugins you can get to customise it exactly how you need it.

Nachteile:

There is a bit of a learning curve but there are also plenty of how to walkthroughs online to make using it easier.

Easy to start, hard to optimise

Vorteile:

Is the 2nd fastest tool to create an ecommerce in less than 1 hour. You are in control of your checkout process and your money, and you are not forced to pay fees on every sell

Nachteile:

You need to pay a lot of plugins or have your coders in order to optimise everything. There is a lot of things you cannot do without coding

Really Good, Would Recommend

Kommentare: Overall really good it surprised by the impressive variety of extensions and plugins.

Vorteile:

Like how you can see where the source of the conversion came from, and how easy it is to see the analytics, and to understand what is selling the best.

Nachteile:

User experience could be improved, as I feel like it is not as user friendly compared to other platforms

Vorteile:

WooCommerce is the best way to transform your WordPress website into a powerful online shop. Setting up the plugin is easy and straightforward. Items management is easy and intuitive. The most important thing at WooCommerce is the compatibility with all wordpress plugins. Increase security, increase website loading speed and the most important SEO.

Nachteile:

A good webhosting (usually more expensive) is needed for a fluid experience.

Good if you have wordpress and time to fine tuning

Kommentare: The overall experience is good, we managed to do a really good looking store with top features at a really low cost and full customizable

Vorteile:

Is really easy to install, integrate really well with wordpress and lot of plugins available

Nachteile:

It could get slow as wordpress is heavy and this add more load, but if you are smart doing layers of caching you should be ok

Best open source platform with over 60,000 plugins

Kommentare: It is far easier to use out of the box while still allowing control and customization than any other platform.

Vorteile:

Legible code, easy to understand and customize

Nachteile:

Frequent updates forcing constant development of customized code to ensure compatibility. To be fair, this is largely due to outside influences like hackers and cyber crooks targeting wordpress as a whole.

Freemium ecommerce that racks up quickly.

Kommentare: For simple ecommerce setups, WooCommerce is smooth and easy to use. Again, if you have any sort of custom (even conventional) shipping, coupons, or store setups, you're stuck paying for extras that add up pretty quickly.

Vorteile:

For the most basic of ecommerce setups, you can't beat free for Woocommerce. It's made by the same people that make WordPress, so it integrates very smoothly.

Nachteile:

If you want to do anything of any complexity at all, you're stuck either writing a bunch of code yourself or paying yearly fees on their plugins.

An "easy and free" ecommerce solution

Kommentare: Generally positive, except in complex projects which require an ecommerce CMS instead of just a plug-in

Vorteile:

Its a fast and free solution to launch an ecommerce, it has a great community and a lot of 3rd party integrations. It is based on Wordpress so should not have a great learning phase.

Nachteile:

Like any module based system, some basic functionalities require a 3rd party module, and it can be expensive if the project has several requirements. Also, if you need to fully customize your store, this might not be your best option.

Good place to start

Kommentare: It served it's job well enough but it's not ideal

Vorteile:

The familiarity of the name makes it easier for clients to understand the function

Nachteile:

Too many conflicting tips and learning is hard

Woocommerce gets the job done, cheap! (unless you need a lot of addons)

Kommentare: We've used woocommerce for years to manage our inventory and sell our goods, merch, and services. It's been very helpful, particularly for anything we need to ship.

Vorteile:

Woocommerce is enterprise grade software that is free/cheap. You can get started for free and buy the official addons for a relatively low price if you need them. If you have a developer like we do, you can extend the functionality for no extra cost. It gets the job done nicely.

Nachteile:

Could have more out-of-the-box functionality.

Woo Is E-commerce At Its Finest

Kommentare: My overall experience was wonderful, except for the price changes. If it wasn't for the price changes I would still be with them today. I'm actually considering going back because it's such a good platform I'd recommend it to everybody.

Vorteile:

It's amazing how it's an all in one app. There is nothing u can't find on Woo! It was my initial platform, and I am considering going back

Nachteile:

Price changed too many times and made it hard to keep up with.

Affordable ecommerce platform

Kommentare: Overall it's good. There are quite a few compromises (ease of use, inventory tracking) but if you need to run an ecommerce store on a small budget, this is a great option.

Vorteile:

It's a great entry point platform, given its open source and free to start using.

Nachteile:

The user interface can be improved and made easier to use. Given the free nature of the app, it's also likely to attract small solo business users who may not be tech savvy, so it could do with more work on the UI front. Secondly, for an ecommerce tool, it should really have better inventory management features built in.

One of the Most Diverse E-Commerce/Website Options on the Market

Kommentare: I believe that WooCommerce has been a very great option for our businesses and it has allowed us to do everything we have dreamed and imagined to date!

Vorteile:

The diversity of what you can build out using all the extensions, plugins, etc. Everything integrates with WooCommerce as well so it has been easy to integrate things like widgets from our review platform, signup forms for our membership, etc.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, depending on what you are wanting to do, it can take a miriad of plugins to get the job done.

WooCommerce if you want to sell

Kommentare: A great WordPress plugin, transform a simple WordPress website into a powerful online shop. Easy to secure and optimize for SEO and speed.

Vorteile:

WooCommerce and WordPress is the perfect combination to sell online. Been using this plugin for a few years now and with every update is getting better and better. Adding plugins to the WordPress setup increases your shop security (with security plugins) and my favorite, increase SEO for every product available. For customization you have endless possibilities, creating and customizing a WordPress theme is quite easy, or you can find already made themes at reasonable prices.

Nachteile:

No cons found for WooCommerce until now.

I cant see a way to sell online without WooCommerce. There are 2 main features that i love, it combines very good with WordPress plugins, this can increase SEO, website speed and many more. Second feature are the themes, there are so many already made themes or builders to choose from.

Nachteile:

Hosting is important for big shops with many products. A feature to inform that you need more resources to operate will be a nice feature.

Avant-garde soul and design

Kommentare: Although it required patience and effort during the initial implementation, I was able to implement very advanced functionality for my store in a short time. In addition, its performance and security have allowed me to gradually scale sales. The community around this platform is very active and we find quick solutions to any problem with the documentation or discussion forums. I would definitely recommend WooCommerce to any entrepreneur for its power and flexibility

What I liked most about WooCommerce was its great flexibility and customization capacity. Thanks to its architecture based on plugins, themes and extensions, I was able to configure exactly the online store I needed for my business. I had the opportunity to test various payment methods, shipping logistics, theme designs, among other optimizations. In addition, its native integration with WordPress allowed me to take full advantage of the CMS's functionalities to create content and manage my store in a very intuitive way

What I liked least about WooCommerce was that since it is an open source platform, the learning curve is somewhat longer than other e-commerce solutions. It required spending extra time at the beginning to familiarize myself with all of its configuration parameters, database tables, and templating system. I also missed a larger library of natively available themes, although I realized that this is offset by the flexibility to create custom layouts

Woocommerce is the 'go to' for e-commerce

Kommentare: Wouldn't go anywhere else to start building a shop and with literally hundreds of plugins available there is little you cannot achieve.

Vorteile:

Easy to use with many inbuilt features to give you most standard things to design a shop.

Nachteile:

First time learning curve is high, but once you done it once is much easier.

A good platform but I would pick a cloud solution.

Kommentare: I've been managing a WooCommerce store for a major outdoors venue in Italy handling subscriptions and event bookings for the last 5 years. During the load-heavy season a one-server LEMP stack is not enough and I highly recommend to switch to a separate database server. For smaller projects and on a tight budget I would recommend WooCommerce.

Vorteile:

Very good for starters. On a more advanced level it offers you great flexibility and customization options but you need development skills.

Nachteile:

If you do not perform proper server optimization it could be very heavy to handle.

Nachteile:

Some of the plugins have conflicts which can break certain website features.

Vorteile:

Nothing is better than this platform that allows us to integrate our inventory of each product and service, I also like being able to process payments directly online.

Nothing to add from this robust and trusted inventory and payment processing platform.
