Kommentare: It’s like a family helping you create your dream business. I’m new at having an online business so I’m starting with no experience and UENI has helped me 100% start from knowing nothing to almost opening my business very soon. I’m grateful for the support from UENI.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that the website is well put together. It’s easy to edit and my project manager is fun to talk to and is so patient with me as I’m not very good on the computer. He helped me so much understand the website. In order to get this one on one interaction with a product manager you have to upgrade to the growth plan. It’s worth spending the extra money for the extra help. I definitely needed that. From the start I had a great advisor helping me understand how it works. Now I have a personal advisor I adore. He made me feel like part of the family! Thank you [sensitive content hidden]! [sensitive content hidden] is amazing as well. Very knowledgeable people running this part of teaching you how it works. My website is beautiful! Up grading is worth every penny.

Nachteile:

I knew I would get support but didn’t know that you don’t get the services that I needed with the basic plan. The upgrade is a must if you’re not computer savvy like me. I’m learning things that I would not have learned on the basic plan. You get so much from the upgrade.

Who knew!??

Kommentare: I don't have to pay for expensive, unsecured hosting anymore. I don't have to worry about an SSL certificate, privacy policy updates and template subscriptions. I've saved thousands of dollars and many hours of going back and forth with a contractor to make necessary plugin updates and changes.

Vorteile:

The year is 2023, and trying new things, and companies, is oft a 50/50 chance, not with UENI, though. They have been 100 from start to end. The set up was easy, the initial delivery was white-gloved, and the handoff was smooth. Now we have a functional website that can handle our rapidly changing external communications and sales.

Nachteile:

I wish there were more educational/child care based templates and would love more background coloring options. Also, the upgrade packages do not meet my needs. Wish there was a customizable option.

These UENI folks should run the country!

Kommentare: See the first panel for overall description. Overall, wonderful. I wish I could do it again, it was that enjoyable. Their content writers are spot on, just the right tone, and the designers are intuitive, and very perceptive from a pretty sketchy description of what I hoped to have.

Vorteile:

First, the sale price; next, their willingness to wait to begin, because of my needing to minister to my wife during a period of scheduled surgeries; then, they stayed on top of the interview schedules, and made the meetings easy to join, rational in their content, and valuable and informative for my business set-up. Also, as advertised they took the info and ideas I provide, at their expert prompting, and built a website that looks and performs better than what I had imagined, and showed me how to use and maintain it, answering all my question purposefully, and with great elan, I must add.

Nachteile:

Since I don't like to leave these spaces empty, I'll add the only glitch experienced during the process: when the launch interview was being arranged, I received texts and emails from two different people, which was a little confusing. All was quickly sorted, however. Typical UENI awesome comms, and right away.

The $200 lifetime deal has deal-breaker limits.

Kommentare: Quick creation, really quick 30 minute overview of site features before publishing, very good chat responses, but if you want even a very basic business website you'll have to upgrade. Critical features are not included in the Lifetime package

Vorteile:

It's easy to use. Support is quite responsive. The cost of the lifetime version is attractive (until you find out about the hidden details)

Nachteile:

Clunky templates. No Subscribe/Follow button is available in blog feature without upgrading to monthly $$. No drag/drop for adding graphics. Limited options for font sizes. Continual popup adds to upgrade (this is in the paid version, not a free version). No way to full explore changes without publishing first.

Fat, trealmined, truly kind and helpful staff, issues resolved ASAP, beautiful design that looks and feel professional to legitimize your presence, yet feels like you. PLUS plan is great, comes with features to help get you started, click-through modules to help you get things on your site correctly, SEO, and coaching calls. Oh, and I hate writing copy, so I sounded like a crazy person. They translated "cazy person" into language that is intuitive and mskes sense.

Nachteile:

It sometimes can be a little picky, and there aren't a lot of things I can do from my end to change graohics, However they have request forms so you can ask to have them changed.

Great Website Builder and Services

Vorteile:

I am very impressed with UENI. They built my website in one week. It was very professional and better than I could have expected. I cost was very reasonable and I could not ask for a better Website Builder. This Team is outstanding.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I like speaking directly to someone when asking for help. UENI made this very easy for me by quickly communicating through emails and Chat.

Comprehensive and cost effective website builder that changed our business performance

Kommentare: I am reaching a wider network on clients with UENI and this has transformed our organisation's performance and reach. Clients also find it easy to contact us and communicate effectively.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and instant updates through the website portal is fantastic. The website has a great set of tools that helps communicate better with clients.

Nachteile:

I don't like the extra steps the website insists on me using. For example if a clients submits a booking request, I cannot see this booking request unless I log in to the portal. Initially when I started using UENI this was not the case and the booking information and contact details used to be included in the email alerts. This would help me communicate with clients instantly and confirm the booking with relative ease. But now I have to spend a few moments to log in before seeing any details which is frustrating.

First Time Website

Kommentare: The experience has been great! The tech help is extremely patient and the initial live zoom was helpful with moving forward to completion.

Vorteile:

This is the first time I have had a website for myself and my business, I like the "You & I " aspect of UENI. It was built first for me with my extensive input through a questionnaire and the ability to edit anything after it was done is a novel idea! The cost is amazing and makes it so affordable for someone just starting out like myself!

Nachteile:

I would have preferred more choices to change and design the fonts. I have the basic launch version so perhaps if I upgrade, nicer additions can be made. I would like more animated movement, the ability to click the first photo to enter and change of the fonts and the ability to enhance them overall.

The people who set up my website lied, I never said I had top notch equipment. I gave you exactly what to put on there. I said I used garage band, you changed it to something else. You just flat out lied. What kind of advertising is that???? Your company is awful lying people. Good bye never use this company.

Easy to built your own website with minimum skills

Kommentare: I started a brand new business 2 years ago and I have no website-building skills - UENI put me in business overnight! I get compliments daily about my website on functionality and how good it looks - and customer service is the best in the business from my experience

Vorteile:

LIVE REAL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT! - They actually have web developers who will add features for you by just describing what you need

Nachteile:

Sometimes software can be a bit buggy but problems are resolved quickly by chatting with a customer service rep via real-time chat - I do not know of any other website builder that offers this service

Affordable Great Websites and Great Customer service

Its very simple easy to use and affordable the customer service is excellent and fast online chat and emails.

It's very attractive and looks quality. Can edit update easily.

Beginner Friendly still needs a little work to be the best

Kommentare: UENI is a great company. I could have started with any company but I chose UENI because I say the potential in what it could push not only my business but itself to.

Vorteile:

It’s really easy to navigate through, I do feel they can add more customization to the site and more templates to help create mor exclusivity

Nachteile:

That the templates they they give us are in short basic and don’t have much depth to them, I’d love to continue using this site but other sites have pay in 4, you can customize your site based on what you sale, the templates are way better and the screen is almost 3-D. They’re a great company just need to go out the box a little more I don’t mind paying extra if it will give me those features.

Kommentare: Your pricing is amazing with all that’s included and posting up with SCO, all the searches, security, the contents that can be shown which is way much more better than used before with other software

The use of use is wonderful, your customer service when you are knowledgeable and great to work with, keep up the good work!

Just need a little improvement on posting videos on recordings easy instead of having to use a YouTube link

Kommentare: I don’t like that they don’t do video set up and watch and communicate and ask if you like it or not they don’t really do nothing major is still the same basic website they built for the intro price I don’t see no difference and it’s not appealing at all and the pictures are not in the proper places and they don’t ask you questions as they built they just build it in display don’t even care if you’re embarrassed of it or not And I feel they should be more hands-on with the customer

I love this "My Story" feature. That's what my clients are interested in it too. It's very easy to use.

Nachteile:

Everything is great. I am just waiting for my issue with Tag Google Manager Account to be sorted out if is that possible of course.

No help

Kommentare: Overall I did nothing but waste money for my website to be hosted but sat dormant because they couldn't help me they said. I finally just cut my loss and Gabe up. Switched hosting sites.

Vorteile:

I liked that you could import your owned domains. But integrating them was a nightmare.

Nachteile:

The customer service just rebuttal the same thing over and over. I sat for almost a year without my site active because I couldnt get the integration to work. They would tell me to do the same thing over and over again which I would try but what they kept telling me to do wasn't working.

UENI is a great product!!

Kommentare: I haven't had product long enough to respond accurately, but so far, so good.

Vorteile:

The "chat" feature is good, the reps take time to understand your question and answers any questions with ease. Editing feature is customer friendly and it does help if you have a little experience with such formats. Still early yet but the integration with other features, so far, are working well.

Nachteile:

I'm still learning the features, so currently no complaints.

Kommentare: I am having editing issues which are promised to be fixed. So I am waiting for the process to take place and my site to be like I desire it to be.

Vorteile:

[sensitive content hidden] helped me in editing my website. She explained she did not have all the editing files available however, she would do what she could to make the needed changes. [sensitive content hidden] worked with me and provided exceptional customer service.

Nachteile:

I didn't like that I sent in the editing information several times and the edits were not made correctly. I have to wait 72 hours for changes to show which delays my website launch by three days.

Great Website & Excellent Customer Service

Vorteile:

Website was designed as requested and only required minor tweaks. Options to grow as my business grows are available. It is a user friendly platform. Customer Service Rep, [sensitive content hidden] , was so great! She was patient and helped answer or fix every question I had.

Nachteile:

Formatting is a bit restrictive and all tabs are not visible on the desktop or mobile devices.
