Easy to implement and friendly to run

Kommentare: The system is easy to implement, very intuitive to administer and to teams to use.
Provides a good overview for different management levels and also provides easily accessible information that allows analysis and decision making. Additionally, Evocon is a very good company to work with - the support system is very well stablished.
Quality of product and service provided is increasing with the time, through a very collaborative process of feedback and development of new features.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

Not having the connectivity with the company ERP. The full integration could be a plus.

Kommentare: Posting data that is easy to read and using that to pareto our efforts.

Vorteile:

Scrap and production tracking are very nice and easy to understand.

Nachteile:

Production tracking and job distinction. We are a job shop and run multiple orders of the "same" product with little variation. There is no good way to track a single jobs progress through the production line. you can only view it as a product type not as a work order.

Very easy to deploy

Kommentare: We have been using OEE to measure our performance for several years. We recollected manually data on spreadsheets by line operators. Afterwards, the data was introduced to Excel. It helped, but we reached a plateau, because data wasn't real time and furthermore, we needed more detailed information, but operators where already very busy attending the machines. With Evocon, operators reduced the time invested in collecting information, because the system gives accurate information when the line stops or reduces the speed. They just need to inform about the reason of the stop or speed loss. All this information is available for everyone at the company, shift managers, maintenance teams, planification department, plant manager.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to install. The IIoT receive a signal for each product is manufactured at the end of the line. The line operators don't have to be worrying about writing down on spreadsheets when the line stopped. Instead, they just inform to the system why the line stopped

Nachteile:

Maybe if you need a TaylorMade solution, this is not the right one. But you must think if you really need a TaylorMade solution. Probably, Evocon covers more than 90% or our needs related to OEE.

Such an Easy solution for OEE

Kommentare: very satisfactory. Without a large investment, you have a reliable and very versatile system that satisfies 95% of what you need to work with the OEE.

Vorteile:

It is a simple product to implement and very flexible in terms of data processing. The interface is very friendly, so you don't need training to use it.

Nachteile:

The OEE is an indicator that should generate group dynamics for continuous improvement. I think that the dashboards section is designed to facilitate the interpretation of the data for each user, but I think that it lacks the possibility of sharing dashboards among a work group, and the possibility of managing an action plan, to really match the indicator with the dynamics of continuous improvement.

Live & Automated OEE

Kommentare: We had an issue with capacity on certain production areas where we believed/were being told that the machines we being utilised 100% of the time and OEE had plateaued. Since using Evocon, we have highlighted areas of improvement and proved that the machines can be utilised more efficiently.

Vorteile:

Live OEE tracking gives a real time read out of machine operation. Visual display highlights areas of concern. User friendly and easy to use.

Nachteile:

Signals work backwards so that in some of our applications, we are reliant on the operator to manually activate the signal at the end of a cycle.

Kommentare: Measuring OEE is simple with Evocon, minimal system set up needed to easily get the data you need, and make changes to improve it going forward.Set up was simple, less than 2 weeks from intial online demo to having it installed and picking up data,

Vorteile:

Initial setup and implementation was easy - the 30 day free trial was a great touch, and doesn't start until first data is sent, so no mad rush to get things done.System was easy to setup, connecting directly to our machine's PLC was done in house.Compared to others, visually, Evocon is miles ahead, each screen you can see 3 or 4 different ways if your machine is running well with simple metrics, traffic light system, even the Mr Evocon avatar tells you if he's happy or not.

Nachteile:

Nothing to complain about - but if we could have login linked to Azure AD that would be fantastic, saving user's having another login and password to remember.

Easy to install, easy to use. Punching above it's weight!

Kommentare: I especially like that it does not necessarily intervene with the current setup and acts as an add-on. Easy to give it a try and drop it if it's not working out.

Vorteile:

The main virtue of Evocon over the rest of the bunch is the ease of use and ease of setup. A very well-thought-through experience makes all the difference compared to the competition. When it looks good and is easy to digest, it's much easier to convince the management or colleagues compared to some heavy-weight solutions out there.

Nachteile:

Not too many that I can currently think of - so far, so good.

Evocon OEE - smart solution aligned with the needs of most companies

Vorteile:

Easy to use, fast to learn, appealing graphics, fast to customize (reasons for stop, speed loss, quality rejects), easy integration with sensors and PLC. Don't have experience with integration with ERP (and others), but I would expect as easy and simple as everything else.

Nachteile:

Nothing in particular! It may be missing a few things in terms of data segmentation and integration with other SW's, but: 1) this is a solution that is continuously evolving (advantage of SaS); 2) many functionality wishes I might have had in the past were nice to have, so I can leave without them and enjoy the Pros.

The best OEE monitoring application

Kommentare: By monitoring OEE you identify improvement areas, you make action plans and you follow up improvements

Evocon at weber in Sweden

Kommentare: Today, we use Evocon on a daily basis at all plants, to give our management full overview of all produktionlines in Sweden. We use it on our morningmeetings, to sum all stops, and to provide the maintenance department with facts.
On monthly basis, I get all information to my headoffice-reporting from Evocon.

Vorteile:

That you can get all information in real-time. All reports will give you a great overview.

Nachteile:

Some issues with settings/calculations, if you want to measure bulk produktion.

Great tool for production control

Kommentare: Great support and in most of cases very fast reaction time. Great job evocon!😃

Vorteile:

Easy to set up and use. Each factory should monitor it's efficiency and machine usage factor. This software really gives a good beginning.

Nachteile:

I got to administrate this software after initial implementation done by my colleague and there were some wrong assumptions done at start that needed to be strightned. This is not a soft issue but oee measurement methods.

Evocon as daily management tool

Kommentare: Overall we are satisfied and system has helped us to improve our product quality and OEE.

Vorteile:

Evocon is user friendly, easy to use for operators and leaders/admins. You can learn it just in couple of minutes because logic behind is so simple. When it is so easy to use our teams are using it as a daily tool to support continuous improvement activities and daily management. Setting up the system for new machines is really straightforward and fast.

Nachteile:

Reporting function should be refreshed and make it more user friendly like other functions already are.

Implementation and using is easy

This is easy to use and set up. All workers has learn to use it easily.

Nachteile:

Reporting options could be more and some times You have to reset filters when you change period. Just minor issues.

From paper to digital

Kommentare: I had a very good experience with evocon, we are able to have better and always updated information about the progress of the production lines. It has helped a lot in making the operators more aware and conscious about the performance of their shift.

Vorteile:

Extremely simple to implement and customize. Easy friendly interface even for less experienced operators. Provides fairly detailed reports that can be easily exported-

Nachteile:

Lacks a few features compared to more complex software but definitely gains in ease of use.

Kommentare: The Evocon experience it is really good. The software is user friendly, intuitive, reliable. When we had issues Evocon support is really good and it´s team gave us solutions opportunely

Evocon is a great tool. Allows to monitor in real time OEE; Collected data it is represented in dynamic reports that allow us as production team to have valuable data that shows us where are our improvement opportunities

Nachteile:

During the last update we had some issues; nevertheless it was solved opportunely by evocon´s support team

OEE Improvements for Noble Poultry

Kommentare: Fantastic; the software on its own is easy to recommend, however with the addition of the personal level of customer service that we've seen, this package is exceptional.

Vorteile:

The simple, intuitive UI. Compared to the other products checked on the market, this seemed to have the most interactive and easily legible UI to offer the right data at levels from production operator to senior management.

Nachteile:

The only negative about this application is it's seemed infancy. There are a few small bugs, however these have not hindered our utilisation of the application.

Septona Evocon review

Kommentare: Th most important plus for our team was we are able now to identify on line what is happening. Also we can monitor the downtimes' nature and their true last! The discussion between production and technicians became more productive and efficient.

Vorteile:

The ease of installation is a true advantage. In addition it is of major importance nowadays to have live information for production efficiencies and situation in general. The simplicity of the reports and the graphics also help very much.

Nachteile:

A user is needed to feed the major data. It is set to be operation's oriented. It could be used and as reporting tool only.

Perfect fit for OEE tracking in our business!

Vorteile:

Evocon is very easy to not only use, but also learn how to use. This has made the original roll out easy, but also training operations staff in how to enter accurate data very easy. The large visual display also helps the operations team visualise their performance over a shift.

Nachteile:

It can struggle to update the shift view on slow data connections (more of a connection problem than evocon).

Kommentare: I like Evocon as a partner on the workfloor to get insights into the performance of the machine.
