Vorteile:

Proliant software is easy to use and navigate. Any time I have questions or need assistance, the Proliant team is very responsive.

Nachteile:

There was quite a few 'back of the house' errors that happened as our program was set up that we encountered as I was trying to process payroll.

It did the job for me as an employee

Kommentare: It's an HR software. I'm not the purchaser so my user experience improvement ideas don't really factor in what's easy for my company to use. It does the job.

Vorteile:

I can access my schedule and paycheck stuff in one place

Nachteile:

Some of the UI is unintuitive. It's also hard to use it on mobile. Looking at my work schedule takes some figuring out.

Vorteile:

Everything about Proliant has been easy compared to all other systems. User friendly & customer support is amazing!!!

I don't love that the Time & Attendance piece is a separate systems.

Overpromised and underdeliver

Vorteile:

All the features that it offers, although we are unable to use them yet. I was excited for to be able to send all employees text messages, push notifications, and emails all at once for internal communications. 6 months in, it is still not implemented.

Nachteile:

They overpromised a lot, and we have had a ton of issues with reporting. We had to escalate multiple times before things started getting done. There is a disconnect between sales and operations.

Great service

Vorteile:

My account manager is the best any one could have and that is I will not leave.

the way you read how much time off some one has left and how you put in for future and years and it does not calculate correctly for the future year.

Kommentare: We are starting our 7th year with Proliant and have been very happy with the services provided. Our previous payroll company presented a few challenges which Proliant has been able to assist with solving those challenges. No real complaints about the product.

Vorteile:

Proliant's features help with payroll, related taxes and filings, 401k transmission, onboarding new employees, job costing. They system offers general reporting as well as the capability of creating your own customized report for whatever information you are looking for.

Nachteile:

there is an auto generated end date for Branch, Department and Jobs. sometimes these drop off without some sort of warning that it is going to end and then employees code their time to something else since they can not locate the correct code. It would be nice if there was a notice that something was going to end date so it could be checked to see if the end date needs to be extended.

Great customer service

Any time we have had an issue, you have responded immediately and either resolved it or found someone to help resolve the issue.

Nachteile:

We asked that the mobile punch in and out was not available, but in order for someone to work from home we have no choice but to enable it.Ben Admin was a very rocky start with our implementation lead leaving with no notice. The new implementation lead and our ongoing Ben Admin lead have been great, but the delay in getting up and running caused us a lot of issues.

Inexpensive Service

Kommentare: My experience with Proliant is that the service offered are fairly easy to use. What I have a problem with is the Payroll Manager's you get assigned to you could improve. I currently sent two emails to my new Payroll Manager that got assigned to our account that were completely ignored. This is making me seriously consider switching to a different company that offers better customer service for issues and problems. I have had other Account Managers help out tremendously, but our current Manager could use some improving. She is a bit incompetent. Told me I needed to add dependents in our benefit section and then when the 1095C's were printed, the dependents aren't even listed. Why did I spend 3 hours doing this task at her request and they weren't even on the forms. Makes no sense.

Vorteile:

I like that this software is fairly easy to use and very affordable compared to other programs we have used.

Nachteile:

The reporting process is a bit more complex than I would like it to be.

Simplified my payroll and HR

the automation and efficiency that it offers in the management of payroll and human resources of my company is great and since we implemented your software, I have noticed a clear decrease in errors and a greater integration with time and attendance, which has simplified many processes which were tedious before

We recently implemented the Benefits Advisor tool and the implementation was difficult. Now that it is implemented, it is great.

Kommentare: We’ve been through 3 or 4 different account reps since I can remember, our newest has been a terrible experience. Anytime we call and leave a message we never get a response. Even half our emails our ignored until several follow ups are given. Typically would receive an answer late Friday afternoon and typically a wrong answer or a I’ll look into it. Finally we’ve been able to get some quick answers to easy questions since we started tagging his supervisor. Anytime we do not tag her we still get put by the wayside. It seems it’s always somebody else that can help or we have to wait on.

Vorteile:

Searching functions are great, everything in one place. We’ve had two successful trainings when adding new products to our lineup. The addition of two new entities went relatively smooth, [sensitive content hidden] was awesome. We’ve also had great help and success from [sensitive content hidden]. It’s too bad those types of people are not account representers.

Nachteile:

Needs to be some way of telling if an employee is active or termed while searching. Better explanation on the reports you can run. Easier functionality for all entities.

Kommentare: We really enjoy our customer success manager but some of the implementation team members (specifically time and labor implementation) was difficult tow work with.

Vorteile:

We really enjoy the time and attendance portion of the software. It is also easy to navigate clocking in and out. We also enjoy it from an administrative perspective and reporting is easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

Not mobile friendly... this has been hard for our employees to adjust to.

The support team is fragmented, there's a different support member for each part of the software, however, I have found this with all others payroll software companies as well

[sensitive content hidden] is what makes your software usable honestly. We have had some major issues over our time with this software and she has been the best asset to our account.

Nachteile:

The bugs or glitches that are present in the software are nerve rattling at times. Your inability to handle insurance for our benefit class 1 employees is bothersome making more pressure on me to ensure all aspects are handled appropriately.

Kommentare: It's been amazing. Between 2021 and 2022, I had implemented two payroll softwares and had something to compare Proliant too. Proliant has been a dream compared to the rest.

Easy to use for myself and employees.Never have any issues. Account reps are quick to respond to inquiries.

Nachteile:

Nothing to dislike really. The formatting of the register is a little difficult to understand but is manageable.
