Amazing support!

Kommentare: I love following the Facebook user group because the developers are actively engaged and super responsive. If someone says, I wish it could..." they either respond immediately with specific directions to use a function that is already available, or they let you know how soon we can anticipate seeing this feature added.

Vorteile:

Helps with workflow management, designed for accountants & bookkeepers.

Nachteile:

It is SO robust and takes a lot of effort to implement effectively.

I finally found what my team needs!!!

Kommentare: 100 our of 10! My team loves it! It helps them to stay on track with their task and manages all client info in one place.

Vorteile:

There is a team of 5 of us, and we were becoming a little overwhelmed with workflow as our firm is growing fast. I search on google for two months to find a practice management software. I found FC via a reddit text thread! My team tried the two week trial and purchased before the trial was over because we felt an immediate relief once we set it up. The set up was super easy and the templates are AMAZING. I was able to get my emails down to ZERO (although for a short time)! In fact, i can check my email in FC. I love the integrations and am looking to try ReCat which is an upgrade within the software. This has eliminated a lot of mundane tasks. Plus, the price point is GREAT!

Nachteile:

Nothing as of now. It has made our workload easier to handle with it's automations and email integrations.

Saves time, make sure things don't go through cracks

FC has been great

I like that I can use AI to help me create workflows.

Nachteile:

I didn't like that the time tracker doesn't directly integrate with QBO like QBT does.

Great Practice Management Software

Kommentare: Outstanding! They are willing to work with us for our unique needs, and will do whatever it takes to ensure we are successful. Everyone I've met has been knowledgeable, professional and engaged in our success.

Vorteile:

The dashboard, the workflows, the client reminders, the client portal, time tracking, I could go on and on about the great features.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far, but if I find anything, I know FC will work on it to my satisfaction. They are constantly improving and adding new features.

Loving everything in one place

Nachteile:

Financial Cents would greatly benefit by developing an application instead of just a website.

Build specifically for Accountants. No more wasting time trying to make others fit our needs.

Nachteile:

They are still the new kids on the block, so still releasing a ton of updates. I just hope they don't go too far and end up convuluting the software.

I like how Financial Cents is easy to use, linking clients, client portal, and auto reminders and tracking.

Nachteile:

I wish the price was a little lower for the customized portal. I am not sure I need integrated portal management. I do wish that it connected to Proconnect. We don't use Lacarte, so that would be useful.

Everything I needed

Kommentare: Amazing experience I love everything from the support to the new features that are being added. I just got FC a few weeks ago and I already upgraded to the second tier plan and possibly will go ahead and get the scale plan. Awesome awesome software!

Vorteile:

Combination of proposals and billing. Client portal that is easy for clients to use. Recat feature to streamline this process.

Nachteile:

ACH payout timeline but the fee is lower than QB Payments.

It's a good program. The only con is that the price increases regularly and you want to join asap to get grandfathered into new features.

Great Product

Vorteile:

The automation and the integration you can have with other software.

Nachteile:

Clients are not able to setup a username and password. They get a link to sign in every time a request is created.

If you havnt tried the trail, you are missing out!

Vorteile:

The trail lets you try all the functions out. We ended up purchasing after the trail. WE LOVE IT

Nachteile:

The price is a little high for 2 users. I wish it was not so spendy

Vorteile:

The workflow automation and ability to request information from clients in one place.

Nachteile:

The time to set up but they have service to help if you want to use the service.

Financial Cents

Vorteile:

One place to keep track of projects, keeps adding new features that customers request.

Nachteile:

You have to first talk to a bot not a person if you need help. If the bot can't help then you can chat with a person when they have time. Frustrating that getting help takes so long.

Works Very Well

Vorteile:

It's easy to use and get the hang of using while also being robust and containing a goodly amount of features. It's also very inexpensive for what's included. Integration with emails and being able to create a project directly from an email is a great feature.

Nachteile:

There are still some features and integrations that are not yet added.
