Extrem hilfreich und Umfangreich

Kommentare: Sehr zufrieden! Ich nutze Notion täglich viele Stunden.

Vorteile:

Aktuell benutze ich Notion in der kostenlosen Variante und in dieser ist der Funktionsumfang und die Möglichkeiten extrem groß. Ich benutze die Software aktuell für 100% meiner Auftragsabwicklungen in der Werkstatt. Mein kompletter Workflow läuft über Notion bzw. das Tracking der Aufträge. Gleichzeitig nutze ich es als Datenbank für die abgeschlossenen Aufträge, die ich dann bei Rückfragen immer wieder abrufen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nachteile:

Der große Umfang an Möglichkeiten ist gleichzeitig ein kleiner Nachteil am Anfang der Nutzung. Man muss sich zuerst zurechtfinden. Wenn man aber die Systematik verstanden hat, dann kommt man gut zurecht.

Flexibles und leistungsstarkes Tool für Team-Organisation

Kommentare: Meine Erfahrung mit Notion ist insgesamt sehr positiv. Als Team haben wir Notion als zentrales Werkzeug für unsere tägliche Zusammenarbeit und Organisation etabliert. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist intuitiv und übersichtlich, was die Erstellung und Verwaltung von Inhalten vereinfacht.

Vorteile:

Was mir an Notion am besten gefällt, ist die Flexibilität und Vielseitigkeit. Es bietet eine zentrale Plattform, die alle unsere Projektmanagement- und Dokumentationsbedürfnisse abdeckt. Wir können individuelle Seiten für verschiedene Projekte erstellen, Aufgaben zuweisen und in Echtzeit zusammenarbeiten. Die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Inhaltsblöcke (wie Tabellen, Checklisten und Kalender) einfach per Drag-and-Drop zu organisieren, ist besonders hilfreich. Außerdem ist die Integration mit anderen Tools nahtlos, was unseren Workflow zukünftig erheblich vereinfacht.

Nachteile:

Ein Nachteil von Notion ist, dass es eine gewisse Einarbeitungszeit benötigt. Die Vielfalt an Funktionen kann anfangs überwältigend sein, besonders für neue Teammitglieder oder weniger technisch versierte Nutzer.

Effizientes Projektmanagementtool mit zahlreichen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten

Kommentare: Nach kurzer Einarbeitungszeit lassen sich mit Notion ganz einfach Projekte planen sowie deren Fortschritt überwachen.

Vorteile:

Es gibt für jedes Vorhaben eine Vorlage/Datenbank und alles lässt sich an die eigene Ästhetik anpassen.

Nachteile:

Beim Export von Notionboards in Pdf-Dokumente leidet die sonst so übersichtliche Optik.

Sehr mächtiges Tool!

Kommentare: Toll, was alles in der kostenlosen Version enthalten ist!

Vorteile:

Es ist vielseitig einsetzbar und frei konfigurierbar. Dadurch kann man sehr viele unterschiedliche Aufgaben damit abdecken.

Nachteile:

Von einander abhängige Aufgaben und Projekte (die in unterschiedlichen DBs liegen) zu verbinden, ist nicht so einfach zu lösen.

Flexible Einsetzbar

Vorteile:

Die Flexibilität der Anwendung. Für unterschiedliche Anwendungsfälle geeignet

Nachteile:

Etwas mehr Einarbeitungszeit notwendig um klar zu kommen im Vergleich zu anderen Notiz Apps.

Super für die Contentplanung

Kommentare: Ein super Programm, dass bei Organisation auf jeden Fall sehr wertvoll ist, auch teamübergreifend

Vorteile:

Ich sortiere über Notion meinen Content und finde es dafür extrem praktisch. Mit den unterschiedlichen Labels, Boards und Möglichkeiten kann man das sehr gut organiseren und planen. Empfehle es auch meinen Kunden für deren Contentplanung.

Nachteile:

Wenn ich ein Contentpiece geplant habe, kann ich die Farbe von nicht anpassen. Da fällt es mir manchmal schwer den Überblick zu behalten, was als nächstes dran kommt.

Praktisch, einfach, intuitiv

Kommentare: Für mich mein Wissensmanagement an einem zentralen Ort. Intuitiv, einfach, klare Struktur.

Vorteile:

Klare Struktur. Papiergrösse nachempfunden. Einfügen von pdf, Bildern usw. gut gelöst. Nutze die integrierte Funktion im Browser und Seiten direkt in Notion zu speichern. Synchronisiert mit meinen Geräten.

Nachteile:

Suchfunktion durchsucht die eingefügten pdf nicht.

Notion für Start-Ups

Kommentare: Wir nutzen Notion um kontinuierlich eine Wissensdatenbank aufzubauen und zu erweitern. Dank der Tagging-Funktion können wir einzelne Einträge übersichtlich kategorisieren und schnell finden.Darüber hinaus planen wir Epics und Sprints in Notion und können einzelne Aufgaben Mitarbeitern zuweisen und mit einer Deadline versehen - alles sehr intuitiv und übersichtlich.

Vorteile:

Modernes, übersichtliches und dennoch umfangreiches Projektmanagement- und Wissensdatenbank-Tool, Desktop-App für Mac verfügbar, attraktive Start-Up Förderung

Nachteile:

Teilweise ungewohnt lange Seiten-Ladezeiten (zumindest in der Desktop App für Mac)

Das beste Tool für Notizen und Dokumente

Vorteile:

Das es mir die Möglichkeit gibt, in einem Dokument mehrere Arten von Information festzuhalten. Neben einfachem Text integriere ich z. B. Miro Boards und Grid Diagramme in die Dokumente.

Nachteile:

Die Funktion für Todo Listen sollte noch verbessert werden, da diese terade einfach mur bessere Excel Sheets mit Checkboxen sind.

Mit Notion hat man (fast) unendlich viele Funktionen in einem

Vorteile:

Egal ob man die Software zum To-DOs aufschreiben oder zum Notizen machen braucht, alles wird unterstützt.

Nachteile:

Die App ist manchmal ein wenig zu komplex und man weiss nicht genau, was man wo machen muss.

Optisches ansprechend und praktisch

Vorteile:

Die frei wählbaren Headerbanner sind sehr schön und die Übersichtlichkeit zu jedem Zeitpunkt gegeben. Features mehr als ausreichend für private und berufliche Zwecke.

Nachteile:

Nichts nennenswertes. Schade, dass ich die Software erst so spät entdeckt habe.

Notion - das perfekte All-In-One Tool

Kommentare: Ich habe schon alle möglichen Projekt-Tools ausprobiert, aber keines ist so gut wie Notion! Die Möglichkeit alles auf meine Bedürfnisse anzupassen passt perfekt zu meiner Tätigkeit als Freelancer mit vielen unterschiedlichen Projekten.

Vorteile:

Der größte Nutzen ist, dass man die Oberfläche und Struktur komplett selber aufbauen kann und somit an seine eigene Bedürfnisse anpassen kann. Durch die Funktion der "databases" und "relations" kann man Projekte und Aufgaben miteinander verknüpfen und perfekt visualisieren.

Nachteile:

Das Dokumentenmanagement finde ich zu umständlich. Ich mag es, dass ich Dokumente an die unterschiedlichsten Projekte, Kunden, Aufgaben, etc anhängen kann. Aber bei Abruf der Datei erfolgt immer ein neuer Download aus der Cloud. Da ist eine genrelle Cloud Lösung übersichtlicher.

Das bessere Word/Google Docs!

Kommentare: Statt tausende Google Docs in Ordnern, habe ich nun ein geordnetes Content/Wissensmanagement-System indem ich Text und anderen Content super einfach aufbereiten sowie z.B. Websites oder PDFs einbinden kann. Hat meinen Workflow deutlich verbessert.

Vorteile:

Die vielen Funktionen zum darstellen von Inhalt und das einfache Erstellen von Subdokumenten oder Datenbanken in einem existierenden Dokument. Das ganze ist zudem noch sehr benutzerfreundlich.

Nachteile:

Task und Checklisten management ist ein wenig limitiert. Leider gibt es bisher auch keine Integrationen wie Grammarly etc.

Verbesserungswürdig

Kommentare: Notion ist ein gutes Projektmanagement Tool. Es ist belliger und nutzerfreundlicher als amdere Tools.

Vorteile:

Ich kann meine alle Projekten in verscheidenen Aufgaben verteilen und jede Aufgabe eine Frist zuweisen. Das hilft mir meine Aufgaben zu verfolgen.

Nachteile:

Der einzige Nachteil den ich sehe ist dass wenn ich ein neues Projekt Template eratellen möchte, das bestehende Template wird auch geändert.

Hilfreiche Knowledge-App mit erweiterten Funktionen

Vorteile:

Notion ist intuitiv zu bedienen, übersichtlich und bietet meiner Meinung nach viel bessere Optionen, als zum Beispiel ein Markdown Editor. Gerade die sortierbaren, filterbaren Datenbank-Blöcke (Tabellen, Boards, Kalender etc.) sind super hilfreich in der Organisation.

Nachteile:

Am wenigsten gefällt mir, dass SSO nur in der Enterprise Version verfügbar ist. Auch kleinere Unternehmen, die sich nicht gleich das teure Enterprise Paket kaufen möchten, sollten die Möglichkeit haben SSO zu nutzen.

Notion best for productivity

Vorteile:

The Feature which allows us to login it from any device like Windows and Android.

Nachteile:

It's Very user friendly and I didn't find anything least.

The Swiss-army knife of project management tools

Kommentare: It's great. I use it for so many things. The customer support is really good if you get stuck on anything and they seem to be adding new features that make it even more of a valuable tool.

Vorteile:

It is fantastic for a whole bunch of different uses. It can work as a project management tool, a wiki, database, notetaker app, calendar, reading list, spreadsheet - and a lot more. It's really versatile which makes it a great product that reduces the number of other tools you need.

Nachteile:

It's a bit clunky if you're using it for client work. As in someone who won't have a premium subscription as you have to share each individual page with them separately. But there are work arounds for that.

Cluttered, for power users only

Kommentare: It's been a hit and a miss. I would like to see a more clean de-cluttered version. Not every user is a power user.

Vorteile:

Featured packed with lots of tools for task management, checklists, and more recently calendar management.

Nachteile:

The interface is very cluttered for a regular user. Each field such as a text field is over-customizable, which isn't really needed.

Notion as a Tool for Project Planning and Social Media Content Strategy

Kommentare: I’m extremely pleasantly surprised by how many features Notion offers, even in its free version. Previously, my work tasks and tracking their progress were scattered across different places. Now, I can keep everything in one place and monitor the progress of various tasks within a single app. With Notion, my workflow is now clearer, and things are more under control. Overall, it’s a very flexible application that adapts to a wide range of needs.

Vorteile:

I started using Notion because I needed to organize my work tasks better. Soon, I realized that Notion allows me to plan my content strategy and social media calendar with extreme ease and clarity. The biggest benefit has been the ability to save inspirational material from around the internet without consuming storage space on my computer or phone. I’ve created tables and a calendar where I can track the progress of each of my projects.

Nachteile:

Alongside Notion, I started using the Notion calendar, which can also sync with Google Calendar, for example. This calendar is, of course, synchronized with the project management table I created in Notion. This feature has also been extremely helpful. However, I would appreciate the ability to customize the calendar’s color scheme (it’s currently just gray), so that different events and reminders would stand out more clearly.

Flexibility and wikis

Kommentare: I started using Notion on my personal projects, and then I was happy to discover that my new team was also using it to store all the information about our clients and projects in a wiki manner.

Vorteile:

The flexibility to create a database that really suits the needs of the team or the company.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, the search bar is not that accurate. The IA is not that well developed either.

Reminds me of an old-school Diary but with Vibes

Kommentare: This is my go-to for personal task track outside of Asana. The fact that you can separate work-related stuff from sensible work information is a plus

Vorteile:

This is the OCD dream come true. Personalization, templates and tasks managements for both personal use and team collaboration is amazing!

Nachteile:

It has a very specific mouse limit for drag-and-drop features and you have to spend a couple of hours learning the kinks.

My experience with Notion

Kommentare: I love notion overall but I had issues with the subscription which ruined the experience

Vorteile:

I love the idea of notion and the ability to have your own note taking space online that you can share with friends and colleagues

Nachteile:

Issues with payments and cancelling subscriptions

Great tool if you are willing to learn it!

Kommentare: I used it for about a year but I never used it to its full potential. I believe it's a really powerful tool that has so much to offer - you just have to know how to use it right and spend some time learning it.

Vorteile:

Sleek interface, A LOT of different use cases and functionality, very powerful and potent tool.

Nachteile:

For me it always felt like a little too complex, I never fully figured it out and switched to a simpler tool... But that's just my personal experience!

Customisable, really cool, sometimes slow

Kommentare: Love using notion, but the learning curve can be steep and the load it puts on my PC makes me avoid using it often.

Vorteile:

Extremely customisable and has a massive feature list

Sevond brain

Kommentare: I likethe interface. It became my second brain. I really like how you can show the same data in different view regarding how you want to work. Really easy to use even if training is needed to explore all tge potential

Vorteile:

Lot of possibilities to organize your data. You can show the data in different ways. Online so data are synchronized between all devices. Lot of free template available to help you set up your space

Nachteile:

Not easy to use at the fist place. Need some training befoŕ using the full potential
