Very customizable and affordable project management

Kommentare: Lots to learn about how to use it, but now that I'm up and running, I feel pretty good about being able to keep track of a lot of things at once.

Vorteile:

I went through quite a few project management tools before landing on Infinity. All the way from offline Excel spreadsheets, online Google sheets, monday.com, Click-up, Insightly and Asana. Each has their own way of doing things and each can accomplish the task. What sold me mainly on Infinity was the price (one time fee instead of monthly pricing) and the customization options as I can basically create whatever view and set up I want. It takes a little bit to get it the way you want, but you can work to tailor it to fit your needs.

Nachteile:

For me anyways there was a fairly steep learning curve. Infinity does a nice job with video tutorials and several help articles though to support you as you navigate the software. There are a few things I wish I could do with the automation tools and creating subtasks when certain milestones happen within project folders and not on the whole account level, but this could be an option that I just haven't figured out yet.

Infinity Project Management

Kommentare: Excellent. Infinity is the best of the best on the market in most respects.

Vorteile:

Infinity is fully customizable. It's structure is very intuitive and as easy or easier to use than other similar products. ALSO -- the customer service is THE BEST (quick, responsive, and very cordial and friendly).

Nachteile:

The external reporting structure -- it is under development. Exporting of CSV files is available but being able to build a custom report coupled with being able to format the layout of the report would be amazing -- coming soon, hopefully.

Too buggy to actually use

Kommentare: Skip this. Not a good buy, even at it's lifetime deal price.

Vorteile:

I like that it's like Airtable and an interactive spreadsheet.

Nachteile:

The bugs were outrageous and it loads so SLLOOOWWWW. You have to wait to let your records load before seeing them. The support team acknowledges issues, but doesn't really fix them.

Amazing alternative to Trello or Asana

Kommentare: If you have a team of 4 and are willing to give a platform 3 months of use before making a long-term decision, try infinity first and see if it works. I'm certain that 3 months of use and how affordable they will be all you need to make that long-term decision. we've been using infinity for a year at this point and had maybe 2-3 issues that required contacting support

Vorteile:

There's so much this platform has to offer. If you're using Trello, it has most features that trello has and a whole lot more. the cost is a fraction of trello's and you can add so many team members with specific permission settings. What i thought would need multiple boards could easily and effectively be done with one board. we manage dozens of projects at a time with multiple clients and in one board we can manage our projects, clients' needs, sales pipeline, and resource files. This is a magic software and has easily replaced trello for my team. When compared to asana, asana got too granular with some of the tasks and once we had to add a client pipeline, we quickly got overwhelmed with how asana housed everything.

Nachteile:

because it's so new and they're still adopting users, there are some things that need to be learned since it's not 100% intuitive. however, support was able to quickly address our concerns and i have been super impressed by their response rate. The user interface needs to be greatly improved because it looks cheap, but it's incredibly functional and works great.

Great bang for the buck

Kommentare: We are using Infinity for a rather unusual purpose: As "shelter software" to keep track of all the animals, fosters and volunteers in our animal rescue. Coming from having NO software at all, it has been a tremendous improvement. We now have all notes from all stages of their journey (intake, medical care, foster notes, adoption coordination) in a single shared repository, are able to alert each other that they are ready to move from one status to another, and use the calendars to keep everyone aware of which pets are coming for what services each day.

Vorteile:

Very easy to get things started. Appealing interface helped coax reluctant users to give it a try. Flexible setup allows easy customization to make it fit our needs.

Nachteile:

Import being limited to x-many rows was a bit annoying, would have liked to get more of our "historical data" into Infinity. Date fields can be cumbersome when you are entering dates from long ago, cannot directly enter the date / must use calendar popup. Mobile version is ugly and hard to navigate on every phone we've tried so far.

Great alternative to Trello for project management

Kommentare: We used to use Trello for project management, but we were priced out when Trello changed their pricing model. We have been happy overall with the switch to Infinity for our project management needs, and we find it to be more flexible and customizable than Trello.

Vorteile:

I like that this tool is more flexible than Trello for our particular needs. It is also a lot cheaper than Trello for a lifetime license, with no risk of price increases that make it unusable for us. The fact that you can customize the attributes for Infinity cards is the most useful feature for us.

Nachteile:

There are a lot of things that only the account owner can do, which creates a bottleneck for us sometimes. This is especially prevalent when dealing with roles and permissions, although the developers have done things to improve this issue lately.

Indispensable project management for writers

Kommentare: I couldn't manage my writing career without the power of Infinity. Each book has its own plethora of essential and minor tasks, with due dates, start dates, done dates, etc, and Infinity manages it all beautifully.

Vorteile:

Infinity couldn't be easier to use. Having used many Project management tools before, this product allows drag-and-drop simplicity for every field on the dashboard, colorfully tagged for quick visual identification. Super visibility for each item's global status.

Nachteile:

Selecting and de-selecting fields for use is a bit awkward, but not a deal-breaker at all. It does what it's supposed to do; it just takes a while to get there.

The most easy, simple to use project management in the market by far.

Kommentare: Fantastic. Like I told you in the beginning Infinity is new in the market place. I was really looking for something like this. I am so glad that I have found this.

Vorteile:

Despite the tools is really new, I was very impressed by the team and the too. It is really easy to start using the tool with you and your team. There are so many views in which you can see your information in a clear and straight forward way. If you want a tool in which the team can work without a long learning curve this is it. The support team is AWESOME, very kind, responsive, and committed to to the success of the user. The way in which the layout is displayed is fantastic. I am a very visual person so I really love it.

Nachteile:

In my case, there are some features lacking in the system. I am going to explain what are the things that would be great to have at least in my case, although I have to tell you that some of the things are already in the roadmap. 1.- It would be great if we could move things from one board to another, 2.- It would be great that each user could have personal views. 3.- Another feature I am missing is the box view that is already in Clickup in which you can see in a snapshot of the workload of a team. 4.- In click up, there is a feature in which with a chrome extension you can create a task or activity inside Gmail. This is very helpful. This feature is not available yet and it helps the user to engage the tool especially if you are a manager and wants your people to be engage in the project management tool. Even when I don't have these options yet I would not leave Infinity Project Management. Really it is the best tool in the market

Awesome ClickUp/Trello/Airtable alternative and with even much more potential!

Kommentare: My experience has been extremely great, the customer support 24/7 has been very responsive always and the team is always looking to improve this platform to make it the best of its kind, I have no doubts this product has a huge potential and I'm a thrilled customer of Infinity.

Vorteile:

The team behind Infinity is Awesome, for real, they're extremely responsive, their customer support is 24/7! I started talking about the team first, as many users knows the story of how the team redesigned the platform from scratch to make it even much more powerful and with limitless possibilities, that move was huge! From there the platform has been improving a lot, and with the new structure it has a lot of potential since you can change the views in a very powerful and flexible way, you can do a lot of things with this platform for real, from helping you to manage the organization of your business to use it as personal tasks/management and many other use cases users usually share in their FB group, The roadmap is very promising as well, I really love this platform and has been very useful for me since I purchased it, I highly recommend it to everyone!

Nachteile:

There's no dislikes as such, just waiting for the team to release some features I find as a must-have for my use case, such as webhooks and automations, which area already on their roadmap, so I'm excited to see how this product grows.

Fixed A Lot of Issues in Six Months!

Kommentare: The biggest thing that Infinity does is it plugs holes in traditional project management software. So even though you could certainly use it for all your project management and organizational things, its real value in how it complements what you may already be doing. The intuitive layout and folders make it very useful for storing and passing around bits and details in your product development that may not fit nicely into your existing project management software. It is quite customizable and now, with folder security, you can properly segment your teams. Strong recommend now.

Vorteile:

I previously wrote a review ("Serious Bugs") calling out security bugs in the product. Since then, they have my concerns and tightened security around other pieces of the product. The product team seems to have refocused on development--adding and fixing features. Infinity really is a good mix of features not found in other products and, even though it could stand on its own, it really is a valuable add to your existing project management.

Nachteile:

The mobile apps could still use a little more TLC. Right now the mobile UI is lacking but the iPad looks great!

Possibile personalizzare con delle pivot, ma soprattutto è abbastanza semplice utilizzarlo come software di project management per seguire i progetti di ricerca e sviluppo in azienda.

Nachteile:

E' uno strumento basico che non ti permette delle customizzazioni molto spinte e, quindi, mal si confà ad aziende multinazionali che possono avere esigenze più spinte

Best Bang for your Buck!

Kommentare: We use infinity to keep up with paperwork for each agent we have and streamline the onboarding process it also allows us to keep up with clients and which agents work for which client. This program has enhanced our HR team productivity ten fold and has made our jobs so much easier!!

Vorteile:

We use this software to keep up with a virtual business and so far it has exceeded expectations . When we run into issues the support team is always there and they are the best! Friendly and helpful to get us back on track in no time at all. The automations have streamlined our business and made us more productive with less time spent on all the mundane tasks.

Nachteile:

We would like to see Grasshopper integrations so we can link our phone system and the ability to send emails using automation with our business header instead of Infinity Automation so people are more likely to read the emails.

Lot of Functionality and Real Value for Money

Kommentare: I am very happy with Infinity. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Vorteile:

Using Infinity has made my life easier in so many ways. I am able to design the tables just the way I would like them to be. I can then analyse the data in ways that really help my practice. I had previously used the free version of Airtable, but there were too many limitations and the paid version can work out quite expensive. With Infinity, it has been a lot more affordable, and it has had certain functionality, such as subfolders and different views that I had not had before. it is definitely not as mature as Airtable, but I have seen a lot of progress in the last 8 months since I started to use it, and there are still many more things planned in the roadmap. It is my favourite software and possibly one of my best investments.

Nachteile:

There is still some functionality that is being developed. However, there is a well established roadmap and they are very active and very responsive to the user community. I am happy with the progress.

The child of Trello and Airtable

Kommentare: Its in my daily use tools since the day that I set it up. Rarley a new tool achieves this.

Vorteile:

This tool is absolutley fascinating if you take your time to wrap your head arround all the available features. What do I like most? With the use of tags you can create exactly the view on you data as you need. Swith from kanban to table in seconds.

Nachteile:

There is really not much that I dont like. If I have to name something, then its the complexity at the start. But you get rewarded for learning the logic behind this tool.

Great for a small team looking for an affordable project management tool

Vorteile:

Great product, very easy to use. I switched out of Asana/Clickup to Start Infinity as my team grew and needed to find an affordable solution, which they have out of their lifetime pricing offer. The tool is quite friendly with my volunteers.

Nachteile:

Mobile features still need more development and a few more product stacks that need in-depth improvement. They have the incremental basics covered. For example, the attribute tags can have greater variety to cover the different industry scenarios, etc. Compatibility and cross-integration with outlook/google calendar is also interesting. They have a product roadmap to cover all the issues of the above.

An affordable base option that needs to add more functionality

Nachteile:

Limitations on integration with zapier arent great

Use it daily, but far from perfect

Kommentare: I use Infinity daily for personal projects, business tasks and brainstorming. If Evernote is my second brain and idea dump, Infinity is where it all gets organized once a project is pursued.

Vorteile:

The flexibility of this tool is unbeatable! The worspace-board-folder-tab-item setup is awesome. I love how creative you can get with viewing the same data in different ways, and how simple it is once you get over the intital learning curve. I've yet to find another tool that is this flexible.

Nachteile:

I'm missing better text editing features like that of Evernote, and I'm not always a fan of the clunky look of anything that isn't a list or table. There are tools out there that feel more intuitive and easy on the eye. Loading speeds can also be slow.

Very good setup for managing your business

No reminders so diary is difficult. Not integrating with teams.

Already powerful but that's just the beginning

Kommentare: It's an ultimate software that enables you to do almost everything.

Vorteile:

- support - onboarding - listening to user voices/suggestions/complaints - FLEXIBILITY - speed of improvements/new features - unlimited numbers of attributes for an item (task/card/event)

Nachteile:

- it's still a bit WIP: there are some features I need that are not yet present but they on the near-term roadmap - no mobile app yet but

Amazing project and task management tool

Kommentare: Its been excellent. Support is good and it's easy to use.

Vorteile:

This tool is robust! It fulfills so many use cases. It competes with Airtable, is easier to use, and is extremely configurable. This tool saves me time, keeps me organized, and helps me stay on top of my priorities. It has automation that make work easier. and over all Im extremely happy with the user experience

Nachteile:

Sometimes navigation between projects could be easier but it's not bad. It just could be one step shorter and I'm looking forward to the future of their road map.

Infinity Program

Kommentare: Have been using this product for the past 30 years and don't plan to change it. Easy to invoice clients and the company will build searches for you and work with you. Program has a lot of features and they are always adding more.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Constantly update product to suggestions made to them. Adding enhanced reporting helps with some of the odd reports you need a few times a year.

Nachteile:

Not able to get some reports. Sometimes having to wait longer to get issues fixed. Having to pay to have updates done if you want to do them on a weekend.

Fantastic product

Kommentare: Great experience, and has changed the way we work.

Vorteile:

Used this infinity for over 12 months now, and this has changed the way data is handled, and communication, within the company. It is easy to use, and has alot of options, to view and manipulate data.

Nachteile:

Whilst we have used infinty for over a year and there have been updates, it is lacking in some areas that i feel are holding it back, such as reminders, etc. I feel updates are slow, but I'm confident they will come.

Young Powerhouse

Kommentare: We use Infinity to keep track of projects and tasks, as well as information in a linked database.

Vorteile:

What's great about Infinity is how flexible and customizable it is. Our team can build exactly what we're looking for - we get to pick the attributes for each board and how they're displayed. There's a lot of functions and power available.

Nachteile:

The downside of getting in on Infinity right now is that it's still relatively early in the dev cycle - there are more features coming on all the time. There's also a bit of a learning curve, but once you "get it" it's great.

A very powerful Project Management tool

Kommentare: We use Infinity to manage our projects for 50 B2B clients, with a different team and external access for each. It's really good to have one place where everything is up to date and adapted to the needs of each special case.

Vorteile:

Very customizable, you can make your task list exactly how you want it, with the data you want, the way you want. It's great to centralize and share your project Management lists with team and external partners.

Nachteile:

The learning curve can be a little steep, as it's very powerful it can be confusing at first. The team is aware of that and already a lot of progress has been made to streamline use, with great starting templates.

A Flexible Tool for Different Work Flows

Kommentare: Really good. Helps me manage a bunch of data in different ways. Works fast. Has a desktop app and it's a tool that grows with the projects I have.

Vorteile:

I like that I can easily change how I view the data I have inputted. And how I can easily filter it in a way that is most beneficial to me.

Nachteile:

I'm not sure what to write for this. I would have to know what I am missing to make a comment. As it is, it works well and I like it.
