Kommentare: Die zielgerichtere Analyse von Accounts und das Auffinden neuer Accounts ist ein starker Pluspunkt. Auch die von Storyclash zur Verfügung gestellten Branchen-Insights und Cases von anderen Kunden sind inspirierend.

Vorteile:

Die AI-gestützte Influencer-Discovery hebt das Tool sicher von der Konkurrenz ab. Auch das Sichern von Social Influencer-Conten, speziell IG-Stories erleichtern uns den Arbeitsalltag - auch dass die Integration unseren zweiten Tools in diesem Bereich (InfluData) relativ unkompliziert möglich war, ist ein Benefit.

Nachteile:

Hin und wieder hakt das Sichern der IG-Stories, bisher wurden wir aber immer darüber benachrichtigt und konnten manuell sichern. Die Anzahl der Token zum Freischalten von Influencer/Accounts sind im Vergleich zu anderen Tools aus unserer Erfahrung leider etwas teurer.

Durch die ständigen Erweiterungen des Tools und den konstanten Austausch mit Storyclash fühlen wir uns sehr gut beraten und unterstützt.

Vorteile:

Mithilfe von Storyclash finden wir Creator, die perfekt zu unserer Brand passen. Beispielsweiße weil sie unseren Bestperformern ähnlich sind, mit Marken gearbeitet haben deren Werte unsere gleichen, oder aufgrund demografischer Daten, die perfekt mit unserer Zielgruppe matchen. Storyclash bietet viele verschiedene Ansätze die optimalen Creator zu finden.

Nachteile:

Aktuell stoßen wir mit der Kapazität an Creatorn, die wir speichern können, an eine Grenze. Allerdings ändern Storyclash gerade die Logik hinter dieser Funktion, sodass es uns in Zukunft möglich sein wird, eine größere Anzahl zu speichern.

Nachteile:

Es liegt in der Natur der Sache, dass Änderungen auf dem Social Media Plattformen selbst auch die Performance von Storyclash beeinflussen - bislang konnte das Team das System aber immer zeitnah abdaten.

Using Storyclash for Brand monitoring helps us react quickly

Vorteile:

We get a measuring our social activities with Storyclash and have a consistent collection of metrics of our campaigns. Additionally, we see any user mentions in social media and can react to it quickly. This helped our brand Usersnap - visual customer feedback - a lot, as our users have a positive interaction. We could also handle some problems users posted immediately. We are monitoring brand ambassadors and competitors via Storyclash.

Nachteile:

sometimes it's not easy to come up with new posting ideas and currently storyclash has no feature for this. but as far as I'm informed the great team of storyclash is already working on an innovation in this area.

Kommentare: I can use Storyclash to reduce manual influencer searches and still have content saved outside of working hours without having to do anything myself.

Vorteile:

Viewing & saving content (especially stories), the brand check (competitor analysis), lookalikes are helpful

Nachteile:

Sometimes accounts are not found directly and additional categories could be included in the filtering so that an even more precise influencer selection can take place.

It's a must have for Instagram influencer marketing!

Kommentare: It saves the team a lot of time to do research about influencers and to see the trend in the industry.
It is an amazing tool to decode influencer marketing in Instagram.

Vorteile:

As it saves all the stories posted by each influencer of up to 1 year ago, we can monitor the quality of the content they post and we can also see the past collaboration history. Story is gone after 24 hours usually, so this tool is making things really possible what is impossible.

Nachteile:

It is very much focused about instagram, but not so much on Youtube and Tiktok. It would be wonderful if they also have extensive data there as well. Moreover, they now changed their pricing for country base structure, and it got expensive and it's a bit cumbersome, as some influencers are international and they nationality is decided a bit randomly (for example, a German influencer living in Spain is categorized as Spanish and you have to pay for Spanish version to see her info)

Best of class Tool for Content Discovery and Social Analytics Benchmarking

Kommentare: Storyclash is of huge assistance during the research phase and benchmarking. This can be very valuable while pitching or onboarding new clients. Furthermore this process already serves as an entry point for a continuous content discovery and content monitoring process in order to increase the content output / performance on a regular basis.

Vorteile:

Storyclash provides a unique opportunity to research trending content based on channels, market segments, formats as well as settings based on region or language. Findings can be aggregated on publisher / brand level to easily establish a top in class ranking. Furthermore a drill down on content level (top performing content by various metrics: interactions, views etc.) may be implemented at any time. In conjunction these 2 features enhance the research process and provide an easy entry into the ongoing content discovery process.

Nachteile:

At times data has to be crawled or recrawled in order to analyze certain competitors or niche segments. The outstanding support handles these requests instantly.

Additionaly we check on a daily basis how our organization is ranked and how we can achieve more interactions and video views. Overall it helped us to stay in the top 5 of most engaging facebook communities (Germandy, Austria & Switzerland).

Vorteile:

With Storyclash i can easily search for the most engaging posts on facebook and instagram. More features get added frequently and help us in our daily business.

Nachteile:

Some relevant social media sites are not added yet (reddit, linkedin, vk, tiktok).

Easy to use, live data, great possibilities in the way you work with the data, trend research, easy monitoring of competitors, great to get content for designing presentations for partners or executives, great customer service! Super nice team!

Nachteile:

nothing really... Storyclash works great and is continuously developed further and the people of Storyclash are really open to feedback and suggestions.

Vorteile:

Tracking of all Influencer Stories on Instagram. Stunning text recognition from our brand logo in IG stories - great to see who is talking about us without any tagging. Details into Brand Collaborations from all creators in chronological timeline format

Nachteile:

Tiktok Discovery will only be rolled out soon! Audience data tokens are limited and pay per use. Text recognition sometimes delivers wrong resutls.

Great overview of your Social Media landscape

Kommentare: I've used Storyclash as an agency and as a client. My experience with the tool has been great either way. For agencies, it is a premium research tool to understand new markets and clients. As a client, it gives me a great overview of what my competitors do, and how we compare with our international peers.

Vorteile:

Storyclash is very user-friendly. It's easy to use and easy to get an overview. In a fast-paced social media landscape it provides me and my team with a comprehensive picture of what's in the market - and with a wealth of opportunities to dive deeper when time allows for it.

Nachteile:

That LinkedIn is not (yet) added to the platform. I understand this is not a tool solution, but an API issue from LinkedIn.

Vorteile:

Storyclash is easy-to-use and allows us to generate and share social reports in minutes (what took us multiple hours before). Another big benefit is its categorization system. One can simply search for social trends based on various industries and categories.

Great Social Media Monitoring Tool

Vorteile:

I enjoy using this software to help improve my social media game. This helps me track how many followers I gain or lose each week.

Nachteile:

It doesn't always register if I lose followers, sometimes it's not listed. But overall it's a good software.

Just what we needed!

Kommentare: We were having a hard time finding a software with the capabilities we needed (specific to stories) and finally found StoryClash. Getting set up was easy and fast and the team there is super accommodating.

Vorteile:

I love the ability to segment and tag groups within your larger group to follow the impact of certain campaigns!

Kommentare: It is pretty much plug & play. From the moment I got it, I could track all the information I need in one place, without spending ours tracking manual content from my accounts - as well as my competitors.

Vorteile:

Storyclash makes my job easier. It is super intuitive to use and it helped me from day one. The system tracks the information as I needed and I only need to check once a month before building my reports.

Nachteile:

The system overall is great for tracking campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Youtube. However, it doesn’t offer tracking for Triller.
