Kommentare: Very good, a friendly, helpful team at One Advanced.
Vorteile:
Inputting a General Ledger system was key for us. We were running our accounts within excel which was becoming more challenging as the company grew and began transacting. We were impressed by the reporting capabilities which we are looking forward to developing. Integration was straightforward thanks to the project teams friendliness and availability at all time.
Nachteile:
Personally I find the excel journal upload function restrained. There are improvements that could be made to make it easier to use. Having said that, once you are aware of the restraints, workarounds make it work for us.

Good Accounting Software
Kommentare: Overall I think our experience with Cloud Financials has been a positive and beneficial one. We have seen, over time, improvements in cost control throughout the business as well as improved reporting. With the improvements in financial controls, reporting and decision making, influenced by our use of cloud financials, we have seen increased confidence that are on track to achieve our organisational objectives.
Vorteile:
The fact that the software is cloud based reduces the importance of location. Additionally, the comprehensive purchasing management system has proven very useful for our business in terms of cost control and has enabled us to make more informed financial and operational decisions.
Nachteile:
Being cloud based means reliance on strong internet connections. As such, this leaves you vulnerable to potential service issues impeding access to the system.

Complex but flexible financial software
Kommentare: The Advanced team have been very supportive of our implementation and held hands with the team throughout the journey
Vorteile:
The ability for personalised dashboard for all staff members so that they can see the relevant financial information for their department or team whenever they - helps to improve financial understanding and free up time for the finance team
Nachteile:
Reporting is still not great and even though Jasper is used to report the formatting of reports is still limited
