Love this system!

Kommentare: I have frustrated myself at time, but it's really wonderful once you learn the system.

Vorteile:

Once fully understood, it's easy to use and customizable. [sensitive content hidden] is a great teacher!!

Nachteile:

Not being tech savvy, I have struggled in areas, that later I discovered through great training by [sensitive content hidden], that there is nothing I dont like about it!

Kommentare: I do love the product more than any other EHR that I have used and tell everyone that it is the best one on the market!

Vorteile:

It is very user friendly. I love that I can easily sign off on notes and it is easy to use for all users.

Nachteile:

There have been some recent issues with the fact that if you put an email in the email field, if automatically creates a client profile. We do not want this feature and it continues to be a problem. We asked for this to be deleted and it has been almost 2 months and this still has not been completed and we are still not able to use the email field bc if we do, it creates a client portal.

Ease of movement throughout icons. Access of information is thorough.

Nachteile:

I have not used Zoobooks in a clinical fashion as of yet so no reports of dislikes.

Kommentare: Pretty good, but feel like I am often in a learning curve on something

Vorteile:

Usually user friendly but sometimes gliches take too much time to reset-- i.e. drop down menus-not updated Progress and monthly notes- what is needed and not needed

Nachteile:

Sign-ins and reset of passwords could be a bit easier. I understand the need for levels of security-but would like an easier way to reset password when you forget a new one just entered.

Agape Counseling

Kommentare: I'm very happy we decided to go with Zoobook as our EHR

Vorteile:

Its easy to use and anytime I need help I know I can simply send an email and my request is usually taken care of in minutes

Nachteile:

In my opinion, there are a lot of unnecessary items found in a clients profile page or when saving a new client or other areas and it makes it a little difficult to navigate because there is so much to see.

Zoobook New Therapist Training

Kommentare: Zoobook is very detailed which is great. However, it seems difficult due to the many tabs, but the training was very thorough. 10/10 for the training.

Vorteile:

There is a lot of information that can be accessed. Also, I can add in different clients for groups, and I can add different notes or copy&paste for the same note for each client.

Nachteile:

There are many tabs which can be overwhelming.

Addiction Counselor

Vorteile:

The system seems to be easy to navigate. I also like the different ways to obtain the clients information.

Nachteile:

I have not worked with it to enough to notice any cons.

Good Training

Kommentare: I had a great experience. The trainer was clear and patient

Vorteile:

I like everything about ZooBook. It seems like everything will be easy to find and I know that if I need support I will have support.

Nachteile:

I just have to get used to using Zoobook so that I can familiarize it.

Switching to Zoobook

Kommentare: It was great; everything comes when you learn it. I can say I love this system after receiving full training. I also tell my staff that if they have an issue, they should get back to the Support Team, who will help and train them if needed.

Vorteile:

When we switched to Zoobook, we were using only a recorded system, not an EHR system. Zoobook is like a dynamic, live website with colors and many functions. I love their billing system; what they have now is very helpful, and they always add more to the system. The Widgets system is also great and very easy to use. As for their Support Team, they are excellent at organizing meetings and replying to emails. They are like magic; with them, there are no problems.

Nachteile:

Before I got into the recurring meetings with [sensitive content hidden], I thought it was really hard to use the billing system on Zoobook. However, during our meetings with him, he corrected everything, made things easy for us, and also kept following up with us to make sure everything was alright.

Work Experience

Kommentare: It was great, especially when they implemented the recurring meeting process and the follow-up to ensure everything is okay. They always ask if you have suggestions to improve their system. I love them.

Vorteile:

Their Support Team always initiates processes to help the client; they don't have a problem establishing many Zoom meetings and giving much of their time to ensure you are satisfied. Their trainers are professionals, and they reply very quickly. I have been with them for a long time and haven't had any problems at all.

Nachteile:

Sometimes they make updates without letting us know, but the good part is that those updates are always helpful.

Audit Experience

Kommentare: We had a scheduled audit from the state. To ensure compliance with government regulations, we reached out to the customer support team of the system we use to request customization that would meet our specific requirements. They responded promptly and efficiently, even over the weekend, to ensure that all the necessary features were in place. Their support will be instrumental in helping us pass the audit and maintain compliance with government rules and regulations. I am highly satisfied with their service.

Vorteile:

The team is fully cognizant of their actions and maintains a highly skilled customer service department that is consistently accessible and accommodating.

Nachteile:

Thus far, everyone has been very supportive and friendly.

Changing my opinion

Kommentare: The current experience has been positive, especially after addressing numerous complaints and resolving issues. I hope the system continues to function this effectively. Working with [sensitive content hidden]
has been a pleasure; he is qualified, intelligent, and an excellent support member.

Vorteile:

The improvements made in their support team are noticeable. Previously, it could take days to receive a response to an email, but now their response time is significantly faster. This could be due to an increase in team members or perhaps more effective training and instructions for the team. Whatever the case, their support team has significantly improved and is now performing exceptionally well.

Nachteile:

The stabilization of the system, we wake up everyday and waiting for what is the new issue we will find in Zoobook

Overall Feedback

Kommentare: They are great and they know what they are doing. When we were about to go live, they extended their shifts to upload our clients' information so we could go live without delaying our work. Their support team is fantastic.

Vorteile:

Customer support is top notch. They address concerns immediately and with high priority.

Nachteile:

Nothing, they are fantastic. They already invited me to their recurring meetings, and I told them I do not need them as I have no issues so far.

Zoobook is a Good Choice for SUD Providers

Kommentare: Our overall experience has been good, and support is responsive to our needs.

Vorteile:

Tailored for Substance Use Disorder/MH Disorder Treatment Providers specifically. Conforms to NJ Licensure and CARF Accreditation Standards. Works with Agencies to customize as appropriate.

Nachteile:

The User Manual is very basic; we had to develop our own User Manual internally (which does need constant updating)

After Training Experience

Kommentare: Before my trainings and meetings, I could rate them 5, but after the trainings and the meetings, I’m very surprised with the features they have and the abilities we can do as an administrators

Their Managers are great, I met with [sensitive content hidden], both are really helpful and Friendly, also both are supportive and changed my opinion about Zoobook after their training and meetings

Nachteile:

Very complicated, nobody can learn it without a training or meetings

Able to customize widgets for individual role.

Unable to provide alerts when authorized units have expired. System will continue to let staff document on expired authorizations and or expired billable units.

Very detiled and gave more info than I willbe invilved with and answered my questions.

Not familiar with this EHR but only with others.

1 Year Feedback

Kommentare: I have been with Zoobook for more than a year, and the system was very great. We had to make some changes, but overall, I had a great time with them.

Vorteile:

The whole company is very great. Anytime I reach out to them for editing something or creating something, they all help me. It doesn't matter if the person is a manager or a worker; they all help.

Nachteile:

They don't have a dialer or direct phone number. However, I reach out to some of them on their phones, and they help me.

Zoobook Training

Vorteile:

The website and the training were very easy to follow along with. I also really like that Zoobook has How-to videos on their website.

Nachteile:

I don't have a least favorite thing about Zoobook.
