Excellent Respons

Kommentare: I was confused by the new "save draft" and needed to complete treatment plans. Because the response was so quick I did not lose anytime understanding the new changes!

Vorteile:

The immediate response and the ability to do a zoom regarding the situation

Nachteile:

There was nothing that I didn't like. I appreciated the quick response!

Great service

Kommentare: So far has been great, friendly and supportive staff

Vorteile:

Easy to use, the system is set up for the practice needs, the support personal has been helpful and friendly

Nachteile:

Nothing yet. I am only in the implementation fase.

ZRC Zoobook experience

Kommentare: Other than some minor issues, the Zuni Recovery Center's experience with Zoobook has been good. We are looking forward to seeing what what other features will be introduced in the future.

Vorteile:

I like how quick of a response I get whenever I contact Zoobook for support. Customer service is pretty great. I also like how using Zoobook has helped save time by having the form builder, so that I can develop forms on my own.

Nachteile:

One of the cons about Zoobook EHR would be that documents are not saved at times. I have heard from clinicians that they save their work, but there have been occasions where they were not able to retrieve them. Also, the system tends to buffer on our end.

Kommentare: Pretty good, but feel like I am often in a learning curve on something

Vorteile:

Usually user friendly but sometimes gliches take too much time to reset-- i.e. drop down menus-not updated Progress and monthly notes- what is needed and not needed

Nachteile:

Sign-ins and reset of passwords could be a bit easier. I understand the need for levels of security-but would like an easier way to reset password when you forget a new one just entered.

Excellent trainer, excellent product!

Kommentare: It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience learning about what I believe is going to be an excellent tool for our practice. The trainer was excellent!

Very user friendly and the trainer was fantastic.

I cannot think of a single thing that I did not like!

Zoobook is a Good Choice for SUD Providers

Kommentare: Our overall experience has been good, and support is responsive to our needs.

Vorteile:

Tailored for Substance Use Disorder/MH Disorder Treatment Providers specifically. Conforms to NJ Licensure and CARF Accreditation Standards. Works with Agencies to customize as appropriate.

Nachteile:

The User Manual is very basic; we had to develop our own User Manual internally (which does need constant updating)

Great Support Service

Kommentare: So far it's great. No issues! The support responds in a fast and courteous manner. My issues are resolved.

Vorteile:

The prompt support services. The staff is courteous and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Nachteile:

I have no complaints at this point in time.

Zoobook Training

Vorteile:

The website and the training were very easy to follow along with. I also really like that Zoobook has How-to videos on their website.

Nachteile:

I don't have a least favorite thing about Zoobook.

It was easy to navigate the modules within the systems.

I do not like how many tabs there are. Some can be consolidated.

Kommentare: loved the demo with mark, super helpful and patient.

Vorteile:

the flow and easy read of the documents. very user friendly.

Nachteile:

the treatment plan has to be manually input into the progress note and no option for a drop down list or to import from the tx plan.

Work Experience

Kommentare: It was great, especially when they implemented the recurring meeting process and the follow-up to ensure everything is okay. They always ask if you have suggestions to improve their system. I love them.

Vorteile:

Their Support Team always initiates processes to help the client; they don't have a problem establishing many Zoom meetings and giving much of their time to ensure you are satisfied. Their trainers are professionals, and they reply very quickly. I have been with them for a long time and haven't had any problems at all.

Nachteile:

Sometimes they make updates without letting us know, but the good part is that those updates are always helpful.

Audit Experience

Kommentare: We had a scheduled audit from the state. To ensure compliance with government regulations, we reached out to the customer support team of the system we use to request customization that would meet our specific requirements. They responded promptly and efficiently, even over the weekend, to ensure that all the necessary features were in place. Their support will be instrumental in helping us pass the audit and maintain compliance with government rules and regulations. I am highly satisfied with their service.

Vorteile:

The team is fully cognizant of their actions and maintains a highly skilled customer service department that is consistently accessible and accommodating.

Nachteile:

Thus far, everyone has been very supportive and friendly.

Zoobook Support Feedback l

Kommentare: I like the system, the colors, the features, and the system is very smooth, I have no issues with it, I use it everyday and it's always the same feedback.

Vorteile:

Their support team is fantastic. I have never emailed them without receiving a very fast reply, and they do exactly what I want. They have a very qualified team. I send them emails every day about deleting notes, correcting notes, and they are always fast and accurate

Nachteile:

I hate that we didn't have an access to edit or delete, but on the other hand, this is very good for the documentation and the accuracy.

1 Year Feedback

Kommentare: I have been with Zoobook for more than a year, and the system was very great. We had to make some changes, but overall, I had a great time with them.

Vorteile:

The whole company is very great. Anytime I reach out to them for editing something or creating something, they all help me. It doesn't matter if the person is a manager or a worker; they all help.

Nachteile:

They don't have a dialer or direct phone number. However, I reach out to some of them on their phones, and they help me.

Dream Life

Kommentare: I'm satisfied with the system and their customer service team, so far so good.

Vorteile:

I appreciate the entire system; it offers many features and is easy to use. They have done a really good job.

Nachteile:

I don't have access to delete or edit an existing appointment.

Supervisor feedback

Kommentare: I am a supervisor so it I just go where I need to review my staff notes and monthly summaries.

Vorteile:

That it's easy to maneuver once you get a hang of it. That it's mobile friendly.

Nachteile:

That I can not make own edits such as the start and end time without putting a ticket into the provider. I also would like for the content area to have automatic grammar checks in the intervention section.

There wasn't much to complain about. They kept every appointment they scheduled with me, and they were receptive to any questions that came up for me.

Vorteile:

The tabs are easily identifiable and notify when something may need more information before proceeding. I think it was designed with workflow in mind, which will overtime become an easy and efficient process.

Nachteile:

There are so many tabs, I'm sure experience will make navigation easier. It seems like the system is designed to ensure vital information is not missed.

During the training session, EJ made sure I understood and asked if I had any questions.

There was not any feature that I did not like with Zoobook.
