Best support and customer service by far!

Vorteile:

The Talos ATS is great and has lots of really useful functionality, but most ATSs will do the same thing. What really sets them apart is their customer service. The team are fantastic, at every level. They understand the challenges we face and go above and beyond to help us solve them. They speak our language and are always on hand to offer support and guidance, often working with our other suppliers to help get the results we need.

Nachteile:

There are better ATSs on the market - but it really depends on what you need and how you're going to use the system. For a business of our size and structure, Talos is the perfect tool to meet our needs now and in the future.

Kommentare: Talos is a fantastic system to use, it has improved our recruitment within the business ten fold and allowed us to engage with candidates at the touch of a button!

Vorteile:

Such a great support team, very speedy & helpful!

Nachteile:

DocuSign functionality is very time intensive to get up and running

Kommentare: Great team of friendly and helpful people. Set up was easy and relatively painless. The system just does need a few improvements to reach what we want 100%

Vorteile:

Useful to have a one stop shop for recruitment where all roles are clearly visible and you can track and easily reject, progress candidates

Nachteile:

I find it hard to understand exactly where the roles are being posted and then sometimes how to find them on job boards. It would be better to allow you to select the job boards you want to ensure your role is featured on and then perhaps give you an option to boost certain roles with sponsorship or on specialist sites for an additional fee easily.

Vorteile:

The system has streamlined our recruitment process from start to finish. The portal is easy to use and we always receive great support from the customer service team. Also since implementation in Dec 2020 our accounts manager (Ryan) has worked tirelessly to help and support us!

Nachteile:

That the candidate can't respond to text messages sent from the system. Would be really helpful if their response could come back into the system?

ATS - Talos

Kommentare: Talos is a great ATS and does all the what I need currently. Easy to use and navigate. I would recommend this system to others.

Vorteile:

This system is easy to navigate and use on a daily basis. I do high volume recruitment, and this involved multiple posting of adverts daily. The system is very streamlined for this.

Nachteile:

Being unable to post the same advert in multiple locations/post codes at the same time, rather that one by one, when I cant post high numbers of adverts. This is usually down to the job boards they connect too.

New ATS gone down well!

Kommentare: Reporting, although basic is really useful for providing quick summaries to senior people. The ease of use is great. The training provided was excellent and they definitely went above and beyond. Snags resolved quickly and always get a response. The front end websites they have created are fabulous, really listened to what we wanted.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, quicker and more intuitive than the last ATS system we had. The interview booking module is a great time saver.

Nachteile:

previous ATS could be bespoked to our needs but Talos is a box, however the box is always being developed and this will move things forward. The Requisition process is great from a governance perspective but i look forward to being able to bespoke it to our requirements which will happen later this year!

Talos Review

Vorteile:

Talos is a really great easy to use system. It is very configurable to exactly what you need. Since initially purchasing job board credits many years ago the system has come along way and improvements and new features are being made all of the time. The team there genuinely care that you are making the best use of the system.

Nachteile:

The cost of the system has gone up a huge amount recently.

Best ATS system and Customer Support Hub EVER!

Kommentare: i have been using talos for 2.5 years and they have been a great help and they are always bringing out new features to make our daily tasks easier and convenient.

Vorteile:

I like how it is simple to use and the support you get with Talos is always great.

Nachteile:

nothing its great and it is fit for purpose

Simple and user friendly

Kommentare: Overall, we are very happy with Talos ATS - the support function is the best I've ever seen with a provider - [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the Team are fantastic. Our Account Manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], has gone from strength to strength and really pulled out all the stops to make us even happier.

Vorteile:

For us, the system is very clean and crisp. We use what we need to use and any issues we have had with layout or how the system was set up, it's easily changed/amended. You can tailor the system to your business needs - which is key!

Nachteile:

The only thing we can really say that we don't like, is the Talos Feedback bubble that pops up in awkward places and that's us being really picky!

Talos Review

Kommentare: I think Talos will be very effective with recruiting the correct calibre of candidates for the organisation. I feel the installation has gone well, we have been kept in the loop with updates and received a high standard of support so far.

Vorteile:

The Talos system looks user friendly, I like the features it has including the online support chat option, you have the option to report effectively, I like the way you can search and I also like the filter options. I am excited to use this new system in my organisation and I feel confident it what it can bring.

Nachteile:

As the system is very new and I haven't started using yet in my day to day job I cant comment yet.

Vorteile:

Talos is an easy to use system, from candidate, hiring manager and recruiters perspectives.

Nachteile:

Nothing comes to mind - and anything we do request gets added to the Talos roadmap immediately.

Wey Education feedback

Kommentare: Really brilliant. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] our Business Support Manager is excellent with providing support to us and answering any questions. He is very much an extended part of the HR team at Wey Education. He's always happy to arrange calls with us to check in on our requirements.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use for both us as a business but also applicants who apply via 360. It's really beneficial that the adverts get posted to a number of different job boards as well as being integrated to our Wey Education website. It saves us (HR team) time by only needing to post one advert it covers all areas. To view applications is straight forward and to progress candidates on e.g short listed, interviewing, hired etc is self explanatory. It's really beneficial we can communicate to applicants where it is all recorded in one place.

Nachteile:

We have found that on the odd occasion some candidates applications aren't pulling through correctly, some are blank or missing information. Not many but we have found this.

Smooth, Simple & Super Service :)

Kommentare: Talos has made our whole recruitment process a lot smoother, not just for our HR team but for our Hiring Managers and Candidates. The 306/Talos team provide outstanding support and are always so quick to respond to any queries or flags. Using the system has increased collaboration across recruiting departments & the posting feature has saved us a great deal of time and money.

Vorteile:

The system is so so simple to use and had massively drove down our admin time. The workflows keep everyone involved fully up to date on where we are at with each candidate & bespoke auto emails keeps candidates engaged throughout. The interview booking tool is such a brilliant feature and has saved us so much time - giving candidates the option to select their own dates/time from pre-determined availability takes the fuss out of arranging interviews!

Nachteile:

Not so much cons, but ideas that I think would improve the system are: Whilst the interview booking tool is excellent, I think there could be a simpler way of adding interviews to the system, that have been arranged in another way (I.e. over the phone). As we are a large business and have a lot of hiring managers and different people involved in different roles, it would be great if we could add/remove users ourselves.

Vorteile:

I find Talos easy to use, reporting stats are effective in our decision making, creating posts and setting up a new job board are easy.

Nachteile:

Some job boards do not allow you to repost a vacancy to the original reference number.

Excellent tool for our Recruitment Team

Kommentare: The experience is excellent - we are still tweaking things a few months in as our Account Manager wants to ensure we are getting the most out of the platform. We have been happy with it's interrogation with other recruitment boards and its overall ease of use.

Vorteile:

This software brought down our candidates days in the process - this is because of how easy it is for a candidate to apply and also the ease of use from an admin side. The Talos team are very supportive and will try to ensure you are utilising the software to its maximum abilities.

Nachteile:

The only downside was our onboarding was a bit slower than we would have hoped. We did ask for a lot to be done in a short amount of time and this was a factor but the team at Talos worked diligently to get everything done and we are very happy now. As I said it was just a small snag but the guys thoroughly made up for it and we are happy with the performance.

Talos 360 Review

Kommentare: Over all I find my experience with Talos to be spot on. I can contact my account manager when needed, the support team are quick to respond to emails/queries. The software does exactly what I need.

Vorteile:

Posting of adverts is a streamlined function that I use daily. I post the same job in multiple locations and free jobs boards and this is quick and easy to do. I can search for candidates by name and it takes me to all jobs they have applied for.

Nachteile:

I don't have an cons with the system, it does exactly what I need it too!

Customer Service

Kommentare: We have definitely streamlined our recruitment process and rejecting candidates is very easy which is great for the brand. It is also easy to move candidates along and invite to interview etc. We dont use the Offer section as we send bespoke emails. I would like to say that the service and support we have received from Jordan has been outstanding 10/10. He is a superstar and so engaging and helpful

Vorteile:

It is a relatively straightforward ATS and when used frequently can be navigated fairly easily

Nachteile:

The Video link can cause technical issues and always feel that there needs to be a Plan B, i.e. Teams and it would be great if this could be linked to Outlook / Teams invitations. Interviewer cant put on backgrounds. We do appreciate that there is more functionality than we currently use. This is our fault. I also appreciate that there are How To Videos but a straightforward paper How To Guide, i..e PDF would be more helpful as you have to watch the video and then take notes! In the end, the video seems too time consuming and you don't watch it and this isn't great. A manual would also be good for first time users!

Intuitive software

Vorteile:

The customer service and continuous support from Talos is brilliant. If you want to make any changes to progression stages, application forms, scorecards then you can quickly ask via live chat. The software is continuously developing and they listen to feedback from clients. I like how customisable all the progression stages are and that you can continue to make changes to the platform

Nachteile:

The integration was difficult and took a while to get set up

A very useful tool

Kommentare: Very good system for what we need.

Vorteile:

Very user friendly, easy to navigate round and uncomplicated functionality. Has automated the labour intensive parts of the application process and provided a great central location to store candidates for current roles and made them easy to find for future positions.

Nachteile:

It is quite basic - which could also be a pro in many cases. We have had to request a number of additional features be added which we would expect to be basic functions e.g. putting an expiry date on adverts going on to our own website. The interview arranging function doesn't sync with outlook calendars so I have found it much quicker and easier to do this outside of the system.

Talos!

Kommentare: Excellent overall!

Vorteile:

I love the simplicity of this system but best of all the implementation was seamless and the ongoing support is second to none.

Nachteile:

Was a little difficult to integrate into our HR system initially.

Great System

Kommentare: Incorporating this system with our recruitment process has streamlined the process and made it much easier to post vacancies track the applications and communicate with candidates. Our account director, provides great support and always responds promptly to any queries.

Vorteile:

The system is great for keeping all applications stored in one place, for set time frames, ensuring that our recruitment process remains GDPR compliant.

Nachteile:

We advertise on a couple of job boards that can't be posted to via the system, however we can manually add any applications received directly and therefore still manage to store the applications in the system.
