Easy to Use

Kommentare: Our Account Manager is friendly and very attentive.

Vorteile:

Many assessment choices over a wide variety of topics. It has proven very accurate, as the skill levels reflected in the tests are right in line with candidates' capabilities after they start a new position.

Nachteile:

Nothing stands out. It is easy to use, or to find reports whenever needed.

Good for candidate quick view

Kommentare: The customer service I have received is always fantastic.

Vorteile:

I have found that the assessments we use can give us a quick indicator into certain areas although are not always accurate in terms of proficiency. There is a good range of tests although I wish some of the identity type tests could be more customized.

Nachteile:

The customized tests leave a lot to be desired. The quick grading percentages do not always seem to add up to the actual right/wrong.

Pretty decent tool

Kommentare: It has been fine to use, I have been using the tool since 2013.

Vorteile:

It is easy to send links to candidates and has quite a few options for testing.

Nachteile:

I wish there was more features for the Microsoft Office Suite - We test a lot of Outlook and the 365 is very difficult, so I test on the 2010 becuase it is more user friendly as I don't want to scare applicants away with the 365 version. Also,iIt isn't compatable with MAC products.

A great alternative for software testing

Kommentare: Happy to say that the tool does the job just as well as any other more costly competitors.

Vorteile:

The software was easy to set up and use. I was looking for an alternative to the Kenexa Prove It! tests and this one works just as well and doesn't lock you into a contract.

Nachteile:

I have not come across any cons worth bringing up to date. The layout could use some refreshing but since that has no impact on the results, I don't stress over it.

Vorteile:

While EmployTest may offer cost-effective solutions for some employers, the pricing structure could be prohibitive for smaller businesses or organizations with limited budgets.

Typing Test

Vorteile:

How quick the results are sent to me and how easy it is to send a test.

Nachteile:

Wish the data entry test was not as focused on speed. A lot of the time the test is sent to someone's spam or junk email.

Asessments

Kommentare: It was above average. Didn't really deal with anyone. I did everything online.

Vorteile:

It was easy/quick to set up and easy to use

Nachteile:

I would have liked to be able to see the questions on the test first so that I could decide which of the computer test would have been accurate to send. I had to send one employee multiple tests as the one was way too hard and something we didn't need, but I couldn't tell that ahead of time.

On-line Testing

Kommentare: Excellent, not complaints
Customer Service from the internal team is excellent

Vorteile:

The variety of on-line tests and the ability to create a customized test. The customer service has been stellar

Nachteile:

A credit card is required to purchase additional test. As a school department or a public entity, credit cards are not issued.

Great Value and Consistent Results

Vorteile:

Employ Test provides us a baseline to compare prospective candidates against eachother. We know what scores have provided positive results in previous hires and it allows us to compare new candidates using those same metrics.

Nachteile:

I didn't like when the price increase happened but I understand the value the test brings.

Employ Test is Great

Kommentare: I have loved using EmployTest to assist in future employee evaluations.

Vorteile:

It is so easy to use for both administrators and those who are being assessed!

Nachteile:

There is nothing that I don't like about EmployTest. It is user friendly and accurate!

EmployTest Review

Kommentare: Overall, my experience with employ test has been positive and it has helped our institution become much more consistent when evaluating candidates making our hiring process much more equitable and fair for all involved.

Vorteile:

What I enjoy most about this product is the conveniences of it. It makes it much easier for candidates to access this product from where they are. Testing has become much easier on our end thanks to employ test. Lastly, we are fans of the instant test results that are sent via email, this has helped us become more fair and consistent across the board.

Nachteile:

The least favorite thing about this software is that fact that sometimes it takes candidates a while to catch on how to navigate the simulation system. Also, the system will give candidates and incorrect answer mark if they attempt to complete the task via a "shortcut" in the software. If the system allowed for shortcuts it would all us to still accurately rate and score candidates.

Excellent assessment service

Kommentare: My overall experience has been positive. The customer service is excellent, the Employtest team is always there to help me if I have questions. Most importantly, the assessments have allowed us to determine the best/most qualified candidates for our company.

Vorteile:

I love the ability to customize tests in order to align with our organization's expectations. Our hiring managers have thoroughly enjoyed receiving the candidate assessments, and they have helped our company hire quality AND qualified candidates in many different skillsets.

Nachteile:

The only thing I wish could be more easily visible are the ability to see examples of the assessments. When looking at the list of test options, it is difficult to determine which test would be the best option without having access to easily viewing example questions prior to sending it out to candidates.

EmployTest Experience

Kommentare: We have been able to identify certain training starting points for onboarding by reviewing the test results with the candidate we chose to hire. Its also a great tool for current staff for Professional Development. Our Account Manager is always happy to answer questions and easy to reach, we have been very happy with our relationship with EmployTest.

Vorteile:

This software has so many options to choose from, we have always felt there was a test specific to the needs of the position we were hiring for. The rest results are easy to follow and is a great tool to use as part of our interview process.

Nachteile:

No cons to date! From ordering credits to having potential hires complete the test, its always been a smooth process.

Best Candidate Assessment System

Kommentare: We are filtering out candidates who do not have the technical abilities to perform basic daily functions. It's amazingly valuable.

Vorteile:

The test questions are perfect for obtaining a skill baseline for our prehire candidates. The test bank is awesome, and the fact that I can create a completely custom test is exceptional. Great system!

Nachteile:

Multi-language would be great! We would use this system globally if we could get these tests in German also.

Meets Our Organization's Needs

Kommentare: So far so good. It is meeting our testing needs at multiple locations.

Vorteile:

Easy roll-out to multiple testing administrators. Easy to make adjustments as overall administrator. Many testing options. Test reports.

Nachteile:

No gripes at this time. Really no issues to date. EmployTest Customer service responds quickly to general inquiries.

Great Product

Vorteile:

EmployTest has really helped my organization identify qualified candidates when we're looking to really narrow down the candidate pool. The results are very easy to read.

Nachteile:

Every time I purchase new tokens, I have to reach out to support to apply my tokens to our account. I recently purchased tokens an hour ago and its still not visible on our account which is frustrating.

Great product at an affordable price

Kommentare: As an HR Director, I've used EmployTest in two different school districts and have found it to be an invaluable resource in helping us to objectively measure candidates' skills.

Vorteile:

We were impressed by the array of assessment offerings as well as the ease of administration through the website.

Nachteile:

The prior platform used for test administration was a bit challenging, but the newer version is much easier to navigate.

Employtest Review

Kommentare: It has been great to be able to use Employtest to test a single or group of candidates and get accurate test scores.

Vorteile:

I like the easiness of setting up testing for a large group of candidates

Nachteile:

It would be nice to be able to get a test taker to go back to where they left off if they accidentally get kicked off from the test.

Kommentare: We have our assistants at our Firm complete word & grammar assessments as they often proofread and edit legal documents.

Vorteile:

User friendly. Easy to use and send assessments.

Nachteile:

At this there, I do not have any cons about this software.

Review for EmployTest

Kommentare: We are able to quickly assess a prospective employee's skill set in a matter of minutes. This saves us from wasting time in the interview process. In addition, we have used EmployTest to assess current employees that we are considering for a promotion or job change and this has been invaluable.

Vorteile:

We get so much for such a reasonable price. There is a good variety of assessments and the assessments are very comprehensive. Prior to the recession we used a much more expensive software system and in all honesty EmployTest is much more user friendly and much more comprehensive. We would never go back.

Nachteile:

There are no cons. I like everything about this software.

Great Tool for Pre-Employment Review

Vorteile:

Very user friendly for admin and users. Love the broad scope of testing available from behavioral to skills.

Nachteile:

As a prior user I used to dislike not having access to all tests and that has since changed which is wonderful.

Review of EmployTest

Kommentare: We are using it for pre-employment hiring to get a fuller picture of our candidates.

Vorteile:

Love being able to purchase tests ala carte, instead of having to commit to a larger testing package. We are a small organization that hires infrequently, and this is a good fit for us.

Nachteile:

It can be kind of difficult to choose the exact test you want to administer, but it is good that there are a lot of options.

EmployTest made candidate assessment easy!

Kommentare: Everything about the experience was enjoyable. I looked at other options and they were either to cumbersome, expensive or a less than ideal experience for the candidate.

Vorteile:

From initial vetting to purchasing, setup and use the process was simple and didn't take much time.

Nachteile:

Not able to purchase single use testing.

More than Pleased with EmployTest

Kommentare: We use it as part of the pre-screening process. I have been most pleased with the customer support. Almost immediate responses every time!

Vorteile:

Its ease of use and how intuitive it is.

Nachteile:

At this point, I haven't found anything I don't like. It has been a positive experience since word go.
