Vorteile:

Das Versprechen von der SEO-Überwachung ist großartig, aber die Umsetzung ist sehr schlecht. Ich kann seit über 3 Wochen keine Berichte über 100 Wörter herunterladen.

Ich kann seit über 3 Wochen keine Berichte über 100 Wörter herunterladen. Ich habe den Service über 9 Mal kontaktiert und sie sagen einfach, dass ich warten soll.

Gutes RankTracking und Keyword-Recherche

Kommentare: Im Gesamten macht RankTracker einen guten Eindruck mit Potenzial nach oben. Ich habe aus einem AppSumo LTD die Software erworben. Bisher verfolge ich Rankings mit der SEO PowerSuite, welche zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt noch die Bessere ist.

Vorteile:

Das UI von RankTracker ist übersichtlich und durchdacht. Es macht die Arbeit schnell und effizient und gibt einen schnellen Überblick über den aktuellen Stand und einer Analyse wo die SEO-Strategie verbessert werden kann. Ebenso die Einrichtung ist gut gestaltet, mit Potenzial zu kleineren Verbesserungen.

Nachteile:

Man merkt an einigen Stellen, dass RankTracker noch nicht komplett ausgereift ist. Die größte Hürde ist das nachträgliche Bearbeiten von Keywords, bzw. Änderungen an den Suchmaschinen oder Sprache. Dies ist aktuell nur möglich, indem man die Keywords alle löschen muss und komplett neu anlegt. Einige Tracking-Ergebnisse sind scheinbar auch nicht korrekt, bzw. betrifft dies nur Google Maps bei mir. Hier wird bei jedem Keyword kein Ranking gefunden, obwohl ich für meine Keywords in Maps und an den Standorten auf Platz 1 bis 3 bin. Ebenso buggy ist der Audit an vielen Stellen. Es wird beispielsweise bemängelt, dass kein Favicon vorhanden ist etc. obwohl dies alles korrekt vorhanden ist auf den Websites. Gelegentlich kommen dann noch Kapazitätenprobleme dazu, dass Berichte aufgrund von Serverfehlern nicht geladen werden können.

RankTracker is a great SEO and SERP analysis tool

Kommentare: Pretty solid tool with emphasis on getting the right keyword data so that you can create the best SEO strategy and right decisions for your business and your clients.

Vorteile:

RankTracker bring real SEO and SERP data analytics to a clean, well-thought UI providing a great user experience.

Nachteile:

As a product in its infancy, there are some UI bugs to work out. However, their analytics are spot-on compared to other SEO tools with higher-tier pricing.

Total scam.

Vorteile:

Nothing. I can't access it. It's a total scam. Buy a life time deal and then they effectively revoke all access by putting all the features behind a paywall (unless you pay for priority support you don't want or need).

Nachteile:

As with so many others, I bought a life time deal from AppSumo. So far so good. Nice tool, really useful. Then they effectively put our account behind a paywall, totally blocking access to the tool unless we buy for yearly support. I don't want yearly support. I don't need it. I just need access to the product I bought. Honour your commitments to the many people who bought your deal, and stop being a shameful company. And if you didn't buy an AppSumo life time deal, don't worry, they could change the rules on you at any time, effectively stealing the money you've paid for their product. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

A good tool but a very bad commercial policy

Kommentare: :( Although the initial experience was favorable, working with a company that does not value the trust of early adopters, that does not fulfill its commercial commitments, that does not provide a solution to its errors, that treats customers like stupid people, well This has created all the conditions for me to have a quite negative experience.
Taking into account that within the platform I have been left with customer metrics that I have never been able to access again, well yes, it is a very negative experience.

Vorteile:

The tool has different sections where you can search for keywords, you can upload a project linked to a website, you can compare with competitors, you can analyze competitors, you can track keywords for each project among other things, it is an all-in-one tool .

Nachteile:

In 2021 I acquired a lifetime license, the product was in development and in need of financing. I used the tool and it worked well based on what I was contracted for. Last year (2023) the Ranck Tracker company decided not to honor the agreement it had with lifetime users and blocked access to the tool for all of them. Since then, when one proceeds to log in, one can only access a page where one can purchase an annual subscription to re-enable the tool. From four months ago until now, the responses from [sensitive content hidden] and the support group are that they are going to check the issue and that if I need to use the tool, I should purchase the annual support subscription. The whole situation took the form of a scam, which has left us users who trusted the brand from the beginning a great disappointment.

Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service from Rank Tracker

The short period of time it worked, before they knowingly deactivated the paid account.

Nachteile:

It's a scam. They took 300 dollars and shortly after deactivated the account.

Dont trust this company

Kommentare: Really bad, don't trust these guys. Better use other tools.
You can check it on AppSumo, there is a report about them how they violated their terms and want to charge Lifetime Users again and again.

Vorteile:

The tool itself is okay, pretty buggy, but mostly does the job in the basic functions. The SEO Analysis and website recommendations are totally worthless, keyword tracking is ok, but is cutted to just some keywords. If you want more, you will have to pay again.

Nachteile:

The customer service is useless and they are changing paid plans and try to charge you more. When asking them whats going on there, they will just ghost you.

Stay away, they wiull force you into a support contract or deny access to your data

Kommentare: The worst ever, never met a business that is so untrustworthy in my 30 years of doing business. Stay away, many alternatives that are as good or better.

The [sensitive content hidden]is unethical. After paying for a lifetime deal, they deny you access to your client data. You get directed to a page where you can buy support. A big scam

There are better options out there that provide value

Some of the features are easy to us which is nice.

Nachteile:

Most features are not easy to use and they provide very little value so the ones that are easy to use aren't enough to provide any value. There's not a lot of development going on either which means you're not likely to ever see many benefits.

Even though I purchased a lifetime license...

Nothing to consider in a scam tool.

Even though I purchased a lifetime license, they put the price for annual support on my dashboard and do not give me access to my dashboard. This situation is not ethical or professional, they want to force me to buy a subscription when I have a lifetime license. I have been contacting Ranktracker support for over a month to report this situation and the only feedback I have is an automatic response from support saying that they will analyze the situation and then respond, so far I have not received any further response.

A Rollercoaster Experience with Ranktracker

Their Keyword Research tool is OK. It's helped me uncover some Keywords. The ranktracker works in the beginning too. You can discover keywords that alligns with your content.

Nachteile:

I bought a lifetime deal from Appsumo, which seemed like a fantastic bargain at the time. But after a while, I hit a roadblock. The deal just stopped working, and they forced me to pay again for what I'd already paid for. Talk about a punch in the gut! It felt like buying a car, only to have the dealer come back a year later and say, "Oops, you need to pay again to keep driving."It's not just about the money; it's about trust. This experience has left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. I mean, when you purchase a lifetime deal, you expect it to last a lifetime, right? Not just until they decide they want more cash.

Dishonest company & founder

Weeks went by without a resolution, leaving me feeling unheard and frustrated.To make matters worse, the application lacks intuitiveness and their help documentation is useless. It’s a struggle to navigate and understand the tool, wasting valuable time.The most shocking aspect is Ranktracker’s unethical behavior of deleting user accounts for leaving negative reviews. This disregard for honest feedback is unacceptable.

All the functionality of the big guys but at a fraction of the cost

I like that Ranktracker can do all the critical things we need from a ranking tool but doesn't break the bank. We can also easily track competitor keywords and rank for them as well.

Nachteile:

I can honestly say there isn't anything I don't link about this software.

A great alternative to more established solutions as Ahref or SEMrush

Nachteile:

Ranktracker is not as comprehensive as other SEO tools, so it may not be able to show you all the data you need to optimize your website for better search engine ranking. Additionally, Ranktracker is designed more for tracking a website’s progress over time than helping with day-to-day optimization efforts.

Very Powerful SEO Tool

Kommentare: RankTracker is very effective & really easy to use. I have used many other Seo Tools but this one has the most comfortable interface, easy to navigate and easy to work with. This tool looks very promising.

Very Easy To use, Rank tracking feature, website audit, keyword research, SEO checklist, Reporting and much more.

Nachteile:

At present they dont have backlink Research Available. But it is in their future roadmap.

Be Careful, dishonest company with bait and switch tactics

Rank tracking was decent while it worked, but I would not choose them due to their shady business practices.

Nachteile:

I bought lifetime access to Ranktracker on Appsumo. It worked until the around August. Now I can't access my reports unless I upgrade. I reached out to support who assured me that they are on it and fixing the issue. It's been over 3 months and they keep saying support will take a look but it's clear they will never do. They keep pushing me to pay more for support by saying: " if your in a rush, Buy the support plan and skip the front of the queue on priorty" It's clear that this company is not honoring it's commitment. Stay away.

It worked pretty good as long as I had access to my account.

The fact that they have blocked me from accessing my account and my data despite the fact that I had bought a lifetime deal.

You pay for a lifetime membership than they lock you out to force you to pay for support. I had some clients data that I lost. I wouldn't trust them for professional job as they are unreliable

Good Tool to track your kewords and competitor analysis

Vorteile:

Allows you to keep a track on your targeted keywords with their ranking and also allows competitors analysis to track their keywords.

Nachteile:

It can provide a better website audit feature which is not very great to work on.

Awesome Rank Tracking Tool With Keyword Analyzer

Kommentare: If I say overall the tool is the best for the money. I have used some more tools for example Brand Overflow, Serprobot, etc. but found no one is as good as Rank Tracker. I can do keyword analysis as well as rank tracking simultaneously. It saves both cost and time. So in one word, I love this tool

I have purchased the tool from Appsumo LTD few months ago. I love the rank tracker feature in the tool. Because I can check for multiple search engines from the same place. Besides I can check ranking based on the device. I have seen the rank tracker can check position almost instantly. I love this feature. I have used some tools, that take much time to track for the first time. Another reason to fall in love with this tool, I can do keyword analysis. The keyword finder gives me suggestions as well as show-related keywords that help me to select LSI keywords for my content. There's more, I can check SERP to know about my competitors using this tool. Another feature is auditing. It audits the website and shows the problem that should be fixed to improve ranking. That is also a great feature, I think. Recently they have added language in their rank tracking system that is awesome.

Nachteile:

There are so many good features in this tool but still, I feel there should some more features as they are trying to introduce them as an SEO tool. There should be "Site Exploring" Feature like Ahrefs so that we can find backlink and organic keywords data. I have talked to them and they said they are working on it. I Hope will get the feature in the future. In addition to this, it takes 10-30 seconds when I try to log in. That looks bothering to me. It should be faster in that case.

Looks nice from the outside but it's mediocre at best

The only thing I liked was some of the design choices but actually navigating it is no fun.

Nachteile:

Where to start, the rank tracker itself which is obviously supposed to be the main selling point based on their name seemed very cheap and once my keyword list was imported it seemed like it was queued up, days go by and nothing ever appeared. The SEO checklist was a nice little extra but seems like it would only be useful to SEO novices as people with more knowledge would make their own list and if using a tool like this, would have already had a game plan. Backlink checker showed a tiny fraction of the backlinks found by more well-known backlink checkers, in their defense the tool is marked beta, time will tell if it improves or not. With that in mind the backlink monitor never alerted of anything. The website audit was stuck on a loading bar for days as well even though it stated it takes about an hour, then again you could probably easily run a similar audit with a free browser extension

Great Product But Needs More Work

Even with the data I get on the tool, I need to go to a different page to find out what exactly I need to change. For example, if something is wrong with one of my webpages headers, it just shows that there is an issue and I need to go to my website to find out where the issue is. I would prefer to see it in the RankTracker Software itself.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT] / Customer Service Is Super Shady - Stole $1000

Nothing, I couldn't even use it because they charged my credit card during a free trial and I've been trying to get reimbursed ever since.

Hello, I feel like I should start off by saying that I’m not one to pop off about a company. I completely understand that not every customer service interaction is going to be a home run, but in this instance the guy running RankTracker.com ([SENSITIVE CONTENT] is his name apparently), has lied and conned me out of $1000. Ultimately, it’s hard not to feel like this has all been a total scam and I just hope no one else falls prey to this guy - here is the story.I signed up for their Black Friday 7-day free trial but then their platform was down for several days of that trial so I requested, and was granted, an extension (I asked for 7 days and this [SENSITIVE CONTENT] character gave me 5, so great). But then suddenly my credit card was charged just under $1000 during the “free trial" extension. I reached out to this guy, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], who apparently owns the platform, and he agreed to issue a refund.Since then I've heard nothing, totally ghosted, no refund or follow-up and that was days ago so now here I am, forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.What is bizarre is that I was in a trial, so basically right on the cusp of a sale, and then this guy decides to just steal the money. It makes no sense other than to classify this guy and ranktracker.com as a total scam. I just hope no one else falls prey to these guys.
