Kommentare: First, onboarding process is effortless and interview scheduling is great we were previously using Upwork for our freelancer needs now we use GoHire to solve this

Vorteile:

Gohire automates and ease of our hiring process. We are not aa big company to have an HR however with go hire all is solved, it works like an HR manager for our company.

Nachteile:

Actually ther is nothing I can say negative about the product as it works like a charm for us.

Friendly ATS Product

Kommentare: I am happy for the time being in the use of GoHire. Even my Line Managers are happy using it.

Vorteile:

Quick customer service and very user friendly ATS platform

Nachteile:

Not Applicable. So far so good for me at the moment.

Very slow and no customer support

Kommentare: We are using gohire for more than 2 years on daily basis. It's amazingly slow, almost impossible to operate many times.
Currently we are searching for an alternative solution.

Vorteile:

Job boards integration support. Indeed integration. User management.

Nachteile:

It's the slowest application I have ever used Customer support never replies

Honest Review

Kommentare: I would say an 8, as there's always room for improvement

The visibility and as a result the high number of applications shortly after posting the advert

The fact the candidates did not bother to notify not attending an interview previously confirmed

Easiest Multi Job Post Platform

Kommentare: We are using GoHire for almost 2 years now. We are very satisfied with the job application process and how easy to evaluate applicants.

Vorteile:

A dedicated hiring web page that can be integrated with your domain Team/company page that can be able to share your company culture for interested applicants. Very beautiful UI in the app Email template replies for the applicants

Nachteile:

No auto-publish/update jobs ads High price with partner paid job listings No integration to local/classified job listings

Responsive Customer Service, Easy to Use product

Vorteile:

I love GoHire! As a small startup, this was our first time using an applicant tracking system. GoHire is simple to use and has the majority of the features we were looking for at a reasonable price point. The customer service was also very responsive, and they looked into any bug we reported along the way. Additionally, I love that they take product requests and actually implement them.

Nachteile:

The only thing I wish GoHire had was an outlook integration. I know this is something they're considering, but it would be great to have this for candidate scheduling.

GOHIRE REVIEW from WONO (We recommend)

Vorteile:

Finding candidates using GoHire platform really helped our business. They post on multiple job boards and provide us with great candidates. It's also user friendly.

Nachteile:

We tend to only use the feature to find candidates and post jobs. Other than that we don't use other features. Based upon our current experience using the platform to post jobs/find candidates, it's working very well and I assume the other features will work very good as well.

Meeters HR is based on Gohire

Kommentare: With Gohire our hiring job has became easier and faster.
All we have to do is to post and reply to the candidates from a single panel control.

Vorteile:

We tried gohire as well as other 3 software for HR management. It really surprised us for its simplicity and the wide feature set

Nachteile:

It might be useful to remind unused features through a tutorial because Gohire has more features than what we use

Really good platform!

Vorteile:

I liked the fact that it was so easy to manage and start. You can also add your talent pool and populate all your recruitment on GoHire rather than using spreadsheets and manually doing it all yourself.I also like the email management system whereby you can literally use the entire platform for recruitment - whether that's adding the job adverts, contacting potential candidates or screening CV's.

Nachteile:

I had a few issues with populating job ads at Indeed, but the customer service team were great and helped me resolve that problem.I would like the option to have more of an onboarding programme set up there for after a candidate is hired.

Customer service

Kommentare: All the staff at GoHire have been extremely supportive during our set up and continue to support as we continue to grow. Plus they are really friendly and communicate quickly and effectively when we have questions.

Vorteile:

The ease of job postings and candidate management takes a huge load off our already full plates. It is great that we can automate workflows and the automation is a highly useful and effective feature.

Nachteile:

We can't add application forms into our adverts but this isn't a fault of GoHire but is restricted by job boards.

Frequent GoHire User Review

Kommentare: Overall it was a great tool for candidate review, management, and hiring.

Vorteile:

The applicant management was easy to use, especially the various pipelines you can create. I also enjoyed the ease of editing and reposting the job posts.

Nachteile:

It was unclear how to email all candidates and/or if that was even an option. That would have been very helpful for us.

One of the best hiring management platforms, don't look any further

Kommentare: The product has been great, no glitches or bugs at all. The support sound rude at times and locking our early users for new updates is something early users like me are not happy about but other wise GoHire is excellent for your hiring management needs.

Vorteile:

Interface is beautiful and doesn't require any learning curve to set something up for hiring in your company, been a user from their early days and I love how the whole platform has become.

Nachteile:

Team and their promises for early users which I and many others aren't happy about. They had promised their "Enterprise" plan (highest plan) features but changed the naming of their plans and the new updates aren't available for early users. Definitely not a good thing to do for someone who supported the product initially.

Game Changer

Kommentare: GoHire has been a pleasure to work with. We signed up early and they have continued to enhance the product. When we have questions they respond within 24 hours.

Vorteile:

GoHire has been a game changer for us. Instead of multiple costly subscriptions to third party listing sites with independent dashboards we now have one dashboard with all of our applicants. We can store notes, manually add people and share with the team.

Nachteile:

It does now allow for a full application so we had to keep the old fashion for job experience and previous employers. It's not possible to hide specific fields when sharing with team members, such as salary requirements.

GoHire Makes Weeding Out Candidates Easy

Kommentare: GoHire has helped us weed through many awful candidates for content writers fast, and focus on properly vetting the great ones! We've hired quite a couple thanks to GoHire, and with our small staff, we wouldn't have time to without using this platform.

Vorteile:

The number one feature I love about GoHire is its ability to post to multiple job boards in one click, without looking like a bot posted! It saves me hours of time, not to mention having to log into each program to check if candidates applied.

Nachteile:

It looks like you can only embed the hiring page on one website, which is a bummer because our company owns multiple websites and we wanted to have the same hiring page on each one.

Rex Engineering GoHire Review

Kommentare: It has been really good - one thing that we ran into was that our internal marketing had created really awesome job descriptions with added features but this was not compatible with the GoHire system. Would have been nice to attract candidates by this features. We were able to use this in our Careers Web page and hopefully these candidates experienced this there.

Vorteile:

The fact that it tracks my applicants and I can filter out the ones that are not likely to be considered for the position.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to have a maybe bucket - along with the declined and active. This would give me an additional level of candidates. If I run out of desired candidates and have declined some it would be nice to have a maybe that I can then go to. Also maybe an internship bucket. One where I don't want to decline but I also do not want to have them as my top level.

Streamlined our Recruiting Efforts

Vorteile:

GoHire has been incredible since day #1. It's easy to use, and is extremely convenient for our applicants. We've made a ton of hires, and been able to stay extremely organized. Few things that our team loves: - the UI of the platform - how easy it is for us post our job to all job sites - the built in email integration - and a lot more! If you haven't checked these guys out yet, I highly recommend you do. They are consistently pushing updates!

Nachteile:

- none that I can think of at the moment. So far so good (and we've been using them for over a year!)

Simple and effective ATS

Kommentare: We have managed +5 hiring processes with GoHire and we are more than happy with everything.

Vorteile:

How simple is to setup and integrate a Job panel in our website and start getting job applications.

Nachteile:

Their email template customisation was not so great and sometimes some output emails where marked as SPAM.

Good for a small business

Kommentare: Overall, my experience has been very positive and the support has been good. We will continue to use this software and look forward to updates to add more features.

Vorteile:

GoHire has allowed us to consolidate the tasks of hiring into one place and has given us a good portal to use for candidates. We hire regularly so we needed a way to track all applicants, have multiple staff review credentials and communicate with each applicant efficiently and in a timely manner. GoHire has allowed us to do all of this with relative ease. They also continue to add features which are helpful. The templates were a big addition!

Nachteile:

Because we have an interviewing process that involves multiple stages, we would like to have a better way to transition from one staff member to the next. Right now, we just leave notes , change their status and then go outside the system to email the next staff member that the client is ready for their part. If there was a trigger or way to pass along the candidate to the next person, that would be a big help. We would love to see this added.

Perfect tool for a fast growing tech business!

Kommentare: As a tech company we love experimenting with new online tools to improve our internal workflows. GoHire provided us with a simple solution to organising our team's rapid growth. Beautifully laid out, and packed with features. Love it!

Vorteile:

Biggest benefit for us was the collaboration aspect. Before GoHire we relied on emails coming in from different sources, and bouncing them around the office to try keep track. GoHire puts all of this in one place that all the relevant people can access as and when they need to. The layout is clean and logical, and customer support has been responsive on the few occasions we've needed help.

Nachteile:

There's a few features that would work nicely for us - automatic messages when transitioning applicants between stages for one. A couple of the more advanced features were originally hard to find but there's actually been a substantial re-design since then and it's MUCH easier now!!

Ease of Use

It is an easy application to navigate and utilize for recruitment and job posting.

Not being able to talk to live customer support when needed or a challenge comes up.

Kommentare: every employee that we have right now applied through gohire and whenever we have a new job offering we use them because we are extremely satisfied with the service that they’re providing.

Vorteile:

gohire allows us to post our job offers and receive candidatures easily, it also has a great system that allows us to follow up with potential candidates and set up interviews which has been really helpful for our Business.

Nachteile:

they should add integration with other platforms to make it even easier for candidates to apply for the job offers that they are interested in.

A must foundation for any start up recruitment or onboarding team!

Vorteile:

Gohire uses a very simplistic platform. The workflow is easy to edit and customise and candidate review is easy to manage.

Nachteile:

There is no ability to apply multiple statuses at once. For example, group marking canditates as seen and then moving across the work flow requires them to be de-selected and then reselected to to perform the next task.
