Great Product!!!

Vorteile:

I use this product on a weekly basis to import my invoices. The software is very easy to use and straight forward, which makes this task easier. The software helps streamline by billing process.

Nachteile:

I do not have anything that I like least about this software.

Great value, kinda quirky

Kommentare: Transaction Pro is great because it can be purchased out right and has a proven history of success. The program is lightweight and saves time. Since Quick Books doesn't have this option natively, Transaction Pro is the best 3rd party solution.

Vorteile:

Transaction Pro allows you to take spreadsheet data and bulk import it into Quick Books. It's features include using simple formulas to combine data from 2 cells into one line; adding items to inventory; and including tax information. Once the data map is created it takes only a few minutes to import sales etc. Transaction Pro also has a pretty extensive knowledge base for setup, and troubleshooting.

Nachteile:

Transaction Pro requires a Quick Books user with near admin level access to work properly. The field mapping is very specific, if you change your import columns, you have to make a new map from scratch.

No support and look for alternative options

Kommentare: Avoid dealing with this company at all costs

Vorteile:

We unfortunately wasted $300 on this product as it wouldn't even map or products properly so had to find another solution.

Nachteile:

They will not provide any refund and support expects you to troubleshoot the issues.

Must have app in Quickbooks

Vorteile:

This App streamlined uploading daily sales reports. By creating a spreadsheet template for all locations to use and set up the importer, one can then simply import the spreadsheets and transaction pro will read the data. There is some finagling to ensure you have the correct format ... seemingly across operating systems - windows to Mac there may be some discrepancy.

Nachteile:

When upgrading to allow multiple users, additional users cannot access the app from the app list in quickbooks unless they are the initial owner of the app... so additional users have to sign in through intuit on the transaction pro website - unless possibly upgraded on Quickbooks? Though if you pay the extra price to upgrade the app, seems one should receive more benefit.

Great Tool

Vorteile:

I downloaded the Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter tool specifically to import payment transactions into QuickBooks. The tool dramatically reduced work time by automatically uploading the payment transactions directly to each customer.

Nachteile:

I have only used the tool for one feature which worked perfectly so I do not have any cons.

Lifesaver

Vorteile:

We couldn't figure out how to upload large batches of checks to Quickbooks Online - this was our answer!

Nachteile:

It can be a little finicky when mapping - but it's easy to work-around.

Invaluable tool

Vorteile:

Transaction Pro Importer/exporter has saved me a lot of time. Conversion clients are common in my world and this is the only tool I've found capable of carrying transaction level details across platforms.

Nachteile:

Sometimes when requesting paid phone support, it can take a few days to get your appointment. This can be inconvenient, but is always worth the wait.

Usefull tool for invoicing

very usefull to download several invoice at the same-time on Quickbooks

you cannot use it to delete a bench of invoice on Quickbook

Transaction Pro made Rapid Buisness Growth Possible

Kommentare: Our business doubled it's sales within a few months. Before that, a large portion of my day was set aside for manual data entry. When the amount of transactions became too much to enter manually, we came across Transaction pro. We are now importing thousands of transactions a month in a fraction of the time. I cannot imagine working in QuickBooks with out it.

Vorteile:

The initial setup was surprisingly easy and their customer support is responsive, friendly and thorough. This software has saved us countless hours of manual data entry.

Nachteile:

The user interface can be a little ambiguous. There are certain fields in the wizard that may not apply to your upload but are required.

Best Time Saving Importing Software

Vorteile:

Having Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter connecting to our Quickbooks software saves us so much time between importing various items. Having the option to upload check information or pull in journal entries with hundreds of lines directly from Excel helps speed up the process of our month end close. There are so many other options for importing to Quickbooks so I'm sure we've just scratched the surface to improving our efficiencies in our organization.

Nachteile:

When there are errors with the imports the description of the error can be vague or difficult to figure out what the actual issue is.

Used to work, now doesn't

Kommentare: Your tech support was not great, usually replied the next day, but would just send us links to support articles on your website. Not once was the situation escalated to higher tier support. $129 and we can't even refund the non functioning product. We're currently looking for another solution. It's a shame because we like the product when it works as intended.

Going back to TPI 4 we had no issue connecting to an ODBC source and getting the data we needed. "Upgraded" to the latest version and always get an error, even on freshly formatted windows 10 machines.

Love Transaction Pro

Kommentare: Overall a 10 out of 10 timesaver. We know that there are many other benefits that we just have not had the chance of exploring yet, such as using it for payroll entries.

Vorteile:

We use the software to import mass journal entries from a Concur data dump into Quickbooks. This process used to be agonizingly painful and now it takes no time at all. Using Transaction Pro has streamlined this process and saved us hours upon hours. The service team is always friendly, quick to reply and makes sure your problems are solved.

Nachteile:

The software, while simple, can seem a little archaic at times and we had some difficulties when a new employee would start. The service team is outstanding so it outweighs any issues we had with the software itself.

Easy to use but it has it's issues

Vorteile:

It is easy to navigate. I like that it is an online tool so you can use it anywhere.

Nachteile:

I have had issues with data importing properly. Credits are created randomly.

Transaction Pro Importer Review

Kommentare: Import speed is amazing (less than one minute). When the business had to show more detail on each invoice and create 700-900 total line items per week, manually creating each invoice would have been impossible. Importing large customer lists was also very useful.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

None, the import software provides all needed functions.

Finance Controller

Kommentare: We upload data from Google Sheets to produce invoices in QBO. I quite like the process, as it is very easy to use and saves me a lot of time trying to manually produce invoices.

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to use. It makes our upload process seamless :)

Nachteile:

If there is a break in our document, it causes the importer/exporter to not function properly. Sometimes I find the message confusing on what the causes are to fix.

Timesaver!

Kommentare: Have used it mainly for very large batches of checks with QBO.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and implement. Does not require much setup. We were able to enter a batch of 400 checks very quickly and with minimal fuss.

Nachteile:

Not all fields are available but for the most part it has always been quite helpful. For small batches of <10 it is easier to enter manually.

WORST Product & Customer Support

Kommentare: WORST customer support I’ve ever experienced. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is the agent who refuses to call us to diagnose the issue. They asked us the same question multiple times through email even though we gave a detailed answer every time and they made the same suggestion multiple times through email even though we gave detailed responses including screenshots as to why that suggestion doesn’t work. We haven’t even been able to retrieve data once from QuickBooks with this application.

Vorteile:

We can’t even get through set up. The application isn’t working properly. We get constant error messages and QuickBooks crashes and Transaction Pro refuses to call us or diagnose the issue.

Nachteile:

Transaction Pro refuses to call us. They told me we have to pay extra for phone support. I’m not paying extra when I haven’t even seen that this program can do its most basic job.

Great Problem Solving Software

Kommentare: Transaction Pro Importer has caused my company to look at other system communication issues from a new perspective, and attempt to identify software that functions in a similar way because Transaction Pro Importer works so well for us.

Vorteile:

Intuitive and easy to use. Solves our communication barriers between our proprietary software and QuickBooks.

Nachteile:

Difficulty with upgrades to coordinate with QuickBooks. Difficulty to apply software to our cloud based environment and allowing all needed users. I wish I could purchase a version that would allow all employees to have access to it on their desktop, rather than having to purchase individual licences.

Excellent Import Software

Kommentare: We have our monthly close journal entries which contain the same descriptions but these need to be updated each month to correspond with the current month, we use some excel magic and are able to avoid going line by line to update Quickbooks Online entries.

Vorteile:

We use this product to import journal entries and credit card transactions for our monthly close. TPI saves us hours of data entry time.

Nachteile:

I can't think of a time that TPI hasn't performed well.

Best Software to Import data with ease

Vorteile:

Bulk import and deletion with ultimate ease. I use it for multiple companies and have no issues using.

Nachteile:

Customization of Journal entries. It can have a bit better selection of criteria and serial numbers for journal entry.

Easiness for use

Kommentare: It is a great experience, experts are helpful for answering questions.

Vorteile:

It is easy to import massive data, bank recs and credit card recs. In addition, it can import month-end journal entries in a few mins as long as it is set up correctly.

Nachteile:

If the bill payment matching option can be launch it would be great. For example, bills, and payments can be imported together and mark off as paid into the stated account.

amazing app

Kommentare: It makes my business easier and happier than if I do not have it

Vorteile:

What I most like is all about the easy interface with QBO, the easy way to use, the all of video tutorials that YouTube has about it and how easy is to make changes when you do a mistake.

Nachteile:

I do not have any Cons by now, until now just one of all of my accounting companies use it and all may experience has been nice.

Essential!

Vorteile:

I use four different softwares to do my job. Two work flawlessly together, however, this product translates those so the four says virtually the same thing. This product is essential for me to do my work quickly, accurately, effectively and efficiently.

Nachteile:

It doesn’t like fake emails. One of my biggest stumbling blocks in my job.
