What I liked most about SignWell is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. Nachteile:

There's very little to dislike about SignWell. However, if I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the customization options for email notifications. While functional, having more design and formatting options would enhance the overall user experience.

Kommentare: It worked for a few days I think, and I did four or five documents.
I can't remember the small print, but as in most of these things, the free offer is limited, and one is guided to sign up for a monthly or annual service.
I wonder why one cannot just buy it once.

Vorteile:

Quite quick and easy to install so that is a plus.

Nachteile:

The choice of typefaces for the signature is very limited. Should there not be a facility to drop in a hand created signature and initials.

The perfect fit for my small business!

Kommentare: As a small business owner, I appreciate all that SignWell has to offer. It is easy to navigate and there was no real learning curve. I signed up and created my first contract for signature within 10 minutes. My clients also find it very straight forward and helps me gather signatures needed in a timely fashion.

I honestly have not run into anything negative! My current budget doesn't allow for me to do a paid plan, so the limited number of documents on the free version can sometimes cause a road block in getting the documents needed sent out - but that is no fault of SignWell.

Better alternative to DocuSign

Kommentare: My experience with SignWell has been seamless. As a long-time DocuSign user, the UX makes it easy to transition to SignWell. There's a familiarity to SignWell but with cleaner visuals and the ability to easily add new fields, I can send documents for signature much faster.

Vorteile:

The product is smoother to use than DocuSign with clearer instructions and options on the left when inputting necessary fields. At a far lower cost than DocuSign, SignWell is a no-brainer. I LOVE that you can switch documents after minor edits but it saves the fields I've already entered. Such a time saver!

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything I particularly dislike about the product yet.

This would allow me to track the progress of each signature in real-time, rather than waiting until the entire document is signed. Signwell remains a fantastic tool for digital signatures. Its intuitive design and user-friendly interface significantly enhance the document signing experience. If you're in need of a reliable e-signature solution, I would definitely recommend giving Signwell a try.

I'm not able to see when the first signer signs a doc, and am only notified when all signers have signed.

I recently used SignWell for documents that I needed signed in a timely manner as well as in a particular signing order and I was thoroughly impressed. The user-friendly interface made the entire process incredibly smooth and intuitive.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about SignWell.

EASY AND RELIABLE

SignWell has been very easy to use for the sender and for the receiver. Used without any problems or complications. Peace of mind. I like that the signed documents are saved securely, as well.

I have no complaints at all about SignWell.

Great Software with Solid Free Plan

Vorteile:

I originally started with SignWell because of their great free plan, but quickly realized that the software was extremely intuitive and streamlined as well as significantly cheaper.

Nachteile:

The signature placing isn't automated. Docusign and PandaDoc can with 1 click auto-place all signature/date/etc. fields into a PDF. Additionally, their mobile experience isn't superbly amazing. Not terrible though. Overall great software, just a couple small things above.

Legion Sign well review

I like how easy SignWell is to use. It has great features and more I'd like to try out for future documents. It's fast and easy to send our documents worldwide and have our contracts signed electronically to allow us to work by saving the planet environmentally as well.

There is nothing I dislike about SignWell I choose to use this platform over others as it was better and easier to use.

Excellent for SMBs

Kommentare: Docsketch has been a lifesaver. I cannot always get documents to a client in person. I needed something both easy for me and easy for my clients to complete. Docsketch filled that need. I tried several other services, but, found the combination of features and pricing from Docsketch to be just right.

Vorteile:

Docsketch is user friendly and simple. The process of converting PDF documents to forms that can be electronically completed is intuitive and fast. Generally, I love how fast and easy it is to get a document to a client for review and signature. I've also received positive feedback from users who find their signing experience easy and fast.

Nachteile:

There are some missing features, such as the ability to organize templates, that would make workflow easier.

Kommentare: I really like it! It's much easier and cheaper than the other one we were using, and I like that it feels very official while still being clean and uncluttered.

I like how easy it is to use. It doesn't feel cluttered, it just does what I need to do without any fuss. And it's cheaper than the alternatives, which is really nice.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far, I like SignWell a lot better than what we were using before. I need to figure out how to integrate it with the other products we are using.

Super Amazing Digital Signing Tool

Kommentare: We're quite happy since day one as the onboarding process is pretty simple and they provide excellent Support (thanks SENSITIVE INFORMATION HIDDEN). They're constantly coming up with regular updates and new features.

Vorteile:

Our Clients love seamlessly easy signing process. The RTIwala Services is catering to B2B as well as B2C Clients and for each one of them signing the legal documents and affidavits are super simple. And, fabulous feature is it auto fetches the existing client details based on the email, it saves our time and efforts.

Nachteile:

Nothing as such but there should be more advanced features like REST APIs, more customization and native fonts for signing as many Indians would love to use the Hindi language. Some predefined templates to fetch the details from Forms (typeform/involveme) and populate to form in the form of drag and drop element.

Excellent document flow management software, new features added week by week

Kommentare: I bought this software at its very beginning with a special deal, so it was basically a bet on it. I won that bet, it's fantastic! I work in digital forensics field and I needed a software to help me sign contracts and securely share documents in a secure environment and I finally found it!

Vorteile:

Easy to use, clear free training and explanations, new features every week/month! It worth (much more) the value I paid for it.

Nachteile:

Nothing, it's perfect for what I need, nothing negative to write about

Fantastic User Friendly Product

I wish there was a feature that would allow me to edit the document I have already uploaded within SignWell. Usually, I have to make edits outside the platform and re-upload the documents, often starting over entirely.

A waaay better version than DocuSign

An easy to use E-sign software with a robust free version!

Kommentare: Highly recommend! I've used all the other e-signature tools and this holds up with the best.

Vorteile:

Intuitive and easy to use with a clean interface. I like that there's a free version that includes most of what you need to e-sign docs (with the option to store 1 template)-- it's pretty robust for free. The upgraded version allows you to store multiple. templates

Nachteile:

Very minor, but it would be nice to have the option to have the final signer edit a template before it goes to the first signer. A workaround is to switch the signers, but it means your signature is already on the contract if they decide to add text. Another workaround would to not use a template. Maybe there's a better way but I didn't figure that out on my own.

Great entry software

Kommentare: Overall the experience was very good and I definitely will be using for my electronic signatures at the moment.

Vorteile:

Sign well is easy to use and has some great features I am a user of hello sign but was discouragement hello sign switch to Dropbox look for an alternative and sign Will is definitely very similar to Holstein will be trying for a couple more months to see if it's a good fit so far so good.

Nachteile:

I wanted to be able to carbon copy a message or a contract to pay another email but could not figure out how.

Still working on it - great value!

Kommentare: Overall Docsketch has been great, and we've referred other PM's to Docsketch. It's affordability and ease to switch out users without breaking the bank has been great. I believe in another 3-6 months it'll be closer to perfection, making it a little more user friendly.

Vorteile:

The biggest pro of Docksetch is pricing, much much more affordable than other Doc Signing software like Docusign, etc. You don't pay for additional users and it's simply priced (what you pay for is what you get, no add-ons, etc). It's pretty easy to use for the basics, especially since I worked in real estate and I'd signed Property management agreements to clients. I never had clients who had issues or questions, and I like the easy features like auto-remind, etc. Overall we've loved using it and it's a great value.

Nachteile:

It's a work in progress, and you can tell. They are always adding new features, but sometimes when you're switching out contacts, or wanting to edit a template you sent out, it's very tedious and difficult to understand. Luckily, their customer support team is pretty awesome and they're always getting back to you immediately and open to product features.

Signwell: The Only E-Signature Tool You'll Ever Need

Kommentare: I've used Signwell throughout my entire career. Every company I worked for relied on it, and now I use it for my own business. The document tracking, secure signatures, and easy PDF editing simplify countless tasks across HR, marketing, and sales. Highly recommended!

Vorteile:

It’s simple and reliable for everyday document signing. The intuitive interface and seamless signing process make it easy for both me and my clients to complete documents quickly. I especially like how it’s easy to fill in PDF document templates and reminder feature, which streamline my workflow and ensure timely document completion.

Nachteile:

When filling up a document, Signwell could do minor UI adjustments on making font size adjustment easy to match the document font size and to avoid overflow.

For small/medium sized businesses who need e-signatures done affordably, this is a no brainer

Kommentare: As a tech professional, it's always a challenge to get clients to sign off on contracts/amendments of services that are rendered. Most of my clients don't want to download a new app or figure out a new way to agree to anything outside of what their used to, and i've used a few of the bigger competitors which would confuse them on what they needed to do without initiation from me on the first run. But this tool? Incredibly easy to use and hand off to my clients who need a simple sign off - i'm able to remove branding to further my own credibility, but even the default branding doesn't distract you from the bigger picture. I used to use another up and coming tool but the functionality was too stiff and buggy for me. Once i started using this baby, I haven't had any pushback from my clients. All in all, this is a great purchase and I honestly would refer everyone to try out at least the free option, while it's still available.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Straightforward software as well as contract templates within their library to start me off on a myriad of industries that I may work with. The free plan is very generous for what you get and if you start with a paid plan, there's the option of removing the branding to showcase only your own. Nice touch.

Nachteile:

Limited integrations. This isn't like the big boy software Hellosign or DocuSign, but you can tell that there's promise. API and Zapier connections are coming soon from what I understand and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is very open for feedback; something that you rarely see in bigger, established tools.

Great alternative to pricier options
