"Authentic and highly functional shift fill software"

Kommentare: Our problem of filling numerous shifts based on people being sick, last minute changes, drop offs, preferences was a huge time commitment. With Vocantas Communicate Auto Shift Fill the time commitment was cut by 90%. Automation was a big benefit.

Vorteile: The software did everything it needed to do and more than expected. Mobile, Text or Phone notifications were sent to employees to fill shifts. It works 24/7. One tap and they could book the available shift. Notifications of available shifts can be directed based on seniority, certification's requirements and a variety of other rules. Employees can even adjust their schedules so they do not get a notification if they are not available.

Nachteile: The software has many features so calling support when in doubt was painless
