Top Notch Verification At Better Prices

Kommentare: It's a sophisticated piece of software that does it's job well

Vorteile:

When running email marketing, verification is an essential part of my process. I've tried to cut corners on pricing before and regretted it, so I was hesitant to try out Clearout. They have way more features like Google Sheets integrations and a very friendly API PLUS the verification is just as good.

Nachteile:

They are rolling out so many features that they sometimes come out half baked. However, support is pretty quick to resolve things and the problems always get fixed. Let's call it growing pains

Its completely interchangeable for bulk checks. The form validation doesn't work.

Kommentare: The bulk email tools in the app work fine, but aren't anything special. The validator for forms took a little work to install because they give you several different code options to use. Thankfully, someone from support got on a call to help me. Unfortunately, the form tool doesn't work.

Vorteile:

I don't like anything about it. The main feature we purchased it for doesn't work. We wanted a way to check emails on HubSpot form submissions. We setup the code and installed, but it doesn't catch any bad emails even obvious typos.

Nachteile:

See above. If you need a bulk email checker, then this will do the trick but there are other options that are equally as good. For the form submissions, it doesn't do as advertised, so its a waste of money.

Trust the Engine

Kommentare: Clearout makes sure we are using validated email addresses to ensure that our campaign emails don't get lost in email hell (spam filters, junk email boxes and anything else that prevents prospects from seeing our emails).

Vorteile:

Clearout.io is an effective tool that we use every week to clean up the emails that we get from multiple sources. This protects our domain and helps drive up our open rates and email campaign effectiveness.

Nachteile:

There could be better management of files with the ability to assign input and output files into different folders or groups.

Kommentare: It has been amazing experience so far both in terms of using the product as well as customer service. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always quick in responses.

Vorteile:

The UX / UI is clean and easy to use. I like the pie charts that come up showing the breakdown between delivered, undelivered and other kind of parameters.

Nachteile:

I wish to see that when email verification does not go through successfully, I should get more detailed reason so I can ask recipient to do the fix from their incoming email server settings.

It Does Well What It Promises

Kommentare: Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase of Clearout. I got it as a lifetime deal with AppSumo, so the value is very much appreciated.

Vorteile:

There is a possible 2% error rate, however Clearout does what it says and cleans up your emailing list, catch troublesome emails and throws them away to keep your list clean. Their support fast and listen to suggestions, so they also have that going for them.

Nachteile:

Honestly, there is nothing that I could really say is a con at the moment. The service has performed as expect.

Help Clean Your List

Vorteile:

Clearout does a good job detecting invalid emails and catchall email addresses. This helps me keep my list clean so I don't get too many bounces.

Nachteile:

I sometimes have to retry an email address because Clearout doesn't provide me an immediate result. However, it doesn't happen often.

Extremely useful email verification tool

Kommentare: Very useful email validation tool. It helps to know the amount you save by just verifying the database before using it for email campaign

Vorteile:

Very less free credits provided. A minimum 1000 credits will be helpful

It's one of many, but was on sale

Kommentare: We needed to clean up a list of several thousand before sending to protect our sender's reputation and it did the trick. Both for cold outreach and reactivating an old email subscriber list. Clearout also has a convenient tool for email lookup which came up with usable results which are comparable to those of Hunter.io or similar services.

Vorteile:

It lives up to the promise. There was at most a single hard bounce I received from thousands of emails verified and even that was likely due to my sender's reputation.

Nachteile:

I'm not if it's the best choice if you don't get it at a discounted price like we did. Other than that - nothing. It's a simple tool.

Clearout keeps my list clean without extra hassle

It's easy to use and integrates well so I kinda forget I'm even using it. Cleaning is efficient and precise.

Nachteile:

Everything works well and it does what it's supposed to do.

Kommentare: Ultimately I'm very satisfied with the software. It does exactly what it says it would do in straightforward and intuitive way at a price point that is very reasonable considering the other alternatives.

Vorteile:

I love that it has Lead Finder, so that you can find more leads if you need them. You might be interested in what this software if you want to validate your current emails and clean out the ones you don't need. This software is well worth the value.

Nachteile:

I originally purchased this on AppSumo and have a lifetime deal with this software. Unfortunately there is a daily limit on the number of emails you can verify each day. If you have a large list and a limited number of emails to verify, you may run into some problems with this software.

Best in its class

Kommentare: I have been using Clearout for about 2 years now. Its easy with great pricing.

Vorteile:

Clearout is super simple. I have tried many other providers and Clearout takes the lead in my book. Prices are also great.

Nachteile:

It does what it says on the tin. I cant think of any negative points about the service or product.

The Unsung hero of email marketing

Kommentare: For me.. this is the best tool at an affordable price.

Vorteile:

Finding email IDs from random websites in bulk saves a lot of time in the outreach process. The beneficial part is that it verifies the email id too, which is the WIN-WIN game for me. Now my email delivery rate has become better than a few months back.

Nachteile:

To find the email IDs from the website, we need to add their first and last names.

Stop Paying for Non-Working Leads

Kommentare: Clearout really helps to reduce the bounce rate and help save some marketing expense.

Vorteile:

By helping users cleaning out non-working email address from their marketing list, Clearout will reduce the marketing expense. You can validate email addresses in bulk.

Nachteile:

At the moment of writing, it only has limited integrations with email list providers. If you use unsupported providers, you need to manually export the lists and import them to Clearout. An unnecessary additional step.

Been great for sending out emails and limiting bounce rate

Kommentare: Overall has been great. Great customer service as we did have a small issue and they fixed it right away.

Vorteile:

It does a pretty good job in detect inactive emails and emails that are dud that will count as a bounce affecting our sending score.

Nachteile:

Some emails are uncertain. We recently did a list of 10k and about 3k were uncertain which was a huge chunk of a list.

Validate and Verify the email addresses using Clearout Accurately

Kommentare: The overall experience is up to the mark. It does its job well.

The thing that I liked the most about this software is its accuracy. It detects the invalid email addresses as well as catch all email addresses which helps in improving the deliverability and hence lower bounce rates.

Nachteile:

I didn't find any challenge or issue with this tool. It is doing its job well.
