Kommentare: qualitativ gutes CAD Programm

Vorteile:

Das 3D alle Ansichten, Schnitte etc . mitgezeichnet werden und man später in diesen nicht viel nachkorrigieren muss!

Nachteile:

Man muss immernoch nachkorriegieren in den parallel gezeichneten Plänen, sollte eig. automatisch richtig sein. Ist ja KI.

Gute Software für 3D Modellierung

Vorteile:

Wir nutzen die Software für 3D Modellierungen und BIM Projekte. Mein Team nutzt die Software häufig und ist mit der Bedienung sehr zufrieden. Die 3D Visualisierungen ermöglichen gute und verständliche Präsentationen bei Bauherren oder anderen Projektbeteiligten.

Nachteile:

Bisher sind uns keine Nachteile aufgefallen.

The Ultimate Coordination Tool

Kommentare: I really enjoy Revit for design and construction administration changes.

Vorteile:

The coordination of using Revit is wonderful. Using it between multiple disciplines can be extremely powerful. Mechanical, electrical, architectural, civil, and plumbing coordination is very good.

Nachteile:

If the libraries are not properly established or standards are not implemented it can be difficult to work in multiple models at once because of the variations.

Best tool for parametric modelling

Kommentare: Very comprehensive and easy to use software that has made creating models and streamlining design easy and fast.

Vorteile:

Revit is the best and easiest tool to create parametric bim models when compared to the others. It has the shortest learning curve and the most tools available

Nachteile:

It struggles when importing geometry from non revit formats even if it is coming from the same ecosystem (autocad). It also needs to improve the topography

If I win the lottery

Kommentare: If I won the lottery I'd buy Revit and sell it to another competent company like ArchiCad or Sketchup.

Vorteile:

It did the mundane relatively quickly like schedules and elevations.

Nachteile:

Pathetic updates and implementation of necessary updates and features.

Great for documentation

Vorteile:

Collaboration and efficiency is super important in architecture

Nachteile:

Revit it very limiting when it comes to organic creativity.

Kommentare: I’ve been using revit since 2020 and so far it’s my favorite BIM software, it’s really easy to learn and has so many features

Vorteile:

I like how you can easily create a BIM model.

Nachteile:

It’s missing a few features like for kitchen design

Kommentare: I mainly use it to extract 3D architectural models for architectural visualization in other rendering programs, it allows different workflows since it has many extensions to export.

Vorteile:

I am dedicated to the field of architectural visualization and revit is a useful tool when creating joint work processes with other people, you can obtain countless information. From 3D modeling to construction pricing.

Nachteile:

Probably its price, Latin America is not yet a market prepared to pay large sums of money, but I understand that it is a program with a lot of technology and extremely useful, I truly believe that it is worth what it costs.

Revit = BIM Sucess

Kommentare: Its cool, works well ~95% of the time but its also very complicated and can be challenging to problem solve when it does not work

Vorteile:

Revit is the only option for large scale BIM at this point in the MEP design space

Nachteile:

Revit can be really difficult to deal with at certain times depending on what you are trying to do

Excellent CAD program for both users and admins

Vorteile:

Great central licensing control for admins, high end product overall, pretty much the standard!

Nachteile:

Pricing is high, though fairly standard for this type of product

Not too bad of software

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to use and how convenient it makes my job

Nachteile:

I've had it crash or freeze a few times which is frustrating when I'm trying to get something done.

Revit for Civil Engineering

Kommentare: My experience with Revit is extensive and spans various aspects of its use in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) projects. Revit is a powerful Building Information Modeling (BIM) tool that facilitates the creation of detailed 3D models, comprehensive documentation, and collaboration across multiple disciplines.

Vorteile:

The tools allow the Civil Engineer to draw the structural design and analyze the integrity of the proposed design.

Nachteile:

The user interface of the tool is difficult for beginners to understand.

Solid software

Kommentare: We have 6 licenses, a mix o Revit LT and Revit. With Revit we are able to save time by creating a 3d models along with flat drawings. Basic views (in Revit LT) with reliastic materials are ok to present to our clients. In complete Revit (sans LT) you can do realistic renderings. Thats a great advantage to be able to use one software instead of 3.

Vorteile:

Quite intuititive. A lot of options to create ready to use templates. Realistic views of ongoing project. If something is missing you can create it with ease. Basic programing haleps to create parametric obejcts.

Nachteile:

Requires company to create its own libraries of object. Built in libraries are beyond horrible. Fine tuning takes time. Pesky errors (dimension line lost reference and it will not tell which)

Great software for great ideas

Kommentare: Revit speed the drawing process to an 80%. I will recommend to use Revit to architectural and engineering firms.

Vorteile:

This software is easy to use, specially if you come from the AutoCAD background. I like the fact that I am working tri-dimensionally and see esthetics of my projects almost immediately. Also, Revit has a huge library with parametric components that I can access. Another cool thing is that Revit can be use to measure the environmental impact of my models if my clients are interested.

Nachteile:

In order to create nice quality renderings, I need to use other software (s) in combination with Revit because using Revit by itself will give me clunky images with a "computer" look, that as an project manager, I don't think my clients will enjoy.

Revit - the future and present

Kommentare: I've learnt in the University and I'm still using it in my work life.

Vorteile:

The way Revit organizes information is amazing. The parameters and the ease of use. It's great for CAD too. It's amazingly reliable and helps a lot during the whole project and construction process.

Nachteile:

I would like it better if it wasn't so expensive. I believe it is a bit hard to learn in the begining.

The best Bim Tool

Kommentare: The Revit is the best software for the floor plans, architectural and structural drawings.

Vorteile:

Revit has the best Bim tool , it has the option to customize the parameters and the visual coding using the Dynamo

Nachteile:

The Price of this software is too costly compared to other BIM software, and also we have to use other plugins to get the good renders.

Intern Review

Kommentare: I love Revit! It made my life easier when preparing Construction Documents.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to coordinate with other team member. Also, it is helpful when trying to avoid mistakes since elements are related and changes in one view will update other relates views.

Nachteile:

I think Revit is a complex tool and it can be difficult and expensive to implement in companies.

I like Revit 2021

Kommentare: It's an excellent program.

Vorteile:

You don't need to use any other drawing programs if you learn how to use it. I started to use Revit in 2015, and I was witnessed how the improvement implemented in most of the Revit features. Recently, Autodesk has been improved an energy analysis model feature to suit the 2030 plan of reducing carbon emission to zero.

Nachteile:

Need to improve in structural analysis modeling.

A solid assurance to find project systems flaws before implementation.

Kommentare: Revit has become an indispensable tool for our projects, as we can always find interference between systems, as well as we can find appropriate solutions without affecting the workflow on the site.

Vorteile:

Revit is the best BIM program ever, and they have strong modeling tools, which enable us to design a thorough 3D simulation for all civil and architectural works and the project's MEP systems. Revit provides great cooperative capabilities, which enables us to distribute the burden of work according to the specializations with high efficiency, as well as we can involve external advisers at any time to participate in the design or amendment of some parts. It is great that there are many ingredients and ready-made elements, as well as integration with AutoCAD can easily import two -dimensional plans and work to assemble them within Revit so that we can get a very accurate three-dimensional simulation for designs, which enables us to discover any interference between the different systems of the project and work on Amending its course before a time before the actual implementation of the site appeared.

Nachteile:

We cannot talk about the negatives of Revit if we exclude the high price, which is an obstacle to adding new members from within the institution. Sometimes I also face difficulty when opening plans from previous versions.

The best guarantee that the work will be executed on time without design mistakes

Kommentare: It enabled us to discover the final product more clearly before starting implementation, which reduced the overlap of systems in general, and thus saved a lot of time, effort and money that were previously wasted as a result of design errors and repeat business, and this also contributed to raising the quality of work significantly.

Vorteile:

Revit is the best application for creating 3D models and for producing VR ready presentations. I like its integration with AutoCAD so that we can export plans and models from AutoCAD and transfer them to Revit easily. For designers, being able to draw smoothly and being able to see a temporary dimension around an object is very useful. BIM capabilities provided by Revit allow both designers and customers to see the final product before it is built, and its multiple features, make us rely on it in the field of construction in particular, and make it a basis for data at all stages of design and implementation, as it enables us to easily coordinate our services with other deals as well as study the implications provides service guidance on the structure and architectural considerations that must be made with our mechanical and plumbing designs. It is an ideal solution to prevent interference between systems and save time and effort.

Nachteile:

The main problem lies in the prices of licenses, which makes them limited in use and is only owned by large companies. Also, the ideal use requires extensive training to master the skills.

Review of Revit from a daily user

Kommentare: Overall its a pretty good software and industry standard at this point. It helps a lot in laborious talks which will take forever in software that just have 2d drafting. So, even if you are an organization or an individual, you should give a previous thought as BIM software are the future and are getting widely accepted in the industry.

Vorteile:

- It saves a lot of time as everything is simultaneous rather than working in Autocad.- Incorporating small changes is easy as you can change in one view be it 3d, plan or elevation and everything is changed. Even in you composed sheets and thus is of great help.- It has various integration with other 3d rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, etc. So, you don't have to export your model to another software, everything is just there. - Integration of Dynamo helps even more.

Nachteile:

- It hasn't received a lot of changes for the past 5-6 years or even more, so even if you are using an old version or a new one, there are hardly any differences.- Modelling in it as a beginner is a little hard and might seems a steep learning curve initially. - Making curved buildings requires a lot of effort as compared to simple rectangular ones.- Inbuilt render engine is not that great so you have to use another program for rendering.

Revit for work

Vorteile:

This Software is my main one when it comes to work, I like that I can easily do 2D and 3D at the same time wile doing any drawing also that the software works like is real life so it helps me knowing that what I'm drawing is correct or if not it would appear a warning. Working in 2D and 3D this days is the best tool because most of our clients like to see what the project will look like in real life and with this we can do it in a short time too This software also lets me work together with others like AutoCAD or SketchUp, this is very helpful since so many people are doing the transition from AutoCAD for example to Revit and the have the projects in CAD

Nachteile:

What I think it could be fix in this software is to find and easy way to apply location or sun position for projects that have a rear topography or needs/want a sun/shadow projection. Other thing is when we have more than 2 views open at the same time have the option to minimize which ever we want, this last version doesn't have that option anymore and it was a good one when working in big projects

Best Architectural Software!

Kommentare: Overall, since we have been using Revit for our designs and drafting, we have been able to identify errors in our design using the clash detection abilities. Since designs are in drawn in both 3D and 2D, this has greatly increased our production time and most effectively present the actual 3D designs to our client at the same time. We have also been able share projects among other Professionals in the industry.

Vorteile:

Revit is no doubt the best software out there in Terms of BIM (Building information Modeling)! No Architect should use anything less! With Revit one can build free forms easily, manage the building Information, and easily share projects. Its very easy to import other CAD files and manage them effectively. Another thing this software has been able to do is incorporate other Add-on tools like Enscape, Avail Browswer, e.t.c. for maximum efficiency. lest I forget, This software creates both the 2D and 3D simultaneously!

Nachteile:

Hmmm.... this can be a little difficult, but one major thing I wish AutoDesk would do is make framing of Walls and Floors easier than it is right now.

It is a very powerful software package for AEC industry!

Vorteile:

Collaboration, ability to model a building, ability to handle large amount of data and provide tools for manipulating building elements.

Nachteile:

Better rendering tools embedded inside the software.

Best 3D modeling software i ever used

Kommentare: Revit helps me to draw 3D visualized models of house plans. Specially for civil engineers, this software is one of the best visualizing software which can freely downloaded form internet. Very user friendly & attractive software. I highly recommend this software for civil engineers.

Vorteile:

Revit can easily download from internet. It can use to draw 2D or 3D visualized models. Revit having user friendly interface. Best thing is it having lot of templates which are suitable for our designs. Also we can easily add other features like reinforcement data & material data easily without any other third party software. If you are a good engineering designer , you can use revit to enhance your abilities with the aid of this software.

Nachteile:

Revit use considerable storage usage for install to your computer. Also it uses some amount of memory of computer. So that if you have older version computer, you may feel uncomfortable sometimes.
