Revit ist bislang das Beste Programm was ich kenne, allerdings nichts für Anfänger,

Kommentare: qualitativ gutes CAD Programm

Vorteile:

Das 3D alle Ansichten, Schnitte etc . mitgezeichnet werden und man später in diesen nicht viel nachkorrigieren muss!

Nachteile:

Man muss immernoch nachkorriegieren in den parallel gezeichneten Plänen, sollte eig. automatisch richtig sein. Ist ja KI.

Gute Software für 3D Modellierung

Vorteile:

Wir nutzen die Software für 3D Modellierungen und BIM Projekte. Mein Team nutzt die Software häufig und ist mit der Bedienung sehr zufrieden. Die 3D Visualisierungen ermöglichen gute und verständliche Präsentationen bei Bauherren oder anderen Projektbeteiligten.

Nachteile:

Bisher sind uns keine Nachteile aufgefallen.

The Ultimate Coordination Tool

Kommentare: I really enjoy Revit for design and construction administration changes.

Vorteile:

The coordination of using Revit is wonderful. Using it between multiple disciplines can be extremely powerful. Mechanical, electrical, architectural, civil, and plumbing coordination is very good.

Nachteile:

If the libraries are not properly established or standards are not implemented it can be difficult to work in multiple models at once because of the variations.

Big fan of Revit

Kommentare: I work for a technology design consultant, which is usually the last one in construction sharing space with other disciplines - Revit make that so much easier thna in the past.

Vorteile:

Massive improvement over CAD. 3/D Clash detection feature.

Nachteile:

Some confusion in learning availability of family choices

Hard to use electrically

Kommentare: Overall Revit is a great program that is an essential tool in the MEP industry. Any time I start a new project I hope that the arch is using Revit over autocad

Vorteile:

Overall revit has alot of good features for integrating engineering systems with a project. having families link between arch/mech/plbg/fp/elec models and have parameters that interact with each other helps to maintain consistent coordination.

Nachteile:

Electrically revit seems to lag behind quite a bit. Lighting design is still quite difficult to implement in a model. Quite frequently electrically you have to work against revit to get the proper info to show up which can be frustrating. i hope new systems to help display lighting controls are implemented.

The architecture and construction industry standard BIM software for a reason.

Kommentare: I often hear that people either love or disdain Revit in the architecture profession, but even with it's downsides there is a reason it is the industry standard for BIM because of its vast menu of capabilities.

Vorteile:

Revit has many integrated features as a BIM software that makes difficult tasks on prior CAD software seem simple and finally attainable.

Nachteile:

Where Revit is rich in feature based options and 'type based' sequencing, it can also feel too formulaic at times when needing to focus on the design side of a project.

Revit is worth the time to learn to use

Kommentare: I am a decades long AutoCad user, switched to Revit in the last few years. The switch over was fairly simple. Working with models already created to manipulate them is quite intuitive, creating stairs, roofs and schedules is challenging.

Vorteile:

The ease at which a building design can be changed, multiple ideas and concepts can be explored.

Nachteile:

There are some simple tasks in AutoCad that are made much more difficult in Revit. The ability to create tables by just adding the data yourself is very difficult. Schedules in general are tricky to set up

Best tool for parametric modelling

Kommentare: Very comprehensive and easy to use software that has made creating models and streamlining design easy and fast.

Vorteile:

Revit is the best and easiest tool to create parametric bim models when compared to the others. It has the shortest learning curve and the most tools available

Nachteile:

It struggles when importing geometry from non revit formats even if it is coming from the same ecosystem (autocad). It also needs to improve the topography

Central information of architecture

Kommentare: I mainly use it to extract 3D architectural models for architectural visualization in other rendering programs, it allows different workflows since it has many extensions to export.

Vorteile:

I am dedicated to the field of architectural visualization and revit is a useful tool when creating joint work processes with other people, you can obtain countless information. From 3D modeling to construction pricing.

Nachteile:

Probably its price, Latin America is not yet a market prepared to pay large sums of money, but I understand that it is a program with a lot of technology and extremely useful, I truly believe that it is worth what it costs.

Kommentare: I’ve been using revit since 2020 and so far it’s my favorite BIM software, it’s really easy to learn and has so many features

Vorteile:

I like how you can easily create a BIM model.

Nachteile:

It’s missing a few features like for kitchen design

Quality software but expensive for a small practice

Kommentare: Good. Love the software but takes some learning.

Vorteile:

3D and 2D capabilities. Time saving later in process.

Nachteile:

Cost. For a small practice it’s expensive, especially for multiple annual licenses as opposed to licenses in perpetuity.

Revit saves time and money

Kommentare: Revit saves us so much time being able to collaborate in real time. We are able to design and build at a much faster rate than ever before.

Vorteile:

The thing I love the best about Autodesk Revit is the cloud worksharing feature. This allows our team to all be on the same page and it saves us so much time.

Nachteile:

There is a bit of a learning curve it you have never used Autodesk products before, but it is easy to train new employees on the features.

Efficient and reliable software as an Architect.

Kommentare: A solid contender to other Architecture software. Well built up software!

Vorteile:

Its features and solid layout. It shows that a lot of attention has been given to the development of the software.

Nachteile:

It could be improved upon in the early sketch phase. Its complexity and feature sets also makes it less unobtrusive of the early design stages.

Revit for Structural Steel design

Kommentare: Overall, the use of Revit has been a very valuable and useful tool to the organization. We have been have able to visualize and model products for take-offs and quotes effectively.

Vorteile:

the ability to create our own families for our products and quickly produce drawings parametrically.Implementing has been a pretty easy process. But like a set of legos with many ways to assembly. We are always striving to best develop the best process and practices for long term use.

Nachteile:

We wish Revit was a combination of Advanced Steel and Revit. Even thou this is not the best practice for this type of software, our new users are adjusting to new techniques and practices based on Revit and BIM modeling.

Utilizing Revit

Kommentare: It's a love/ hate relationship. It's a good tool but needs a lot of further development to connect with other tools. It's good for production if set up properly.

Vorteile:

Revit is a system, and if set up properly, will meet a lot of needs. But a lot of additional plug ins and tools necessary.

Nachteile:

Having used the program many years I know the quirks. There are a lot of them... Many simple things you'd think would be simple are not in that the way the program was built. Slow timeline for improvements.

Feature rich at a high cost and steep learning.

Kommentare: Amazing and frustrating at the same time. So many features and plug-ins to use but the learning is steep and can be rather complicating. But if you know how to work around them, it shows why its am industry standard tool.

Vorteile:

Standard and feature rich tool for floorplans and even designing!

Nachteile:

High Cost and feature rich means steeper learning curve.

What I like most about Revit is the ease of managing all the phases of a project, and how easy it is to make a modification

I don't like that it is so complex to learn how to use it correctly

Great Experience With Revit

Kommentare: One of the most loved software.One exciting thing is that each and every year Autodesk introduce many new features in all products.

Vorteile:

Revit is so Cool to use once you loved the software.easy to integrate with other softwares like BIM modeling.

Nachteile:

The some minor dislikes in revit, Its take much time in the rendering time and bug in the long time projects.

Rating Revit from a customer eye

Vorteile:

Everything! This is the best software to make project quick and precise.

Nachteile:

There is one thing that I really hate about Revit. No ability to sum rooms with the same occupancy.

Great Bim Software

Vorteile:

MEP features are outstanding, Management and analysis features are excellent. Added extensions

Nachteile:

Might take quite a while to master, but once you grasp the relevant tools work proceeds smoothly

Revit is world widely used and therefore easy to exchange models with other platforms and colleagues.

Nachteile:

It’s quite an expensive software but support is great and makes up for it.

Not too bad of software

I like how easy it is to use and how convenient it makes my job

I've had it crash or freeze a few times which is frustrating when I'm trying to get something done.

The Revit - benefits and issues

the cost of the product. Another thing is that I think the usage of Revit is difficult for beginners

revit is a complete software for engineers

Kommentare: if you are an engineer working on a project and you what every detail to be in order this is the software for you but this in mind that revit is suitable for carves , domes and abstract projects .

Vorteile:

if you are looking for a software to connect your architects , civil engineers and mechanical engineers together this is the best software for you. if you work properly with the software it gives you the smalls detail you need , from wall sections to pluming and etc.

Nachteile:

revit isn't user friendly software or in other words you need to take courses and classes to get a hang of it . revit isn't one of those software that you just open up and start to work with ! its a professional software and and it take a bit more effort than just installing it on your computer .

Revit is the greatest approach to learn about building information modeling.

Kommentare: Overall, Revit was a significant improvement over its predecessors, such as AutoCAD. Revit has a lot of capabilities and is rather simple to master once we get the feel of it. I strongly advise all Civil Engineers to take advantage of Revit.

Vorteile:

The abundance of options provided by Revit is incredibly beneficial and makes it simple to design complex structures.

Nachteile:

Revit is far too expensive for professional use. The sole means to get a free complete version of Revit is for prospective students.
