Vorteile:

I love how easy to use is Snov.io. I never had a problem finding contacts and most of the time the emails are accurate.

Nachteile:

Sometimes my IMAP settings for receiving emails get broken in the middle of Drip email campaign. This bug occurs that I'm sending follow-ups to the people which already responded to me.

The platform is amazing and I never have a experience with another tool that do what Snov.io do. I'm old on marketing and always we use social media, leads inbound, with so many contents to convert him and with snov.io is different. We able to collect leads in anywhere, anyplace and any website to our business.Its amazing.

They can integrate with another platforms like WhatsApp (in the case the platform collect numbers too).

The best solution for sales automation

Kommentare: My experience started with just collecting emails, but now Snov.io is my automation buddy for many activities. I find leads and their contacts, verify email addresses, and move leads through the CRM sales pipeline. The platform helps me track email deliverability rates, improve my sender reputation, and contact leads both on LinkedIn and via email. All this is on budget, which is an important aspect for me.

Vorteile:

Multi-functionality. I can find and manage email leads, check deliverability, build multi-channel campaigns by mixing email sequences with LinkedIn automation, all in one tool.

Nachteile:

Well, probably the fact that you need to move leads within the sales pipeline manually. It’s not a big problem, but it would be fine to automate this functionality.

Many missing features and UX oversights lead to a frustrating experience

Kommentare: We evaluated Snovio for email outreach/sales prospecting. Ultimately there were so many things it can't do and tiny frustrations using it that we decided to move to another vendor. It was death by a thousand cuts.

Vorteile:

+ The linkedin chrome extension does work most of the time once you install it manually+ The database search tool to find contacts at a given company name with certain titles etc works fairly well as long as it's not a small business you're targeting

Nachteile:

There are many oversights all over the product which make it hard to use and more time consuming than even manual prospecting and emailing. For example:- If you add a prospect contact to a list, Snovio will show their company details on the contact but it will not add that company anywhere in your account. You have to manually expand a dropdown, click to view the company, then click add to list and select a list on that company's detail. 4 extra clicks each time. This is ridiculous. It means that if you and another colleague are doing outreach, you can very easily email two people at the same company unless you are manually adding the companies too, so you can search and make sure they haven't been reached out to yet. Even worse, you can't search contacts by their company name. - You can't schedule 1:1 emails to be sent later. You can only schedule campaigns. However, if you are in B2B sales, you know that often times email templates only get you so far and you need to write more personalized messages. Might as well just stick with Gmail and Boomerang or Yesware...- You can't have multi-line custom fields in case you were considering using custom fields + a campaign to send more personalized messages.- For Pipedrive users: the Pipedrive integration adds contacts to Pipedrive even if Snovio never was successful in finding any email address for them. There is no way to stop it from doing this. You have to go set up an automation in Pipedrive or Zapier to delete them.

Using Snov.io for Email Campaigns

Vorteile:

I have used Snov.io for email campaigns around reviews, partnerships, and newsletters. It works well, but you might need some time to get used to it, as the adoption experience is not as smooth. Their customer team is always willing to help tho!

Nachteile:

The UI is overloaded and there are many actions around the screen. You get used to it and it works well for campaigns.

Amazing support

I never write reviews for products, but I am making an exception for snov.io. This is an amazing platform with some of the best support imaginable. I am very new to the process of running an agency and naturally there is a lot for me to learn about cold email outreach, sales tactics etc. The team at snov.io has given me some of the best support imaginable, they have answered any of the questions that I have had and they are always willing to jump on a call with me to help clear up any misunderstandings. They provide more insight and advice than any guru or online course ever could.In addition to the amazing team, the product itself works wonderfully. It does exactly what it claims to do with no issues. It can be used to collect a prospects contact information and reach out to them all the same. It is all very simple and effective. Snov.io is an honest and true product, something that is often hard to find these days.

Nachteile:

So far there are no issues, if I have any serious issues in the future then I will update this review. However so far this software is void of any fault.

The prospect email search everybody wants

Vorteile:

It's the most famous prospect email searching app on the market. The best part of it is searching for each person, not the whole company. You can use the name and last name for the email search, something that I have never seen on other programs. Also you can creat prospects lists, and look for not only the person email but the person linkedin too

Nachteile:

The software sometimes blocks you to use multiple email on the same ip without paying. Sometimes the way they charges credits is abusive. The worst part of it is that the credits THAT YOU BUY expires in 1 month. So even if you paid, you cannot use it as you want, you have to do it in the time that they decide. Here on the company it even made us think about dropping Snov.io to other plataforms.

In modern email marketing, the bounce rate depends on many factors, not just the validity of emails (this is a lesser factor since we don't allow sending to verifiably invalid emails by default). The most impactful ones are sender reputation, sending volumes, and quality of the chosen audience. To help with this, Snov.io offers various ways to adjust your campaign and gradually raise the volume and frequency of sent emails, a warm-up tool, personalization options to make your outreach targeted, and so on. Awesome features for Sales Navigator!

Vorteile:

Snovio is always reliable. I have been working with a lot of email finders and they always lack one or another feature and it's frustrating. I was looking specifically for getting emails directly from the searches in Sales Navigator (most competitors have that option in LinkedIn searches but not within SN) and I WAS SO BLESSED to find out I could get all that with Snov.io Cheeeeers and thanks for having an option like this!

Nachteile:

It doesn't show the most used email from each contact when you get a bunch of emails. Also, as an old user, I'd like to have the option to get discounts or a cheaper price to buy the yearly membership. I usually buy mines in Xmas or Black Friday when you have bigger promotions.

Good tool for capturing high quality leads

Kommentare: Snoovio helped us to bring in companies that are exactly our target audience. The quality of the target that we get with the filters used for each campaign is the best feature of this platform. Instead of paying triple for an agency, we can set up our campaigns, we can do AB tests, and adjust what we need to reach our target audience successfully!

I like the fact that I can filter with success the audience that we're trying to reach and launch campaigns that bring us exactly the type of customer we're looking for

Nachteile:

I don't think it's the best CRM tool to manage all captured leads.

Kommentare: First, I started using the platform as a verifier only but then realized that it is really more than just checker. Now, I’ve refused using any other tool, I’ve completely switched to Snov.io to cope with all the tasks.

Vorteile:

I truly love their email finder. I can perform search according to numerous features: single and bulk domain search, boolean search and company profile search (which by the way has lots filters). Their online email verifier checks all the emails and marks each with a definite color so I can delete the non-real ones. Then, I reach out to them via email drip campaigns and see the results of every email sent.

Nachteile:

For now, nothing of that kind. Not much to say,

Kommentare: Over snov.io is an good cold email management system for an small business.

Vorteile:

Snov.io is the best on the market will all necessary capabilities for cold emailing such configuring the SMTP / Email, CRM to manage the leads, email finder and email verification tools. In general we need separate software to manage but in case of snov.io they managed to bring all in one box very effectively.

Nachteile:

May be they can bring up some more features in designing the email as like in lemlist.

Best email finder extension

Vorteile:

Each tool is great and useful. But the email finder is used most frequently. Their Chrome extension works on social networks and all websites in general. I’ve enlarged the list of clients just within one day to the extent I haven’t done it for a month and I still continue using it adding new people to my client base. With their email finder, I can find: - people contacts on LinkedIn - corporate emails on websites - emails by domain - email addresses using skills, jobs, and location filters

Nachteile:

I don’t think there are any disadvantages.

Kommentare: I paid for 1,000 credit, I loved the trial of free service and wanted to be a loyal customer, I paid for 1,000 credits and planned to continue to provide business for Snovio but at the end of that month, when I had 600 credits LEFT, new month=all those credits were GONE. I paid the price in understanding those credits would be MINE to use. Not be taken away if all of them weren't used by the end of the 30 days, and I don't remember that information being provided or there being a resource explaining this would occur. Very disappointed, it was too good to be true. I would have continued to be a paying customer but I don't trust Snovio anymore.

It does pull up emails easily. So does a lot of other softwares too so nothing significant.

Nachteile:

They steal your money. I paid for 1,000 credits, no where did it say if you don't use these credits by thirty days they will be gone?? I had 600 credits left, and planned to continue to be a paying customer every time I needed more credits. But nope.
