I love how easy to use is Snov.io. I never had a problem finding contacts and most of the time the emails are accurate.
Sometimes my IMAP settings for receiving emails get broken in the middle of Drip email campaign. This bug occurs that I'm sending follow-ups to the people which already responded to me.

Best tool for email marketing & lead generation
Kommentare: In Snovio I can add multiple email IDs and send emails in bulk, this tool has proven to be good for me for marketing.
Vorteile:
Snovio offers a wide range of features, such as the ability to add multiple email IDs and send bulk emails. I like that the tool is simple to use and the interesting part is the drip campaign. Snovio proves to be an outstanding tool for sales teams as it aids in searching for emails, contacts, potential customers, company names, and social URLs. Their customer support is outstanding.
Nachteile:
Cost is very high compared to other lead generation tools.

We understand that a high bounce rate can be frustrating and we provided you with instructions and suggestions on how to improve it. In modern email marketing, the bounce rate depends on many factors, not just the validity of emails (this is a lesser factor since we don't allow sending to verifiably invalid emails by default). The most impactful ones are sender reputation, sending volumes, and quality of the chosen audience. To help with this, Snov.io offers various ways to adjust your campaign and gradually raise the volume and frequency of sent emails, a warm-up tool, personalization options to make your outreach targeted, and so on. Using Snov.io for Email Campaigns
Vorteile:
I have used Snov.io for email campaigns around reviews, partnerships, and newsletters. It works well, but you might need some time to get used to it, as the adoption experience is not as smooth. Their customer team is always willing to help tho!
Nachteile:
The UI is overloaded and there are many actions around the screen. You get used to it and it works well for campaigns.

Best Lead Generation Application
Kommentare: We run an outreach campaign now and we are amazed by the results. Response rate is 35%!, it is also very effective in warming-up mailing boxes.
Vorteile:
I liked the possibility to have the lead generation process automatized. From prospects finding, to CRM. I looked for such a tool for many years.
Nachteile:
Some UI/UX elements could be enhanced. I would minimize the drop-down menus, but these are minor things.

Many missing features and UX oversights lead to a frustrating experience
Kommentare: We evaluated Snovio for email outreach/sales prospecting. Ultimately there were so many things it can't do and tiny frustrations using it that we decided to move to another vendor. It was death by a thousand cuts.
Vorteile:
+ The linkedin chrome extension does work most of the time once you install it manually+ The database search tool to find contacts at a given company name with certain titles etc works fairly well as long as it's not a small business you're targeting
Nachteile:
There are many oversights all over the product which make it hard to use and more time consuming than even manual prospecting and emailing. For example:- If you add a prospect contact to a list, Snovio will show their company details on the contact but it will not add that company anywhere in your account. You have to manually expand a dropdown, click to view the company, then click add to list and select a list on that company's detail. 4 extra clicks each time. This is ridiculous. It means that if you and another colleague are doing outreach, you can very easily email two people at the same company unless you are manually adding the companies too, so you can search and make sure they haven't been reached out to yet. Even worse, you can't search contacts by their company name. - You can't schedule 1:1 emails to be sent later. You can only schedule campaigns. However, if you are in B2B sales, you know that often times email templates only get you so far and you need to write more personalized messages. Might as well just stick with Gmail and Boomerang or Yesware...- You can't have multi-line custom fields in case you were considering using custom fields + a campaign to send more personalized messages.- For Pipedrive users: the Pipedrive integration adds contacts to Pipedrive even if Snovio never was successful in finding any email address for them. There is no way to stop it from doing this. You have to go set up an automation in Pipedrive or Zapier to delete them.

A great additional tool for Sales

Vorteile:
Snovio provides lot's of credits and it has a high precision in terms of emails outreach. It has also cool convenient lists for contacts and for companies. A nice addition is email warm up and additional search filters.
Nachteile:
Nothing to be emphasized on. It has lots of features and it's rather advantage that a disadvantage. Probably you need some time to learn them :)

My favorite prospecting tool
Vorteile:
Very convenient service for finding leads through Linkedin and further communication with them through e-mail. Reduces manual work to a minimum. Very detailed and easy to understand manuals. Quick and friendly support. It's nice that the product is developing and new handy functionality is appearing all the time.
Nachteile:
We always want more. For example, to have the contact information include links to all social networks and personal phone numbers. But apparently this would be a violation of the GDPR. Although other services provide such information.

Vorteile:
I like Snov.io for assisting in discovering email addresses, validating them, gathering, and organizing email lists, and automating email campaigns to enable the delivery of personalized bulk emails.
Nachteile:
Although it happens very rarely, there are occasions where not all emails can be located. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with utilizing this service. However, in some cases contacting support can be quite challenging.

I call it SUPER SNOV because this software is Super powerful. i just fell in love when I first discover this software. It gives all the information that I needed and made my job easier. It is very user friendly. I say this because based on my experience , I was able to use it and navigate it without asking anyone. You are SUPER SNOV!

Our favorite tool for generating leads with a bundle of features for sales outreach
Kommentare: Snov.io helps us find email addresses of leads on LinkedIn and other websites, enrich our database of leads, and manage them throughout the pipeline within a simple CRM.
Vorteile:
Possibility to find email addresses on any company website and LinkedIn, both single and in bulk. Other tools that are included into the price, such as CRM, email verifier, email warm-up, and email marketing service.
Nachteile:
CRM isn’t very sophisticated. If you need a CRM with lots of possibilities, you’d better try another platform. But as an email finder, Snov.io works great.

Snovio is essential to my B2B Photography Business
Kommentare: Very good. Snov.io helps me to easily get in touch with ideal customers and close great deals.
Vorteile:
Snovio helps me find and get in contact with the prospects that fit our ICP. The e-mail opening rates are exceptional, and we are currently starting conversations with around 20 great prospects every week using only Snovio's native tools.
Nachteile:
I miss finding more companies in the "Company Profile Search" tool. We've used brazilian software that sweeps data on the web to get this information (speedio.com.br) and cancelled our subscription after seeing that snov.io had a similar feature, but we'll have to get back to it in a few months. I'd definitely pay more to be able to do everything inside snov.io Another point that doesn't really get in my way but sometimes makes me waste time, is that whenever there's a list of links (like in the company search tool, or the profiles lists) and there are many pages, if I make a page show 100 profiles instead of 25 for example, and I get out of the page for any reason, the amount of links appearing change and I get lost.

Best LinkedIn data scraper I have used
Kommentare: Those who is looking for a service to find emails(most people use this service for this reason) they should not use this right now. But if anyone has reason like me(have to handle thousands of data each day) they must consider this service as potential. I have tried many others scraper but honestly I liked snovio provided data mostly so far.
Vorteile:
I have been using this service since 2017 to scrap LinkedIn profiles data. It's really helpful to scrap many information about targeted prospects very quickly. In my case I like this service mostly because it's saving my time.
Nachteile:
The most highlighted feature here their corporate email finding ability. Honestly this service was great in 2018 but I can't believe snovio's provided emails till 2019 because they often provide those previous companies work emails, I believe they didn't update some functionality properly what should be improved.

Comes cheap but at a price
Vorteile:
Snov.io is an amazing budget tool for building out a database from Linkedin contacts. And also does an okay job with sending out emails.
Nachteile:
Where to start. We had a ton of issues occur at some point in our email campaigns. Accounts would stop sending randomly non stop to the point where it got unbearable and we had to switch to another solution. Snov.io is decent for building out your account database, but I would stay from it for managing more than 10 email campaigns

Everything you need to start for your first and second year
Kommentare: It have been great for the price. At black friday you can find really good discounts on annual plans.
Vorteile:
You pay only the subscription and can add unlimited mailboxes. the UX is good, it is easy to use once you get familiarized. It includes a lot of other things like CRM, credits to verify and extract emails, etc. Support is good.
Nachteile:
The reporting capabilities lack info. You can change the time zone but counters reset at the same time globally, so it can get a little bit confusing. the visibility of every reply message is a little hidden.

Collect leads and create email campaigns easily.
Kommentare: In general positive. But sometimes we are facing some bugs. Or slowness.
Vorteile:
1. Email search engine is easy to use. Especially Company Profile Search feature I am using. 2. Creating drip email campaigns: It is functional. You can create a/b tests and add triggers. 3. You can add unlimited email accounts to the one account. So, you can send emails from different email accounts. It increases safety of email accounts.
Nachteile:
1. At Company Profile Search, we can filter emails according to their titles. But there is no such a feature. 2. Sometimes added pictures to the email can be broken. 3. We are creating a lot of email campaigns and finding the email campaign amoung email campaigns can be hard because there is no search button.
Good tool for capturing high quality leads
Kommentare: Snoovio helped us to bring in companies that are exactly our target audience. The quality of the target that we get with the filters used for each campaign is the best feature of this platform. Instead of paying triple for an agency, we can set up our campaigns, we can do AB tests, and adjust what we need to reach our target audience successfully!
Vorteile:
I like the fact that I can filter with success the audience that we're trying to reach and launch campaigns that bring us exactly the type of customer we're looking for
Nachteile:
I don't think it's the best CRM tool to manage all captured leads.
A great finder and email check
Kommentare: With the tools on the market, my experience with snow was the best. It facilitated and streamlined my company's prospecting processes.
Vorteile:
I conduct email surveys in companies that I prospect, it works very well and with quality. It helps me verify which emails are really genuine and automates the prospecting process.
Nachteile:
I didn't have any problems with the platform, I just didn't find some emails. Perhaps increasing the database is useful going forward.
If you want to find verified emails, this is for you.
Kommentare: It has made our lead/email search a lot easier as well as keeping track of all our email campaigns.
Vorteile:
Social URL Search, this function lets you find emails from Social Media URLs, in my case I've been using LinkedIn Profiles, importing those into snovio and finding great emails. The good thing is that you can also verify them to make sure they won't bounce.
Nachteile:
Some features are not very efficient. If you want to delete a contact that you have in more than one list, you have to manually do that for each list, which takes a lot of time and is not efficient.
The prospect email search everybody wants
Vorteile:
It's the most famous prospect email searching app on the market. The best part of it is searching for each person, not the whole company. You can use the name and last name for the email search, something that I have never seen on other programs. Also you can creat prospects lists, and look for not only the person email but the person linkedin too
Nachteile:
The software sometimes blocks you to use multiple email on the same ip without paying. Sometimes the way they charges credits is abusive. The worst part of it is that the credits THAT YOU BUY expires in 1 month. So even if you paid, you cannot use it as you want, you have to do it in the time that they decide. Here on the company it even made us think about dropping Snov.io to other plataforms.

Great service for finding and tracking emails

We needed to find a way to gather statistics on how our advertising emails are doing and we came across Snovio Email Tracker that gives info about opens and link clicks in emails, in other words, it gives insight on how people are interested.
Then, we’ve discovered there's a lot more of the platform and decided to buy.
We figured out that we can use Snovio solutions for other purposes such as compiling lists of leads from various sources and sending our advertisements through automated Drip Campaign mailing option.
Vorteile:
Snovio stands out because it gives you the opportunity to evaluate their possibilities before buying. None of the competitors offer completely free extensions like Email Tracker. This is the case when you get exactly what you paid for. Extended functionality allows you to build a whole marketing process from scratch. Truly affordable plans make it much more attractive.
Nachteile:
Recently, we thought it would be handy for us to receive some kind of statistics reports from the Email Tracker and this has become available with the last update! Well done! We haven’t noticed other significant cons.
Great service for sales department
Vorteile:
The administration is very kind and supportive. I use this service for email extraction and verification. Also, our sales department set Drip Campaigns in Snov.io. We use internal filters to sort companies without even using LinkedIn. I think I should mention very friendly interface and site navigation. It saves my time and decreases tension when it's so much routine and I’m on the move all day and running around like a headless chicken.
Nachteile:
This service covers all my needs so I'm completely satisfied with Snov.io.
