"Our candidates love it"

Kommentare: Overall experience was good, the software has a refreshing appealing interface compared to most ATS we tried. Once you created the jobs, the process is automated and it sends you emails when the process is stuck like its been 3 days since you need to make a decision on this candidate. I don't need to keep checking in on what's the progress. The weekly update and dashboard gives me a good overview of the jobs progress at one glance.

Vorteile: Offload the interview scheduling from us to the candidates so that is a huge relief. We do a lot of panel interviews and sometimes multi-timezones - the software is able to show the overlapped open slots properly versus us checking timeanddate.com. The interviewers are guided in their assessments so we are having meatier data, in fact, we can rate each others quality of feedback. For some of us, we like the humour in the reminders from mathilda nudging us to complete certain actions and the red flags. But most of all, we were most pleased when candidates tell us they love the fact "we" send them prep emails beforehand and tracking their interview experience really makes us different and most would put us as their top choicer hirer.

Nachteile: We had a little glitch with setting up initially by ourselves, skipping the tutorials. We didn't know what to expect in terms of the workflow, which was in fact automated. We were trying to "move people" to the stages like a usual ATS. But the cs team was enthusiastic and responsive so they quickly resolved it for us. So I would say you need some guides but once its set up, its smooth.
