Vorteile:

Wayleader is great to ensure the parking remains organised in the office. It is great for when customers come on site and also for when international overseas offices are coming to visit.

Nachteile:

It would be great if you could book several months in advance if you know you will be in the office every week.

Easy Parking

- easy to request parking through the app - notifications are timely - abillity to 'book now' when available spaces are on

Nachteile:

- the algorithm for assigning spots is very random i would like to see a bit more transparancy here

The best application I have ever used

Vorteile:

Wayleadr is a fantastic invention for parking management. It is such an easy app to use and navigate through, I never had any problems booking a parking spot using this app. I really enjoy the fact that I could drive into the office and book a parking spot right before arriving via their "check availability" feature. The ability to add as many vehicles as possible under your profile is also an excellent feature and you can easily switch in between prior to booking a spot.

Nachteile:

I could not fault this app. There are no cons about this application.

Parking Management made Seamless and Easy

Kommentare: From the moment I joined the business it was quick to pick up how I book spaces on the days I go into the office. I am a hybrid worker, with flexibility to go into the office, outside of my core days. If I chose to go in ADHOC I can look at availability that morning and get notified if a space has been released for me to use.

Vorteile:

The ability to know what days I have parking and the exact I will be parking in up to 4 weeks in advance.

Nachteile:

I have no issues with Wayleadr. I do not have an operational or support role within the application.

Seamless experience booking parking

Kommentare: Wayleadr solves parking spot assignment for our growing company. My understanding is that it factors in things like distance to the office in order to prioritize who gets a spot each week, which is really beneficial for me because my commute is longer than most.

Vorteile:

Wayleadr makes it easy for me to book parking at my office every week. I get a proactive push notification each Friday reminding me to book spots for the following week, and everything seems to work seamlessly.

Nachteile:

Nothing comes to mind - thus far I have had a great experience with Wayleadr

Vorteile:

I love the ease of use, parking booking at the touch of a button. I like it integrates directly and allows Single sign on meaning no hassle or stress logging into the individual application

Nachteile:

No cons from me, i love the system and would highly recommend

ParkOffice - A real world review

Kommentare: We had a small car park and wasted a lot of time/money parking elsewhere in the city as we never really knew when the spaces were in use. This service has completely solved that problem as our team can now arrive at the car park confidant that the space they've booked is available.

Vorteile:

Wide range of features: I have to say I was surprised by just how much functionality you could pack into a parking app but then once our business starting using it in earnest it was immediately clear it's all absolutely necessary. ParkOffice manages to cover every base when it comes to features and there are still more on the way. There is even the option to interact with parking entry systems for further ease of use (not something we've used yet). Ease of use: It's simple to pick up and use regardless of your tech know how with a clear and pleasant interface both using the browser or either of the mobile apps. Booking a space is a simple matter of a couple of clicks via either interface and integration to Stripe allows for the seamless ability to charge a fee.

Nachteile:

I was a little disappointed at the lack of granular reporting but the Dev team took that on board and have recently released a very comprehensive suite of reports. The only other feedback I've received from our users is requesting the ability to book narrow time slots but in reality that has not been a problematic issue.

Excellent app

Kommentare: I have been using this for a couple of years when it was introduced by our company. I am able to book my parking spaces in advance and if there are any issues with parking it’s easy to resolve using the app

Very easy to use and to ensure I have a parking space booked when im in the office

Nachteile:

Nothing - it runs perfectly and I don’t have any problems at all with it

Good tool for booking parking

Really simple and easy to use. When you need to book a last minute spot you get notified immediately.

Nachteile:

Allocation of spaces is based on use rather than when spaces were requested or how many are free.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. So easy to book spaces at each of our offices and to see if any free on the day.

Nachteile:

Would be good to choose am or pm as I work part time on some days and would free up spaces for other staff.

Kommentare: ParkOffice has given us all visibility of our car park before we even leave the house. As an admin it has been a great reporting tool for high demand days/ weeks
A terrific feature is the ability to ensure those in most need of a parking space get one.

Vorteile:

The new Analytics feature is incredibly helpful to report on the app usage over a given time period. The mobile calendar, reminders and notification features are incredibly useful in ensuring our users are well informed of their bookings. The desktop dashboard Calendar is incredibly effective in comparing % of occupancy over the course of a month.

Nachteile:

Integration with our barrier proved to be difficult due to phone signal constraints. Employees arriving at the same time from opposite directions and pressing the open button around the same time caused confusions.

Wayleadr is an easy app to use

Vorteile:

the app is easy to use and also sends prompts to remind you to book spaces in advance of the deadline.

Nachteile:

sometimes it can take the car park maps a little while to load.

Great corporate parking solution

Vorteile:

Wayleadr has a slick UI and app. I haven't had a single problem with it. I'm pretty surprised at how quickly it can sync my new reservation with the parking garage. Overall I'm really happy with the wayleader app and its customer support.

Nachteile:

There isn't enough incentive for people who don't use their parking spaces to give them up. It's great that you can enter the lottery for the week in advance, however, which makes it much easier to plan.

Very easy to use, sends you a notification to remind you to book parking & a notification to confirm your parking and what number space you have booked. Easy to release your spaces

Nachteile:

Nothing as of yet, I find Wayleadr very easy to use

I love the language that Wayleadr uses in its copy. I like the amount of notifications and being reminded to put my requests in ahead of time. I like the user interface. I like seeing my spot # on the main page. I like the feature of reporting someone in your spot. And so much more!

Nachteile:

Honestly, I don't have any cons to report.

Wayleadr is Great

Kommentare: It is providing parking for staff who have not been able to park in the office without the service and it all works so simply by email or by using the mobile application

Vorteile:

Wayleadr is an app we use for requesting parking in the office. It is excellent because we have a small carpark and lots of staff, so this company has helped us share the spaces among the people who need them with our new hybrid working policy.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I do not like about this system as it helps me get parking in the office where i would otherwise need to use crowded public transport that is uncomfortable and expensive

Easy parking for my day-to-day work

Vorteile:

It makes sure I can get a parking spot when I go to work at the office. If the spots reserved for electric cars are fully booked, it automatically assigns me a parking space at the "regular area" so I know I always get a parking spot.

Nachteile:

It would be nice to have the parking map integrated in the app so I know exactly which spot has been assigned to me.

Brilliant solution to parking management

Amazing Service

Kommentare: This service is saving many staff time and money on their commute; I save over €100 a week, and it cuts my commute time from 15 hrs a week to just over 5, so it is is a no-brainer

Vorteile:

The service has changed our 20-space car park where the spaces were owned by high-graded management. It has allowed lower-graded staff, such as myself, to use these spaces and save time and money daily.

Nachteile:

I do not see any faults with this service; it saves users like myself time and money daily and is very easy to use with either an email address or a phone app to do so
