Simple and easy to use

Vorteile:

Just a great idea and well implemented. Our team is delighted with the results We had no issue with putting this into place and it has been working smartly and well for us. The service has made our staff commute much easier.

Nachteile:

There really wasn't a negative about this.

ParkOffice - A real world review

Kommentare: We had a small car park and wasted a lot of time/money parking elsewhere in the city as we never really knew when the spaces were in use. This service has completely solved that problem as our team can now arrive at the car park confidant that the space they've booked is available.

Vorteile:

Wide range of features: I have to say I was surprised by just how much functionality you could pack into a parking app but then once our business starting using it in earnest it was immediately clear it's all absolutely necessary. ParkOffice manages to cover every base when it comes to features and there are still more on the way. There is even the option to interact with parking entry systems for further ease of use (not something we've used yet). Ease of use: It's simple to pick up and use regardless of your tech know how with a clear and pleasant interface both using the browser or either of the mobile apps. Booking a space is a simple matter of a couple of clicks via either interface and integration to Stripe allows for the seamless ability to charge a fee.

Nachteile:

I was a little disappointed at the lack of granular reporting but the Dev team took that on board and have recently released a very comprehensive suite of reports. The only other feedback I've received from our users is requesting the ability to book narrow time slots but in reality that has not been a problematic issue.

Parking allocation

Vorteile:

User Friendly, website supported. Nothing else to say, just use service for 2 weeks.

Nachteile:

Unknown parking lot allocation mechanism. Not support Siri to open the gate which taker longer for user to stop vehicle, open phone->App->Wayleadr->Open gate

Fantastic user experience

Kommentare: Firstly, to manage a set of parking slots that might be used for a larger group of users that might attend the office on a regular basis. Moreover, to assign priorities to specific users that have stronger needs on having an available slot than the majority.

Vorteile:

Easy, convenient and a fast-forward user experience that helps me on planning every week's needs on demand. Having the habit to plan weeks ahead helps me every week on having my bookings up to date.

Nachteile:

I would love to receive insights in case I forget to make my reservations. Interconnected scheduling with gmail would be a fantastic feature to predict which days I'll be in the office.

The best parking app

So user-friendly, quick and takes the stress out of parking. Love that you can release the space if you no longer need it! I have used other apps and it doesn't compare

Finding out you got parking the day before - 2 days before would be ideal!

Park Office in a coworking space

Vorteile:

As we operate a coworking space with multiple teams we struggled to manage our car parking spaces across different teams. Communication between different teams was not as fluid as members of the same team. The App allowed me to step away from the day to day manual work of making sure people kept to a system which was dreadfully time-consuming. The mobile app is super easy to use and the customer support is excellant.

Nachteile:

Took me a while to work out how to work out the backend, that said, it is a very easy fix. Given the team, I am sure they will streamline it in no time.

Vorteile:

The software itself works fantastically! Its very user friendly and easy to understand. The implementation is seamless and beyond that, the support from the Wayleadr team is fantastic. Our account manager and tech support were very engaged and wanted to help us succeed with their product.

Nachteile:

There is no automatic user life cycle management with Azure AD. Meaning we will need to manually disable access to the system. This is more of a lacking feature.

Leading the way in parking digital integration

Kommentare: Very well. Great support, operation seamless and issue free.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, very intuitive. You don't have to go through complex menus to get the job done. The response time is good, and you can use it anywhere. It functions reliably, if you made a booking, you get your spot when you arrive. I didn't get at my parking with another car in my parking since I used it.

Nachteile:

No getting mobile reception trying to open the gate.

Great app solving a huge problem

I loved the fact that using the algorthm ment that parking is now fairly divvied out and not hte same people getting a space all the time.

The only feature i feel is missing is more intergrations with other reporting software such as powerbi.
