Kommentare: Vernachlässigung der Lizenznehmer, immer schlechtere Erreichbarkeit und Vernachlässigung der Kundenbetreuung.

Vorteile:

Gute Präsenz im Netz. Einfache Buchung für Kunden.

Nachteile:

Sehr schlechter Support, keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit! Dadurch keine schnelle Hilfe, wenn es Probleme gibt, durch die Zeit verzögerung via Mail.

Nachteile:

Einige Software Probleme und die Grundgebühr ist viel. Dass ich meine Bewertungen ( ca 420 fünf Sterne) nicht auf Google oder andere Programme zeigen kann!

Kommentare: Insgesamt finde ich Treatwell super und ich wurde immer wieder damit arbeiten.

Vorteile:

Es bringt viele Kunden und man kann gut damit den Business starten.

Nachteile:

Zu Höhe Provisionen und Kundendienst weiß nicht über alles Bescheid. Die Mitarbeiter sind gut aber ich denke die sollten noch besser geschult werden. Man sollte immer eine Antwort auf die Fragen geben. Die Bewertungsystem ist schlecht da die Kunden direkt in dem Email auf den Stern drucken und wenn sie ausversehen auf 4 oder 3 Sterne klicken diese Bewertung direkt abgegeben wird.

Terminplanung ist super leicht für das gesamte Team

Das man Kommentare nicht löschen kann, wenn manche Kunden dich schlecht bewerten, obwohl es nicht stimmt.

Vorteile:

Die wichtigsten Einstellungen, um das Buchungstool an den eigenen Unternehmensauftritt anzupassen, sind bereits vorbereitet, so dass keine Programmierkenntnisse erforderlich sind. Ebenfalls läuft der technische Support im HIntergrund - es passieren also fast keine Pannen. Und wenn doch hilft der Kundenservice blitzschnell, freundlich und kompetent, so dass es für mein Klientel rund um die Uhr möglich ist Termine zu buchen, wann und wo sie wollen, mit der Möglichkeit sofort mit dem Zahlungsmittel ihrer Wahl zu bezahlen oder auch erst direkt bei mir vor Ort :-)

Nachteile:

Laut Kundenaussage funktioniert manchmal die Zustellung der Erinnerungs-SMS nicht, lässt sich jedoch beheben, wenn ich beim Support anrufe. Meine KundInnen verlassen sich jedoch darauf, dass sie erinnert werden, das ist manchmal etwas ungünstig, wenn die SMS vorher nicht kommt.Einigen Kunden ist der email Ansturm, wenn sie online buchen zu viel.Und ich persönlich würde sehr gerne die Möglichkeit haben einen speziellen Kundenkreis aus der Datenbank anzuschreiben. Bisher ist mir das jedoch noch nicht gelungen, so dass ich mir die Kundendatenbank exportieren muss, dann aussortieren und danach erst die emails versenden kann - das ist etwas umständlich. Aber im zweiten Schritt kann ich diese emails auch nur dann so personalisieren, wie ich es mir vorstelle. Das könnte eventuell verbessert werden, ist jedoch jammern auf hohem Niveau...

Kommentare: Overall a great experience. Treatwell digitalizes the tedious task of finding a place through web search and having to do all of the 'finding out whether it is a good place' in one overview. Therefore, I think it is absolutely a worthy application to use. However, it does tailor to more high-end services and the database they have may be limited depending on the country you live in.

Vorteile:

Normally, I would have to Google for salons, then visit all of the websites separately, find the prices, and find an appointment at a time that suits me. I love how in Treatwell you have an easy overview of the different services near you. You can easily compare prices and schedule appointments based on a shop's availability. Happy to see such a tedious operation become digitalized.

Nachteile:

Treatwell tailors to, what seems, more high-end services. Therefore, the services seem to be at a higher price point than some places that are not in the customer database. In some cases, I also did not receive great service but still paid a high price due to the audience that Treatwell tailors to. Furthermore, the database that Treatwell has is quite limited in my country. I know that in other countries it may differ.

Treatwell has helped my business grow

Kommentare: Biggest problem when starting self-employeed is gaining new customers, I have found treatwell amazing at attracting new clients and as my reviews and business have grown so have the amount of bookings received through treatwell. The system is easy to use and customer service team have been great with any quieries. Has Definetly helped my business grow and attract clients. Even regular clients love the ease of being able to book on the go, 24/7.

Vorteile:

Very easy to set up and use. I like the notifications straight to my phone and email so I am aware straight away when a booking has been made. Easy to see reports on income. Can use on my phone/app or work computer. Allows 24/7 bookings.

Nachteile:

No form of deposit. It is flexible for clients (which is great) but also allows for last minute cancellations or no shows. They do have prepaid which helps limit the amount of no shows but they can still not turn up with no consequence, leaving gaps in your day.
