Cyberimpact has amazing versatility

Kommentare: Cyberimpact has helped us to become CASL compliant in our email marketing strategies. The program is so easy to use which has resulted in an increase in the frequency of our campaigns.

Vorteile:

Cyberimpact has many useful components. The program has templates to help us achieve professional looking emails while still allowing us to customize them to suit our needs. The program does an excellent job of tracking statistics which allows us to monitor the effectiveness of our email campaigns.

Nachteile:

The program takes some time to learn as with anything of value. In this respect the chat service offered has been extremely helpful.

Nachteile:

The feature I liked least about Cyberimpact is the lack of a more straightforward bulk unsubscribe option. While it's great at managing individual subscriptions and ensuring compliance, the process for bulk unsubscribing people could be more efficient. Having a more seamless way to handle large-scale unsubscribes would save time and make the platform even more user-friendly

How easy it is to use, and how quickly the team gets back via chat.

Nachteile:

Not being able to view or export stats by segments (i.e. contact groups, mailing types, etc.).

Glad to have switched over

Kommentare: Very positive. Switching email tools is a big decision since out list is an important source of sales, but it was worth it.

Vorteile:

Makes compliance easy, plus great deliverability.

Nachteile:

The naming of various features (e.g. lists, segments) differs from other email tools I’ve used before and took some getting used to.

Great marketing tool that you will love using

Vorteile:

User interface with a clear menu and easy to search and navigate. The marketing automation section is also very user friendly even for the unexperienced.

Nachteile:

Not quite something I didn't like, but mostly something I enjoy having on platforms and services I use is a dark mode which unfortunately CyberImpact doesn't have, for now at least

Top Quality Canadian E-Mail Service Provider

Kommentare: It's a high quality tool that keeps us legally compliant while doing an amazing job.

Vorteile:

It keeps our client data and our contact information in Canada! It's a superior product to other mail service providers.

Nachteile:

I do miss the fun, jovial graphics and comments from the monkey in Mailchimp - but that's about it

Easy to use and performing

Vorteile:

The interface is super easy to use and the platform is mature enough to have multiple scenarios. Service was great when we reached out to get a demo and information on the API.

Nachteile:

The scope of use case is somehow limited. For instance sending notifications to app users weren’t fully available but I hear it’s coming.

I'll never use another service

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to use, the features of the free level, and the customer service. Any time I have had a question, it has been answered quickly and efficiently.

Nachteile:

I haven't had an experience where I can answer this.

Easy to use!

Kommentare: Positive! Cyberimpact is easy to use for our weekly and seasonal newsletters.

Vorteile:

I like the ability to save templates, easily access open rate stats, see how many subscribers/unsubscribers, and overall easy to navigate. It works well for our purpose.

Nachteile:

Can't think of anything - maybe smaller incremental increases on the price structure would be nice. It's not too bad though.

I'd love to see more templates for newsletters, not really a complaint, just a suggestion :-)

Vorteile:

Conformité à la loi anti-pourriel (LCAP) Simplicité d’utilisation Statistiques détaillées Assistance rapide et personnalisée en cas de besoin.

Nachteile:

- Plus de modèle de bouton - Plus de pictogramme - Les blocs de textes sont très limités, nous avons besoin de contrôler l'interlignage des fois (grossir les mots sans que la phrase au complet soit affectée)

Je les recommande sans hésiter à tous mes clients!

Vorteile:

CyberImpact est facile d'utilisation, l'interface est intuitive et le support technique est pratiquement instantané. Comme c'est une plateforme québecoise, elle est disponible en français et nous sommes certains d'être conforme aux normes du Québec. Les tarifs sont également compétitifs et il n'y a pas de limite au nombre d'envois, un gros plus!

Nachteile:

Je n'ai pas rencontré d'inconvénients sur la plateforme jusqu'à maintenant.

Kommentare: En tant qu'entreprise, nous sommes très satisfait du service que Cyberimpact nous offre. L'équipe est rapide pour répondre à nos enjeux et offrent des solutions pertinentes.

Vorteile:

Fonctionnalité incluse des statistiques. User friendly. Service à la clientèle rapide et courtois.

Nachteile:

C'est peut-être trop précis, mais lorsque j'efface un bloc de contenu, cela s'efface également dans les infolettres que j'ai envoyées. Le lien se casse.

Kommentare: Cyberimpact est un outil très important pour nous, dans notre contexte nous devons communiquer régulièrement avec nos membres et Cyberimpact nous offre un outil simple, rapide, efficace et qui permet de rehausser le professionnalisme de notre coopérative.

Vorteile:

La simplicité d'utilisation vs la qualité professionnelle qu'il permet sans être un utilisateur expert.

Nachteile:

Pour nos besoins, CyberImpact est très approprié et très efficace, je ne vois aucun inconvénients jusqu'à aujourd'hui.

Parfait pour la communication d'un SAAS

Cyberimpact est éfficace pour nous au Canada, surtout du point de vue de la réglementation Canadienne. Ayant peu d'expérience avec ce type de logiciel le support nous a beaucoup aidé.

Nachteile:

Nos données de courriels n'étaient pas struturées donc nous avons du tout rentré manuellement

Modification février

Kommentare: Je n'arrive pas à effectuer les modifications en vigueur depuis février 2024 (CNAME). Le soutien technique ne m'a été d'aucune aide, bien que la réponse fut très rapide. Je songe à fermer (malheureusement!) mon compte Cyberimpact, un outil que j'utilise chaque jour. Un de mes groupes comptent plus de 7000 courriels.

Vorteile:

La facilité d'utilisation... jusqu'à février 2024.

Nachteile:

La complexité des modifications qui doivent être effectuées depuis février 2024, et une réponse de type copier-coller du soutien technique.

CyberImpact en éducation

Kommentare: Le support en ligne est incroyable. Les réponses sont rapides et très aidantes.

Vorteile:

La facilité d'utilisation des gabarits / modèles.

Nachteile:

On ne peut pas avoir plusieurs pieds de page lorsque nous faisons des envois de différents départements.

The interface is really user-friendly and provide great template to make it easier to send professional email.

Nachteile:

The platform might not have all the features compared to the big players of the industry, but it provides all the core features I need (emailing, automation, segmentation, etc.) at a very reasonable price so I know I am not paying for features that I don't use.

CyberImpact - pretty good, but not as intuitive as other softwares

I find it pretty easy to use and manage contact lists

Nachteile:

It's not as intuitive as other softwares. It should be easier to move things around within templates, customize templates to look more on-brand and unique, the clicking and dragging is questionable (often loses what you're dragging), and creating buttons should be easier.

Love this Product

It is very easy to use. I just started working here and was a bit intimidated by doing the online newsletter. However, it was very easy to pick up how to do it and so far so good.

Nachteile:

I have a hard time resizing the photos and centering them

Cyberimpact Review

Vorteile:

I love that Cyberimpact is a Canadian company, and partnered with the CFIB (Canadian Federation of Independent Business). They understand and have implemented strict compliance policies for the Canadian anti-spam Act which you don't get through most of the better known email marketing services. The platform is easy to use and has great reporting and statistics for your mailings. I use Cyberimpact to send out our monthly newsletter and birthday discount coupons, which are fairly basic templates, but there are many features that could take my mailings to another level if I wanted.

Nachteile:

I haven't had any negative experiences with Cyberimpact
