Kommentare: We have had an overall pleasant experience with the software. Support was sketchy when our success consultant left the company, but got back on track when we were assigned a Customer Support to help us out. Upper management is always quick to help, which we liked.
We liked that it is web-based and compatible amongst all technologies.
Not necessarily buyer friendly for RMC's like ourselves.
Kommentare: We are using it for more than 1 year and I can tell that it helped us make our processes more visible to our team members, it helps a lot to monitor the progress, we saved time and money this way. The RT team is really client oriented and willing to solve the issues as soon as one arises.

Great help managing our growing client base
Kommentare: Overall we are very pleased at how well we can adapt and tailor every single relocation package with ReloTalent - we are able to make each assignee feel unique. Our HR contacts are also impressed that they can get real-time updates on the progress of each relocation. And we are extremely satisfied with the great customer experience we've had.
Since the first day, ReloTalent has been highly responsive to feedback about what's working and what features we need to have developed. The customer success team provides outstanding support. We are a DSP working primarily with startups and tech companies in Germany, and our assignees want real-time and self-service access to what's going on with their relocations, so ReloTalent is perfect for this. We were even able to create special guides per client company to share with assignees, so they really feel like their relocation is tailored just to them.
We have been working with ReloTalent since early days which means we've experienced bugs as features were changed and added. However, this is improving with time and we are pleased that ReloTalent always takes quick action to fix issues and respond to problems clients are having.
