Great software but complicated to handle

Kommentare: It serves to give you all the company's numbers and it is possible to integrate them all into a single system, however, as there are several layers of software, you can't manage without an internally prepared team to provide you with the support that you need.

Vorteile:

It has many features, is very detailed, and can help you in every part of the sales funnel. It has a good integration with other apps, but you need a team to make it happen faster.

Nachteile:

Because it is so detailed, it is sometimes difficult to have quick information in the palm of your hand, especially when providing dashboards and reports.

In my opinion it’s best for medium to large businesses whom have the resources to fully utilize its capabilities. Despite the higher price point and potential learning curve, Salesforce Commerce Cloud offers a level of flexibility and scalability that sets it apart from other platforms in the market. Salesforce Commerce Cloud has definitely set a new standard for eCommerce platforms, offering a scalable solution designed to help businesses deliver personalized shopping experiences across all channels.

Vorteile:

What i enjoy the most about the Salesforce Commerce Cloud would be that they have such a great reputation at bringing together online and offline customer experiences. I also really love the powerful AI integration they have which personalizes the recommendations for products and the search results are based on each individuals shopping behavior. To me the improved my shopping experience as a whole. I like how the platform provides detailed insights into shoppers behavior, sales trends, inventory, and everything else. Whether you’re growing fast or even dealing with seasonal downfalls Salesforce Commerce Cloud scales with ease. You never have to worry about server management or any downtime during any high- traffic events. It grows alongside your business needs.

Nachteile:

While Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a very powerful tool, it may be overwhelming for smaller businesses such as myself or for those just starting out. If I wasn't very computer savvy I'd probably experience more hiccups than what I have. The setup process can be bit complex, and the platform’s extensive features set can require time and expertise to fully gain some understanding in. Another con that I personally saw is the cost. To me it's definitely a bit on the pricier side, for small to medium sized businesses for sure. Although the platform is highly customizable, some businesses with specific needs may find it a bit difficult to get the platform exactly to what they require with any assistance from the creator of the program.

Vorteile:

It seems to really help improve the shopping experience for the user, biggest pro was that it made some payment processes and automation on websites much quicker for customers. It integrates nicely with the websites I’ve used it with. Overall a pretty reliable software.

Nachteile:

A bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but there are plenty of tutorials to help new users out which is a plus.

Kommentare: Overall, I really enjoy Salesforce and its ease of use because it is a place where I can put in my timecard and expense reports that I need to be reimbursed.

Salesforce is user friendly and lets me easily put in my time card or expense reports without too much fuss.

Nachteile:

I wish that there was a way to find the section to put in reports a but easier as well as a way to copy and paste a similar schedule so you don't have to put it in over and over again.

Nachteile:

Não tenho o que reclamar, apenas o preço que é salgado, porém é excepcional, se conseguir encaixar no custo beneficio de sua empresa, certamente estará escolhendo a melhor ferramenta na atualidade para vendas.

Kommentare: I used the tool when I worked as a salesperson, the tool contributed a lot to visualizing work history, organizing routines, itineraries and projecting prospecting for new customers.

Vorteile:

It is a very complete software to support the base of the sales team. It offers all the tools that an app could offer, from the possibility of archiving potential customer data to organizing itineraries on the map.

Nachteile:

The fact that there are many functions ends up making the dynamics a little confusing.

Nachteile:

Very hard to learn because of the many tabs that can be open for salesforce. I currently use it to manage a building and with many tabs it is very hard to navigate what exactly we are looking for.

Salesforce Commerce Cloud is simple and easy to use offers features such as customability, scalability, and data-driven insights that are useful. I primarily use these three features to evaluate current customers and it is extremely helpful in assisting me to evaluate my approaches.

Nachteile:

There are no cons, as so far the platform has been reliable and easy to use. I haven't experienced any problems yet.
