Vorteile:

Viber has offered us a seemless service in areas of communication through chatting, video calling and sharing documents and details to our teams, communities and partners and has helped us create a good relationship with everyone and knowing their demands has thereby helped our organization grow in a substantial way, it's ease of use and navigation, remote access and safe environment where communication security is assured.

Nachteile:

Over the last year, Viber has maintained its integrity to give its customers the best of communication experience so far, every needed functions for communicating is embedded and nothing to dislike yet .

Kommentare: Overall, I like Viber because it is very easy to use, it connects me to different business contacts and most especially its feature of being organized in just 1 conversation. I love how I am able to navigate file, links and media separately in the conversation.

Vorteile:

I like most about viber is its end-to-end encryption feature, very user-friendly and most of all its feature of knowing who called in my mobile number (as long as the number who called also has a viber account) even though it is not registered on my contacts. So, I have the option either to just ignore the unknown number who call or answer it.

Nachteile:

I like least about viber is its feature of not being able to send pictures in a group. Nothing else.

Kommentare: In my experience I found Viber to be a trustworthy messaging app. The fact that it offers messaging, voice and video calls is fantastic. Additionally I liked the variety of stickers and emojis they provide which made it easy for me to express myself.

Nachteile:

One thing that bothered me about Viber was the delay during video calls and the need, for a premium subscription to access some features. Moreover the interface could get a little crowded at times making it less user friendly.Also The app is not developing compared to other applications

First of, the interface is user friendly and with it's very capable end to end encryption which guaranteed a secured data both stored and transmitted makes this a topnotch, the video , messaging and even sending doc function comes with ease and it all works well in areas without strong internet connection.

Nachteile:

We've once had issues updating and transferring of documents to another new devices but this was eventually solved by our engineer even though it delayed some important business of the day, but it happens just once and we eventually find a way around it

Kommentare: Does not work that well on iOS devices and lags a lot the user interface is a bit outdated and does not get calls through unless app is being used. Sudden changes to connection sadly have affected video, which becomes blurry or disappears after a few minutes.

Nachteile:

The file-sharing restriction. It can be hard to access upgraded Viber on some mobile devices. Getting old data back after reinstalling Viber is a challenge.

Vorteile:

I used Viber for my daily life for my work or for my personal. When I use Viber conversation, I can feel I have more safe for my privacy because of end to end encryption. If we don't want to see chat contact, we can use hidden chat feature. It is good. My Notes also helpful for daily tasks. And then video & audio call quality is perfect and then we can create own sticker and have a fun for me or others. The most I like is Viber caller ID feature.

Nachteile:

No, I don't have. It is the best application that I have ever use. But , I want to suggest that I think It is better if my day or my stories features include.

Kommentare: As my overall experience with Viber is really good for free messaging and secure messages. And we can call with Video conferencing to each others. Resolution is good and it's also free. So, everything is free in Viber.

I used viber for my daily life. Viber has many feature that I like. All of these, i would like to tell -End to end encryption for messaging - Caller ID because I can know who are calling when the caller id option is enable. - Creating own stickers and action animation stickers - I can read knowledge things in Viber Channel. - My Notes features - Sync with Phone and Laptop

Nachteile:

I don't have much about the viber. But, sometimes, ads make me annoyed.

Vorteile:

What I like most about viber is that the resolution of images doesn't downgrade when sent and downloaded from the app. Not like most apps, the image or file's resolution gets downgraded. Also, what's new in viber is that it has caller ID for calls which are unregistered number in my phone.

Nachteile:

It keeps notifying about news of certain banks or any affiliated online shops I have visited or has an account with.

We can use viber on many devices like mobile and personal computer. We can send messages with end-to-end encryption and make free phone call with high quality over internet. Auto translate language, my notes and caller ID features are very useful for users.

Nachteile:

Personally, I want viber to improve Managed Folder feature and add animation feature to create custom stickers.
