Amazing easy way to communicate

Vorteile:
- kostenlose Möglichkeit mit Kunden zu kommunizieren, Termine zu vereinbaren und Fragen zu beantworten, ohne auf Anrufe angewiesen zu sein - WhatsApp ist den Meisten bekannt und wird von Kunden gerne genutzt., Viele ziehen die Kontaktaufnahme per Chat einem Telefongespräch sogar vor - dank WhatsApp ist man stets erreichbar, auch wenn man auf direktem Wege gerade nicht erreichbar ist ist., Anfragen können dann einfach bei nächster Gelegenheit und zu jeder Tageszeit beantwortet werden - WhatsApp ermöglicht es Kunden kostenfrei anzurufen, auch diese Option wird sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen - WhatsApp Business ermöglicht es einem sich als Geschäft auszuweisen und schafft somit Vertrauen beim Kunden - Automatische Antworten ermöglichen es einem, seinen Kunden mitzuteilen, zu welchen Uhrzeiten und Tagen man erreichbar ist und wann sie mit einer Antwort rechnen können
Nachteile:
- Leider ist es nicht möglich, die Häufigkeit mit der die automatisch generierte Antwort versendet wird personalisiert festzulegen, diese wird immer nur dann verschickt, wenn eine gewisse Zeit lang kein Austausch zwischen der einen kontaktierenden Person und einem selbst stattgefunden hat. Somit ist eine Abwesenheitsbenachrichtigung (z.B. bei Abwesenheit durch Urlaub) bei Kunden mit denen man häufiger interagiert leider nicht möglich.

Whatsapp ist die beste App um miteinander zu kommunizieren, man kann über verschiedene Länder hinaus kommunizieren. Die Art der kommunikation reicht von schreiben, Sprachnachrichten senden, anrufen bis zur videochat und das alles kostenlos.
Nachteile:
Es gibt so gut wie keine mängel, das einzige was man kritisieren kann wäre , dass man sein Design nicht Bunt machen kann.

Sowohl Privat- als auch Unternehmenskunden nutzten die Software, sodass die Funktionen und Anwendung bereits häufig bekannt sind.
Nachteile:
Es gibt bisher noch keine Funktion, welche es ermöglicht in Video-Telefonaten verschiedene Dokumente für andere Teilnehmer freizugeben oder zu teilen.

Es ist einfach praktisch, weil so viele Menschen es zum Kommunizieren nutzen. Man kann auch telefonieren und chatten. Das ist echt eine tolle Idee zur richtigen Zeit gewesen.
Nachteile:
In den Medien hört man ja immer wieder schlechte Kritik wegen dem Datenschutz. Aber man soll sich nicht verrückt machen.

Sehr gute Video Telefonie möglich. Nachrichten innerhalb von Sekunden erhalten.

Blaue Haken wenn Nachricht gelesen wurden.

Vorteile:
what I really like about is the freedom and flexibility I have with my communication. That's to say if have to switch from texting to voice and to video call, I can do that in just a click . That's just so amazing. I can also send files no matter the format with so much ease. This software is so amazing.
Nachteile:
Now without internet connection you can't use this software and can't make offline messages. So, you have to have internet connection in other to use this software. As such in area with no internet signal you cannot use the software.

Kommentare: Whatsapp is a great application for facilitating both personal and professional communication. Besides sending messages, Whatsapp can be utilised for creating communities, running ads, and doing marketing.
Vorteile:
Whatsapp allows me to send free text, multimedia message, create groups, and communities with other users. It has a clean and user friendly interface. Whatsapp allows me to connect with people around the globe.
Nachteile:
You need an active internet connection to be able to use Whatsapp at all times. There is a security concern as it is widely used for spamming users.
WhatsApp - Instant Messages and Calls
Kommentare: The App works smoothly without any lagging. The messages are sent and received instantly without any delay except that there is slight delay in Voice and Video Calls. Making Payments on WhatsApp using UPI is not that good as per transaction limit is INR2000.
Vorteile:
I like the instant messaging service. The receiver receives the message within less than a second. Also, we can share different files or documents in variety of formats. The new feature of creating our own avatar is also awesome. Privacy is given priority in WhatsApp by end-to-end encryption. Its good to have option of whether you want to keep your Read Receipts On or Off. Manage Storage option eases ones efforts to manage the device storage as some of the large unwanted files can be deleted easily without even searching them in each chat. The large files are categorized separately in Manage Storage.
Nachteile:
The audio calls quality is not that good. I hear the voice of the person with whom I'm speaking after approximately 1 second. Means the voice takes about 1 second delay to hear. Same goes with the Video Calls. When clicking on any WhatsApp channel which I don't follow, it takes about 2-3 seconds to load and then it opens. The documents received in WhatsApp for iOS doesn't gets stored in the iPhone's Files. You can only open it through WhatsApp only. Read Receipts are always On for Group Chat. The UPI payment limit on WhatsApp is INR2000. Because of this, I prefer using another payments app for making payments.

Firstly I want to thank to the creator of WhatsApp , because this app make my life easily and little comfortable in some critical condition , I am using WhatsApp daily ,to chat with my frends and family and in a groups . And the new feature of WhatsApp called Channels is a very revolutionary feature by WhatsApp , though this feature I am able to see the thought's of a political leader and to see the news without any restriction. I dislike the feature that I am not able to post text status updates and that the new status update only allows to share photos , videos , and gifs.
