We have multiple independent practitioners using this and has the ability to process payments and send money to each provider. It was a game changer for us.
Sometime the software lags or crashes but that might also have to do with WiFi.

Top-tier salon management solution that continues to improve
Kommentare: We are very happy with our switch to Boulevard. Migration went very smoothly, we got up and running with minimal problems, support has been great since day 1. The only issues we've had have been or are currently being actively worked on in product cycles. Our day-to-day is much smoother than previous solutions, we love being on Boulevard!
Vorteile:
Intelligent booking and client-specific service timing has saved us countless hours at the front desk and increased our service revenue 10%+. The calendar and schedule are very easy to use, our new front desk staff is trained up in half the time as previous software. The integrated booking widget that lives on our site is wonderful for preserving a fluid brand experience for clients booking online.
Nachteile:
Add-ons for advanced features can start to add up on top of an already higher base price, and the cost to migrate from an another product can get very high (though if you are good with Excel you can prep migration sheets yourself and save a lot like we did). Reporting was initially a weak spot but has been continuously improved over the past year and is nearly at parity with our previous solution.

Kommentare: I would change back to Mindbody in a second. Other than the online booking features MB has a flawless integration with Quickbooks (through flexbooks)
Vorteile:
Online booking and clean calendar and client history (including appointments, payments, and services).
Nachteile:
Quickbooks integration is terrible, time consuming and confusing and you have to do it on your own. Appointment metric reports are sub par. If you offer inhouse financing, you will not be able to input payment plans into BLVD. You will have to run payments manually each day which is time consuming. Onboarding people will tell you you can manage this via memberships, but this is not accurate because BLVD will take any membership payments as a new sale, so this will mess up your accounting.

Vorteile:
I like how customizable everything is. With running a medical spa & a facial bar we have a lot of specific times / treatments. It’s so easy to create and edit everything! I also love that there is a place to submit requests for changes and new ideas!
Nachteile:
The only thing I wish I could change is to make the appointment service modifiers assignable to employees! This is such a specific, weird request and it's in no way affecting how we operate on a day to day basis so I don't really care that much!

We really enjoy how user friendly Boulevard is. We needed a software that our team could be easily trained on and simple to use. They provide so many tools for learning the system in the beginning and that helped us a lot! Their customer service is also one of the best we have come across. They are always quick to respond to questions and help solve problems. Big thumbs up!
Nachteile:
I wish that they had some modern software features like a client faced portal; with custom info for them to see past, present, and future appointments and custom appointment text reminders (this is a biggie, as most people don't check their email anymore).
Organized and Interactive!
Vorteile:
The pre-booking feature makes scheduling future appointments extremely easy! Also, separate tabs for customer's history with services, transactions, and product purchases make it easy to help clients find what they are looking for.
Nachteile:
The integration of packages from our previous booking system did not transfer correctly, which is the only issue we ran into.
So happy we switched to Boulevard

I like how fast and efficient Boulevard is. I use Boulevard every day to book appointments, process sales and so much more. Boulevard really does it all. What i like most about it is how easy it is to use and how responsive their customer service is if you have any questions that need to be resolved. Boulevard is customizable to use for your business. I find it easy to keep track of appointments, and clients find it easy as well, since boulevard can send them confirmation email and texts. Overall, I find Boulevard to be such a helpful resource to the business i work at.
Nachteile:
I dont have many critiques for Boulevard, my only critique would be for the Boulevard app interface, it does not have all the same options that the website does.

Kommentare: I feel like it has been a great experience, I don’t think I would be able to get used to any other booking system. I have used a few different systems and I think that boulevard has been the easiest to understand.

i love how user friendly it is, i feel like it would be easy for anyone to use it! especially if you are just joining a salon.

I do think that the mobile app could be a bit easier to navigate. There are a few glitches and it is just overall harder to get used to.

Superior customer service with a fully integrated system
Kommentare: Overall Boulevard has been an upgrade for our salon in both the interface and customer service aspects. There are many features which allow for a smooth and seamless experience, with only a few clunkier features (mentioned above) that would make for an overall excellent experience if adjusted.
Vorteile:
Boulevard is a very user friendly platform which has enabled a smooth and seamless transition over from our previous booking system. Their integrated FAQ's help with nearly every question you may have, and if there isn't an answer within their pages the live help desk is always available and ready to assist you.
Nachteile:
There are a few features which are a little clunky and could use some upgrades. The most noticeable is the "add on" feature which only allows you to adjust the last appointment booked within a string of multiple appointments for one client. This forces you to cancel off all appointments within one block and re-book if clients want to upgrade an add on last minute. The other feature that could use some work is when multiple appointments are booked under one name, but two separate clients want to split the cost of the appointments. There is no feature which allows you to separate the booking into two transactions, so the only option is to remove the service and re-book it under another name. This makes for a clunkier client experience. The last feature that could use some work is from the client interface via the online booking platform. All clients have an integrated profile both internally and externally, but we have received many complaints that there is not a way for clients to go in an adjust, cancel, or check upcoming appointments externally. We are always happy to help clients on our end, but most clients would prefer to have more access to their booked appointments during our non operating hours.

Amazing app for spa services
Vorteile:
The layout and easy side menu make it straightforward to see my own bookings or get an overall view of the day, week, or month at the spa. The newly added access to documents and forms and the ability to update SOAP notes on the app is incredibly helpful and time saving.
Nachteile:
I can’t think of any shortcomings of this app! I love that I can text the spa via the designated number to communicate with front desk, that all the paperwork I need to view is handy from the app now, and that I get text alerts with new booking information. Best scheduling app I’ve used so far
