Vorteile:

Scheduling posts and being able to provide a calendar link to clients so they can view it.

Nachteile:

When generating a calendar link, it is saved in the share calendar popup. However, it is unclear if I am able to reuse the previously generated link when I update the schedule on a weekly basis. I have been genrating a new one each time. Some clarity there would be nice.

Posting to my Facebook Personal Page was the Game Changer

Vorteile:

I focus mostly on Facebook and the changes in 2020 meant that I had to go through some ridiculous process to get my posts up. OneUp fixed that! Now I get a notification on my phone and then boom! It's posted.

Nachteile:

I deleted a post and wasn't able to recover it! Learned that lesson once and won't forget it!The overall platform feels like it's still in an early release, but right now it's so simple, that it's ok. I hop ethey'll figure out the UX as they move forward.

OneUp is a total avoid, dont waste your time and money!!

Kommentare: They are absolutely hopeless when it comes to resolving any issues. The software forever generates erros failing 100 to 200 posts at a time. Total avoid and a complete waste of time and money. I have been using Oneup for managing the social media accounts of our digital business. They have 101 different errors and every day new errors show up for no rhyme or reason. Therir customer service is pathetic, they just dont reply and carry a we dont care attitude. When you have 300 to 400 posts scheduled the amount of time you will end up fixing all the posts and their reschecdule reuirements. I would assume Oneup should be paying users to use their software. Initially i was tolerant and kept editing failed posts time and again. Inspite of paying a a full price monthly subscription without any discounts or deals they just dont care. I dont think any marketer on entrepreneur should put up with such pathetic service. Dont waste your time and money go elsewhere!!!

[sensitive content hidden] did a great job with helping me find a solution that worked for my business. And the app is working great!

Nachteile:

I prefer different plans structures for pricing but with that being said [sensitive content hidden] was able to help me create a plan that worked for me.

Excellent Product with Excellent Support

Vorteile:

OneUp was far more intuitive and easy to pick up for myself and our team, when compared to the competitors at the time. We stayed with OneUp over the years because of the amazing support and communication. [sensitive content hidden] makes you feel like a valued member of the team behind the tool, rather than just another user.

Nachteile:

It is difficult to name an aspect of OneUp that I like the least. Early on, years ago, it felt like we were "early on", but within an acceptable range to still be a viable solution in production. OneUp has matured brilliantly and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Amazing platform and customer service!

Awesome platform for Content Creators!

Vorteile:

User friendly experience, easy to learn how to use with the youtube video tutorials, integrates all of the platforms that I use currently and may use in the future, compatible with zapier and has a solid ai integration.

Nachteile:

I'd love to see a feature that uses ai to help come up with content ideation. It would be cool if you could somehow store the ideas you have (whether they are original or from the help of ai). For example, I may do a brainstorm session and come up with ideas for content that I haven't yet created. It would be awesome to be able to categorize these ideas to be able to refer to when I am ready to create.

Exactly what I was looking for

Vorteile:

Every other platform that says they help you schedule posts on social media was always lacking a feature I needed. One Up has everything of importance to me! I love it offers captions, great AI features, thumbnail options, and that it perfectly posts when it actually says it will.

Nachteile:

The only con I have found is that you can't custom write the TikTok thumbnail headings but that's a limitation of TikTok, not Oneup.

Ensure you are getting what you pay for

Vorteile:

It's easy to use The ability to post unlimited - I picked this tool despite its cost because it allows me to post unlimited (if you could actually post unlimited... see cons).

Nachteile:

I pay for the ten accounts/unlimited posts price; however, I have had the tool since October 2023 and still cannot post unlimited. I continue to report the issue, and each time, I receive a message that they fixed it, but I keep running into the problem each time I use it. Secondly, the 'tool is slow; when you hit the submit button, you must wait while it does its thing. I would prefer it to do its thing in the background so I can continue creating the next post.

Great Multi-posting tool

Kommentare: I'm so glad I found OneUp. We needed a way to streamline the process of uploading videos to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. OneUp is perfect for exactly what we needed.

Vorteile:

Very easy to set up links to all the social media accounts.

Nachteile:

Nothing I've discovered so far. It's probably best for established businesses and influencers rather than someone trying to grow.

My favorite Social Media Management Software

Kommentare: Overall it was a game-changer to use this software for my work. It reduces the time 10x to spend on social media management due to automated recurring post options.

Vorteile:

The user experience and the navigational options are very user friendly and easy to learn.

Nachteile:

The essential platforms Facebook and Instagram are not an option to connect within the software until September 2022 according to customer support.

New to OneUp but liking it so far

Kommentare: Since signing up, I've been able to easily get content created and scheduled. It even syncs with Google Drive to make adding media to my social posts that much easier. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] were both available to answer questions for me through live chat, as well, which was nice!

Vorteile:

I like that I am able to easily repeat posts and hashtags, add new social media accounts, and see clear previews of how my content will appear. This tool does exactly what I need it to and it costs less than many of its competitors.

Nachteile:

I took one star off for ease of use. Perhaps it's because I am new to OneUp, but some of the layouts do not seem immediately intuitive to me. Takes me a sec to figure out where things are.

Excellent Customer Service

It was a bit difficult to get reels to publish initially. But customer service helped to resolve that issue.

Simple and easy to use from your desktop

Kommentare: It solves the issue of sending out individual posts when you can do it from one platform

Vorteile:

we have expanded our social media platforms by using Oneup. We now post regularly on Pinterest and Threads which we were not doing before. Now we have regular posts going up expanding our reach with our business

Nachteile:

After reviewing our usage of the system I can not find anything that is the least of my issues.

I use this to post across a different platforms, it helps to be active on social media and save time.

Nachteile:

the limits on numbers of platforms that can be posted to are aggravating but the cost of the product is low.

One Up - The life saver

Kommentare: Can I buy it? LOL stunning support - simple but effective. You know its good if you don't need the help files!

Vorteile:

The interface is simple and real easy to use - and the link to posts that have just been posted - gold. I used this tool while I convince others to move from bigger name brands (that break)

Nachteile:

I can't seem to find any analytics. (Maybe I have looked well) this would be a game changer for clients

Automatic social media post with OneUp

Vorteile:

It was simple to figure out what you could and couldn't accomplish with the program at first. It's simple to post, schedule, and duplicate without bothering to do it manually. It's simple to use and provides a good summary and report of my post engagement.

Nachteile:

It properly timed the stories. However, we could undoubtedly employ automatic story publishing on other sites like LinkedIn and Instagram. I can't link users on LinkedIn, their handle name won't appear, so I have to manually post in from the original website.

Clean, decent and feture rich platform for social media management

Vorteile:

I really like the way it manages all the social media channels in one single page. I have other apps in past which had similar features but that did not provide feature to make one single post, posted to all the platforms. OneUpApp has those features which I really like. And their calendar preview and scheduling tweets via cal view is nice. Plus there are various small small features which makes user interface really handy, as in if I pick the time it will automatically pick it my time zone, tagging people in scheduled tweets. I would recommend this to any who wants to schedule post to social media

Nachteile:

Overall this app and interface is great. I could not find any cons based on my usage. I would certainly explore this app more.

Savinf my sanity

Vorteile:

The ability to post across multiple accounts makes maintaining social networks so much easier.

Nachteile:

I'm not very technical, but so far, I've found no downsides.

Great for Scheduling Social Posts

Kommentare: Great experience so far. The team at OneUp has been super responsive on any questions I've asked and the site is pretty easy to get started with and use with minimal coaching/research needed.

Vorteile:

I really like the ability to schedule posts on Facebook/LinkedIn. I've used other software to schedule posts on Twitter in the past, but they normally didn't also include Facebook/LinkedIn. As a developer evangelist, I do my best to balance engagement with developers on social vs the day to day work I have to do in creating new content, speaking with customers, etc. OneUp allows me to write/schedule my posts for the week all at once without having to remember to go post at popular times of day for engagement.

Nachteile:

Nothing really not to like. I wish that the "@" tagging in LinkedIn worked from the OneUp side, but I'm 99.99% sure that's a limitation of the LinkedIn API and not an issue with OneUp...so that's not likely to be resolved by any similar product.

Best Social Manager Ever

Great for LinkedIn

Vorteile:

Super useful for managing daily posts for LinkedIn's corporate and personal accounts

Nachteile:

Nothing, it has been working great for the last two years.

Not Worth the $, invest in something a little more!

Kommentare: Would invest in a different product, pay a little bit more to have actual working service.

Vorteile:

Easy to start using, somewhat informative on the process of uploading photos and titles and bodies on post.

Nachteile:

Pretty expensive for the fact that it offers a lot less than competitor software. I had many issues with posts not posting for one reason or another, after using a whole day of time I don’t have an extra 15 minutes to figure out why the day it should post. Doesn’t offer things competitors offer, like commenting directly on social posts from the app or an automatic post to Instagram. (Have to manually push through every day.) customer service was not very helpful or polite.

Going Downhill Quick

Kommentare: I’m the end I have asked [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to end my subscription so I can switch to a more stable platform. Which I realize will cost a little bit more but in the long run it will allow me to better coordinate my social media marketing plan. Which to my potential customers is worth the few extra bucks. I highly recommend you re-think this app before purchasing.

Vorteile:

When I first signed up in January I liked how they included google my business as an option. I even spent a few days scheduling a large number of posts to allow me to focus on operations and sales and less on my social media. Things seemed to work and I was off running very quickly.

Nachteile:

After about 2 months I started getting errors that required me to sign in and refresh or make changes to get things to work again. It was very frustrating because the issues were sporadic and required me to do a lot of troubleshooting. So all that time I thought I was saving actually resulted in more work and what’s even worse it caused my social media to look uncoordinated and poorly planned. It got to a point where I now only use the tool for very simple posts (holidays, etc).
