Kommentare: The platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It has also assisted with streamlining the requests for tender process and reduces repetitive tasks when sending multiple requests out for tender. The vendor onboarding process is simple to use and leaves the vendor responsible for loading their compliance documents and ensuring that those documents are kept up to date. I would highly recommend the platform to other companies.

POP functionality could be streamlined where dates are automatically updated instead of us having to manually add in date adjustments. Communications with vendors post tender closing - system should allow us to send out multiple clarifications without blocking previous clarifications.

Felix is your piece of mind!

Kommentare: Pretty amazing tool. The whole company will be able to see if a vendor is a good performing vendor or not. They will also be able to find a vendor based on location and what they do. A real live library! As good as Google!

Vorteile:

For us Felix is a peace of mind tool that allows to work without worries. It's so practical to have Felix look after all the insurances for our subcontractors!! Also helps staff members to find a supplier they can use based on location and activity.

Nachteile:

Maybe not as user friendly that we would liked on the supplier review process but nothing dramatic!

Felix is worthwhile to try

Kommentare: Though the system sometime is out of function due to system glitch, reporting needs to improve and it takes some time to get response from the support team sometimes, Felix is a good tool to be used to manage vendor and for sourcing process. It provides a platform to manage contract, vendor, compliance document in one place.

Vorteile:

[sensitive content hidden] provided fantastic service with their professional advice to resolve potential concerns and actual issues in practice.

Nachteile:

It would save a lot of time on back and forth checking if the person who did the data migration and questionnaire uploading can pay attention to details and check what he has done before delivering to clients.

Kommentare: Love it! It is an amazing system to use, unfortunately it is too restrictive in that even administrators cannot add/amend information in vendor profiles.

Vorteile:

It is user friendly and easy to navigate. The support I have received to date is also great.

Nachteile:

Being vendor-managed profiles, when vendors do not provide specific information which would make it easier for users to find vendors for specific needs, even as an administrator I cannot add/edit information on their behalf. This is the most frustrating part of Felix.

user friendly, intuitive design that's is easy to navigate. Its been a great way to communicate with our vendors. the prequalification module is top notch.

Nachteile:

RFA Approval process is simple but our DOA is quite complex.

Kommentare: Vendor pre-qual, vendor compliance, contracts and management - all now easily achieved in one system, useable across the company.

Vorteile:

Does all of what it claims. You get to use almost 100% of the capability unlike most systems.

Nachteile:

Would like to be able to customise some functions a little more rather than global controls

Vorteile:

As I am still a new user I have yet to discover all of the features, but what I am using has been fantastic - sending off the questionnaires to our prospective contractors and having the program do the rest is amazing!

Nachteile:

Would love an export feature for the answers as currently it isn't possible, but that's not a huge thing as we are only doing one or two at a time.

Easy Vendor Management

Kommentare: Excellent experience. Easy to use and makes contract management and Request for Quote Processes easy.We used all the modules and the tied in well to enhance the overall procurement system.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, great customer service who took action quickly and discussed better options to get what we wanted. Easy downloads of data. Easy to use with Vendors.

Nachteile:

We used Felix a bit differently to how it was set up for Client Contract Management but it worked well. Felix is still working on this new feature.

Felix Vendor and Contract Management Software review

Vorteile:

I like the vendor managed model, where the vendor is responsible for maintaining the compliance documents and information. I also love the contract module, as it provides a level of contract visibility without too much input and ongoing management.

Nachteile:

Lack of vendor engagement, including Felix involvement in prompting. Limitations in catering for multiple vendor's sub entities. Also restrictions in vendor's being able to update/alter their company details ie. ABN, change of contact.

Vorteile:

The platform enables Council to effectively manage its panel arrangements of suppliers for core council business activities. It assists Council in contractor compliance management and the request for quote tool for repeat contractor engagement providing clear and transparent procurement processes meeting its legislative obligations.

Nachteile:

The background colours could be improved on. It can sometimes be difficult to differentiate between data entry cells and the generic background. Data Analytics and reports / statistics would be ideal to be able to run by the user rather than a request to the help team.

User friendly software catered to the needs of the industry

Vorteile:

The software significantly improved our compliance along with the time spent on onboarding a vendor. We’ve estimated we have saved over 90hours a week since implementing the software while tripling our database numbers

Nachteile:

Very little to dislike about this software. Any issue encountered has always been promptly addressed by the Felix team.

Kommentare: Really fantastic to use - I have recommended this to one more company already where my previous manager is working

Vorteile:

It accommodates most of our procurement plan requirements and easy to produce useful reports for the senior management.

Nachteile:

Scale the prices are currently in whole number increments but this needs to get in decimals so that we can scale the price more appropriately.

Kommentare: One of the key benefits I have found is provided by the product is the consolidation of the compliance requirements for vendors that our business seeks to engage. This assists in the procurement process shortening the lead time and reducing repetitive tasks across the business.

Vorteile:

I am not using the product frequently and I am still a beginner user, but I find the product easy to use.

Nachteile:

Have not used the product for sufficient time to be able to find shortcomings yet.

Kommentare: Trouble shooting is easily resolved with a helpful online and on the phone team. Price pint is very attractive compared to bigger competitors.

Pre-qualified trade process and the way Felix creates trade suggestions based on location of job and capability. Ease of use and transparency of information

Headache Solved

Vorteile:

Felix’ flexible approach allows us to tailor our various vendor pre-qualification needs by not only supply category, but also by region / project. We struggled to find this capability in any other platform, especially one that also streamlines the RFx process.

Nachteile:

The platform doesn't currently manage the compliance of individuals as well as it does the compliance of a vendor as a whole, however I am told this functionality is on Felix's roadmap and should be available in future.
