When ever i have a query the customer care team promptly gets back to me with meaningful and useful information. For a one man show is brilliant, but it is tailored to large companies and personal.
There is no email system to communicate with client and vendors, it's all done through the App.

Better Than Any Other Work Order Software or Mobile App
Kommentare: We are a full scale IT department and we have been able to respond more quickly to our end users needs. It has allowed us to be more focused on customer service and time management. MaintainX has also allowed us the ability to be able to enter work orders on the fly so we do not forget to take care of something. I have not worked with any other software or app that has given us this type of functionality with so much ease and value for the price.
Vorteile:
The ease of functionality in creating work orders for myself, staff and end users. The ability to easily create repeating work orders for backup and preventative maintenance items. The reporting dashboard is really nice and allows me to see a well rounded view of where we stand. I think I most enjoy how fast the app notifies me of a new request and status updates.
Nachteile:
I would like to see the ability to have work orders created based on known email addresses as well.
Easy to Use
Kommentare: - Love MaintainX. It's been a great tool for our business and has helped us grow our asset management abilities.

decent for an entry level program
Kommentare: Decent program to track work orders and manage assets. Very easy to use. Mobile app is helpful. not impressed with overall features and functionality. Data input way too time consuming.

inability to mass edit in spreadsheet format, worksheets are time consuming and basic. Lack space to input details such as component info for equipment, specs, etc. Lack of many desired features and functionality. mobile app doesnt show all info or allow editing of info when it comes to inventory control etc.

Use of MaintainX for instrument PM and RM tracking
Kommentare: It has been great to work with MaintainX and the functionality keeps improving with more options being developed all the time
Vorteile:
Ease of use. Its very user friendly and has a fantastic user interface.
Nachteile:
We use the time feature of the work orders and while the web app will start a timer it does not actually log that time, it has to be done manually. Same for moving a WO from open to in progress, time is not tracked

It could be a little more flexible for me to fix original set up issues I created.

Kommentare: It has been great. Managing spare parts and locations has been very simple. Tying workorders to assets and showing how often work is done to that asset has been very helpful.
Vorteile:
User Friendly . Very robust system. Makes spare parts management easy.
Nachteile:
The Apple barcode scanning when using bulk printed QR codes. The ability to distinguish the units after the URL code is not working with apple. It does work with Android though.

Kommentare: I have work with Emaintenance, Dynway and MP2. MaintainX is the easiest I have used.

Great Work Order and Maintenance Management Program
Kommentare: It has been one of the most helpful additions to our maintenance team in the past few years.
Vorteile:
The price is great for the product you get. It is a really easy program to use with a great mobile app for my team to track and complete work orders. It keeps everything really organized and is easy to track with projects.
Nachteile:
There are a couple of updates that I would like to see like tool check out programs and some more location options but it is a great program.
Maintain X
Kommentare: It has been great moving to Maintain X. They always work with us for our success!
Vorteile:
Maintain X has such great features and after doing A LOT of research and testing of other platforms, out performs all that I have found. It is very user friendly (which is helpful for folks who are used to working on the tools and not as much with technology). The support we get is great - from chat to our account manager. They have always tried to work with us to find ways we can utilize the system in a way that works for us. We use it everyday all day for work orders (Reactive), and preventative (PM) and it has been a dream since we implemented it over a year ago now. We also use another app that has integrated well with helping us automate other jobs that we used to manually put into Maintain X.
Nachteile:
Pricing is per seat - it would be great if there was a package price for unlimited users or even "up to 30 or 50" users. It would be nice to be able to access reporting on mobile. Would like more than just 1 level of hierarchy (parent/child) in assets and locations.

A CMMS that fits in you pocket.
Kommentare: Working with the rep and the guys at MaintainX had been great! They have designed a system that does not need a 500 page manual and are readily available if you have a question or an suggestion. I've seen main of my suggestions implemented in the matter of a few days. They are doing a fantastic job developing this application.
Vorteile:
MaintainX is very easy to set up and use. Other systems are impossible to setup without outside help but not MaintainX. It is scalable and they are adding new features on a weekly basis. Everyone has real-time updates on work orders so you al ways know the status.
Nachteile:
Lack of inventory capability but I'm assured it is coming.

Kommentare: excellent, great support from implementation and ongoing support.

- Asset hierarchy is not robust, however 'location' hierarchy is.

Very Helpful Product.
Kommentare: Until MaintainX was introduced to our company, maintenance was carried out by talking to the maintenance engineers about what had to be done each day. This was time consuming and little to no records were kept about each asset and its maintenance schedule. MaintainX has enabled us to keep a work order history for each asset/location and provides use with time and cost tracking which we would not have had before.
Vorteile:
Attentive customer care.Ease of processing work orders.Time and cost tracking.Scheduling repeating and preventative work orders.Constantly updating features and taking feedback from customers.
Nachteile:
Not many cons with the system. Sometimes it can be frustrating to not be able to search under a specific category, but once you get used to using the filters it becomes easier to find everything you need.

Very Satisfied
Kommentare: I've now had several meetings with our maintenance team. We have completed our first weekly's and will we are in progress with our first departments monthly PM's. The software is everything that I was lead to expect and more. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been incredibly resourceful, responsive and helpful. It's always nice to make a decision after testing 15 solutions (felt like 1000) and feel confident that you've made the correct decision. I feel that way right now and wanted to share. We still have some setup to go - I'm taking the walk before run approach with the guys but this is slick. I'm looking forward to the partnership.
Vorteile:
The seamless transition between the desktop and the mobile app make this a really nice solution. The reporting, filtering and scheduling abilities of the work orders is really nice and easy to use.
Nachteile:
So far the only cons were identified at selection and were so minor they didn't prohibit me from selecting the solution. Little things like work orders have a really slick ability to save filters but reporting and the mobile app do not have it. It's not a huge deal since mobile users can filter to themselves and see only what they need to but it would be helpful if they could save encompassing filters such as specific departments and weekly vs monthly vs annually.

Kommentare: Good platform, great support. Still needs some growth, but happy with results so far.
Vorteile:
Simple and easy to use & learn. Fast turnaround on support.
Nachteile:
Some capabilities are limited by constraints of the program. Example- cross-category escalation capability, scheduling block, “bad actor” asset tracking Pareto. Some aspects are only attainable through enterprise level.. the cost is higher than what you currently get out of it in my opinion.
Using MaintainX to implement maintenance system from scratch
Kommentare: MaintainX has begun the process of automating much of our maintenance system that was labor intensive and memory driven before. I feel like I have only scratched the surface to this point of what possibilities it opens up for us as far as inventory, cost, and maintenance tracking.
Vorteile:
MaintainX has streamlined work order generation and communication in our plant. Work requests are easy to generate, review and assign, with all parties receiving notifications on their mobile devices and workstations. PMs are also automated, with technicians recording hourly meters at weekly intervals and lubricating and maintenance procedures automatically generated through work orders.
Nachteile:
I am currently very new to the program and at an early stage of our companies implementation. I have not encountered an issue with MaintainX yet that I felt was problematic.

A good flexible platform to keep track of many things
Kommentare: The biggest thing MaintainX has helped us with has been keeping all of our maintenance and repairs at all of our properties together and viewable by all of us. It eliminates the need for each of us to have our own system in place.
Vorteile:
It's very adaptable to a wide range of assets, repairs, etc.
Nachteile:
It would be nice if more than one asset could be assigned to a work order. For example, if an HVAC PM service is for several pieces of equipment it would be nice to select each one. Instead I find myself duplicating work orders or grouping equipment together to make it work.

Kommentare: Overall the experience has been great! It didn't take much time to set everything up and once everything was dialed in, the software has been amazing to work with. It has allowed for a quicker and more efficient work to be done and saved lots of time.
Vorteile:
MaintainX has allowed us to increase productivity and efficiency by a huge amount! The ability to have our staff create requests at ease is a huge asset. The work orders allow for us to have a detailed list of tasks that need to be completed during the day/week.
Nachteile:
I would like the ability to edit or add previous meter readings. This would allow for an easier and quicker onboarding of the software for companies. This also allows for the new company to have up to date metrics and reports on their meters from day 1.

MaintainX makes organizing and showing corrective actions for inspections easy!
Kommentare: Overall MaintainX has helped keep our managers and operators on task with what needs to be done and when.
Vorteile:
It automatically creates corrective action work orders for items that need correction.
Nachteile:
The lack of being able to get alerts for work orders that are due.
Game Changer
Kommentare: Simply put it's been a game changer for our department. The amount of time and effort this product has saved us has been so helpful. I'd never go back to our old system, we use this product daily and rely on it to be effective. It's been a great overall experience and I would honestly recommend it to anyone who manages any kind of property and maintenance staff.
Vorteile:
This product has had a huge impact on our production and organization since it's implementation. It's been so easy to use and getting the rest of the team on board with the new system was really easy. I honestly can't imagine ever going back to the old way of using paper work orders. This is such a huge time saver for us and really is key to keeping track of all of our work orders across our different properties. It's great to be able to get all the key information into our techs hands out in the field being able to view photos and details in real time. And from the admin side it's a great being able to see when things are being completed. The asset tracking has been key for keeping track of our water meter readings and keeping up with vehicle maintenance as well. Having so many requestors is a big value as well; it gets our whole team involved with the facilities upkeep and has gone a long way to keeping our properties looking so nice and running smoothly. Oh and I can't forget to mention the team at MaintainX and their technical support. They've been so easy to work. They are always easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Any issues I've had so far have been taken care of either within a few hours or a day at most. It's so nice to get an actual person working at the company helping instead of a generic foriegn call center whos just googling the troubleshooting. They are always friendly and engaged in whatever you're calling about, so a big thanks to them.
Nachteile:
There's really not much I don't like about MaintainX. I guess if I had to pick something it would be that there doesn't seem to be many updates or new features added very often; or at least ones that impact our field or the areas we use it for. I've suggested some features to the team before but haven't seen any really implemented yet. But it's not the end of the world; the current build is still very much optimized for what we use it for.

Great Switch
Kommentare: Overall a positive experience with the ease of implementation and continuous use. Only took a few hours to setup all assets and inspection templates with no assistance. This is a very straight forward product.
Vorteile:
We utilize MaintainX for daily vehicle inspections, asset management, and logging vehicle repairs. We switched from a software that specialized in fleet management do to the lower cost and ease of configuration. Previous software only completed inspections. MaintainX can handle the inspections and keep track of our open work orders and helps our team stay on the same page for all assets.
Nachteile:
At this moment there is not any thing I can list negatively about Maintainx.
Streamlining Operations with MaintainX: A Game-Changer.
Kommentare: Experience has been exceptionally positive. The software has sexlessly integrated our daily operations, making it more efficient and facilitating communication across all levels of our company. Its impact on our workflow has been profoundly beneficial, helping us maintain and even exceed our high standards of service and property upkeep.

Intuitive interface, real-time updates, mobile accessibility and comprehensive reporting.
Nachteile:
Learning curve for some features and cost considerations. While our focus is long term, we are still a small company and similar companies might find it less cost-effective.

Great Tool for PM's
Kommentare: This software has really helped streamline our Work Order process. Before, we were still using paper and a fax machine to send and track all of our daily work orders for multiple properties. MaintainX has helped us and our Maintenance Team to get to work orders faster and more efficiently. They are able to receive alerts right away when there are new work orders without making a trip to the main office to pick up a piece of paper. We were able to get rid of the dreaded Work Order Tracking Binder... and, we are reducing paper waste and helping the environment, win-win!
Vorteile:
Ease of use. We have a few users who are not 'tech-savvy', but they were able to pick up this new tool and put most (if not all) of the functions to great use! So far, so good!
Nachteile:
We really have not come across any features we haven't liked. There are some that we just don't use, but it's as simple as that, we just don't use them!
